      Been having many problems with Canpar. Today is August 3 2022, it's 6:30pm. I was expecting multiple packages today, and have been waiting around outside. This is not the first time they have placed my package at a different address and not check the details properly. But the canpar delivery man was about to hand it over to a lady 2 houses over from the address listed on the package after he scanned both boxes and didn't even bother to check who it was going to and was about to just give 600$ to some random person who was ready to say it was hers, I live in a neighborhood where people steal things all the time doesn't matter the time of day. My fiance who's name was on the package walked out and saw what was about to happen and confronted the delivery man and gave him the address it was supposed to be at and the name on the package and took it before he handed it to the wrong person. This shouldn't be happening at all, and this is not the first time. I'm disgusting and disappointed with their work ethics. This is happening soo much to the point that I'm going to start recording these events if they continue. They should be checking people's ID's cause anyone can just agree and say it's them and then walk away with my items, which has happened already.

      They've had my package for 16 days at their "Hub" in Cranbrook BC , when I track it, it says held at customs even though it's from Montreal, and when I call ( when I can get through without being hung up on) they keep saying " sometime this week" , and yet no package.

      DO NOT USE CANPAR EXPRESS. Canpar Express tried to deliver a parcel on July 27 but we were not home. A sticker was put on our door advising we would have to pick up our parcel. No phone number to call or address of where to pick up. Have tried calling the number on the website - have been on hold for over 1/2 hour and still no response. I keep getting the message "we are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume" If you have to put this message on, then hire more staff. What makes you think that my time on hold is worth nothing. When I finally did get to speak with someone and I suggested that they provide an address to pick up or a phone number to call to arrange pickup, she said they don't do that. She says they will only hold it for 5 business days. If I want them to deliver again, it will cost me $10. I live 50km away from the place where I have to go to pick up the parcel. I will be emailing the company who shipped the parcel and recommend that they switch carriers.

      I placed an order with ************** to be delivered to my daughter in Osoyoos, BC. The order was shipped on June 9. On June 23, I tracked the package, and it was in Kelowna, then it was showing the same day in Penticton, on June 24, it was showing in Kelowna again. It continued to show it was in Kelowna for several days. I called customer service, and was told the package was waiting for pick up by the courier driver for delivery. She said she would send an email to see why the delay. Eventually, I spoke with another representative, and was told the package was being returned, as the address was out of their service area. My daughter receives deliveries all the time from other couriers, and those who don't deliver outside of Osoyoos proper deliver to a depot in town and they call my daughter to pick up the package. A couple of days later the tracking indicated that the packaged had been delivered to Osoyoos. I checked with my daughter and she had not received it. I called again, and customer service insisted that the package had been delivered to my daughter's address. I contacted ******* today, July 19, and they said that the package had been returned to them. They have refunded my money for my purchase, but would not refund the delivery charge. It is frustrating that I am forced to pay Canpar a delivery fee for something they did not deliver. They had my email address, and there was never an email about an issue with the delivery. This is terrible customer service, and very disappointing.

      Informed on two separate occasions that a parcel delivery would take place on a certain date. Waited at home all day on both occasions as the parcel was an expensive e bike. No one answering phone calls and no online agent available. Absolutely awful customer service. I have no idea when or if my parcel will arrive despite Canpar's own tracking service stating the parcel is in a terminal 15kms from my apartment. And has been for 4 days!!

      Ordered through ********, tracking shows in transit, delivered end of day (2022-7-7), I am writing this on 2022-7-10 and tracking still shows in transit.

      The phone automated system hangs up on me so I haven't been able to talk to anybody, as they are also closed weekends, nobody answers the live chat feature.

      Worse company ever.

      I don't know if they're the worst delivery service, but for sure they would be on the top 5 of the list. Customer service ************* not willing to help. The phone number provided on their website doesn't work, the machine tells you a bunch of numbers to choose from, no matter which one you choose, it says "I didn't get that", on the third attempt, the machine hangs the call on your face. Aside of that, I bought a product with *******, apparently, they didn't give them my full address, when contacting them, they keep repeating that to me. Canpar has a business relationship with *******, and they keep saying that my address was incomplete, like it was my fault. How come a delivery service has an incomplete address and doesn't even question it from their business partners. For now i'm in the loop in between ******* and Canpar, and guess what, the communication between these two companies sucks.

      WORSE NIGHTMARE .. stay away.. *********** uncaring!! I had instructions to buzz my code .. they got in my bldg without buzzing and did not even knock on my door .. I was home the whole day. They left a notice on my door.. day two again today they did not buzz.. left a notice on the lobby door sorry we missed you.. I am livid now.. I paid expedited shipping and needed this tomorrow and now say they will hold them for 5 days at the carrier facility that I can't get to.. and no one is answering their phones it's been 30 minutes

      I ordered an item through ****** so did not have a choice of the courier company used. There are no updates for when a package leaves a facility, only when it arrives so for five days there were no updates until it arrived incorrectly in Manitoba instead of Saskatchewan. Instead of forwarding it to Saskatchewan, the next update showed my item back in Ontario. I have called twice on this and both times I was told that the agent had contacted the "Operations" department and that when they received a response back from them, they would call me with an update. No call back either time so that must be the generic response the "customer service" department uses to get people off of the phone. My item is now a week past the date it was supposed to arrive by because of it's detour back in the wrong direction. Horrible company.......
