      Unreliable courier service. **** ****** *** **** **** ***** * ****** ** ******** **** ******* ******* *** ******* *** ******* Package is being held ******* at their facility. Super late deliveries, but most of the time they will ask you to pick it up at some ******* location. Customer Service Reps are not much help. Delivery guys *** **** *** Doesn't know how to use intercom let alone enter a 4-digit buzzer code. *** *** **** **** ***** **********

      Used to be the best, it was my first choice of courier for 10 years, but today I got a lazy driver. I am *********** and he left a box in my parking lot instead of at the door as usual. Absolutely no reason for it. The place was perfectly accessible. Their rep now tells me that they are not obligated to leave the parcel at the door. What??? I had the parcel shipped especially because I can't lift anything. **** ** ***** ** **** ** ******* ***** ** *** **************** ** *** ****** **** *** *******

      Canpar seems to be close to closing. My parcel has been at the same location for 7 days, delivery date has changed twice and their chat is out of order, supposedly for "technical difficulties". I wonder if I will ever receive my parcel ...

      I signed a contract with this company for a specific rate to be honored. They increased the rate by 7$ piece, without telling me, when I approached billing and customer service, and my rep, over 30 times, I did not receive a single reply!!!!       ****** ** **** **** *** ******* *** * ********* ******** ******** I had a bed delivered ** * ******** **** *** ** ********. It was smooth sailing until it got to CanPar where suddenly it's held hostage somewhere in Canada and becomes over 2 weeks late. The worst part is that it was thrown off the back of the truck at the bottom of my driveway but the driver claims that it was brought to my front porch. When I contacted CanPar to ask the driver to bring it up the driveway and out of the way of vehicles, they stated that they aren't obligated to bring it to the door if the driver doesn't feel 'safe' to do so (I have 5 whole stairs). I was unable to lift even one end on my own ** * *** ** **** * ********** ** ***** ** **** ***** I unloaded the box on the side of the road and brought each piece into the house. It wasn't until I got to the bottom of the box that I discovered the damage from mishandling while being shipped. DO BETTER!

      Terrible experience. After first delivery attempt, I got a slip saying there would be a second attempt the following day. Knowing that I would not be home, I called Canpar to delay the delivery. I was told it was not possible to convey that information and an attempt would be made regardless of my availability. I was also asked if there was a reason I would not be home, which was strange - As if I owe Canpar an explanation of where I spent my time. I signed up for text updates so that I would not miss the delivery, but received nothing. I returned home from work as the delivery truck pulled away. I had to take 45 minutes out of my day to drive and pick up the package from the Canpar depot, which I would not have been able to do unless I had a vehicle and a helper. What would I have done if I relied on public transit and didn't have someone help me to carry the two heavy boxes? Paid $50 for ***** and hope the desk would fit? So much for "free delivery." Ineffective customer service. 20th century technology. ** ******* *** ******** ******* ********** ** ****** ** * *********** **** I will avoid any retailer that uses Canpar for delivery.

      Tow days in a row that I received a "Sorry we missed you!" sticker. I live in a building with a digital board. When you select my name (which they had, as per the sticker), it calls me on my cell phone. I did not miss any calls yesterday or today, but both times, the sticker was at the entry door. So they did not even try to call me by using the board. F*** ******** ******** I can't believe this. It never happened to me with ********* or *****, not even with ***. Now, to retrieve my package, I have to go and pick it up myself (a 35-minute drive from my home). * ** ** ******* ***** ***** **** ******** I am tired of this. I will contact the company I purchased the item from to inform them of the poor service Canpar Express is giving. ***** ***** ***** ******** Plus, no way to talk or chat with a real person. ****** ***** *** *** ** ******* *** ********** ** ***** *** ** ***** *** **** ** **** *****  From now on, before ordering something, I will make sure the delivery company is not Canpar.
