      ****** ** *** ***** ******* *** ****** Their tracking is inaccurate, and subpar compared to their competitors. I've been waiting over a week for my package which only shipped from 30 KMs away. They make no attempt to actually let their customers/consignees know when a package is scheduled to deliver. Although the tracking updates every day, it just says "In transit" and doesn't say where it is "in transit" to. Every evening goes by and surprise!...it doesn't deliver... nor does the tracking provide any update. When I check the status the next morning again it says "In Transit" "... expected delivery date still shows July 17 despite today being July 24th. They are now putting in a trace for my "lost" package. **** * ****. JUST A ******** COURIER FOR THE END CUSTOMER/CONSIGNEE - THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET A CANPAR DELIVERY

      Canpar consistently will say our business is not open, which it is, in order to not deliver a package. This week it is using weather related excuses, but I finally got to the bottom of why they can't seem to deliver packages to us lately. They are delivering all the LCBO home delivery while LCBO is on strike. I was told that my package is not a priority and it could take weeks. The sender paid for overnight shipping. I will never use Canpar again and I have told my supplier they need to use another shipper or I will no longer buy products from them.

      June 2024 - my initial experience with CanPar. Not great, not horrible, but accurate communication appears to be a MAJOR ISSUE with this courier. In my only experience so far, they delivered my package one day sooner than their tracking system indicated - and the update never occurred until the delivery was made. And of course, I wasn't home. My package was re-delivered the following day, but all this could have been avoided if only the "powers that be" instill the required changes to their software so "WE" the consumer who "PAYS THE FREIGHT", actually KNOW what day delivery is scheduled. After all, communication/confirmation is key to this type of business success story...or not.

      ********** *** ***** ************ *** ******** Package shipped from Ontario on June 5th for arrival on 10th to Calgary. On the 10th I called and was told next day, day after at latest. Two days later I called and was told next day, day after at the latest. I further called. The parcel went back to Ontario. I was told it was flagged so it would not happen again, "Escalated to Supervisor"! Informed that it was on it's way back out. That was Friday June 14th. Today June 15th, it shows a missed connection followed by a missort. The agent had **** evidently. Apparently it will arrive the end of week, June 21 more than two weeks after it was sent. It's insured but it has to not be scanned for three consecutive days before it is deemed missing - wait that happened, but "It's on its way back".

      I had a business account with Canpar for over 20 years. I sold my company and cancelled my account but they continue to debit my account weekly and debit for invoices for non existent packages. Looking deeper into the invoice issue, i found that they had been charging me for 19 lb boxes for a long time, The outgoing packages were ever only 1-2 lbs so they have been overcharging me for a long time. I have sent many emails to their billing department to sort out the weigh bills and to fully cancel my account but have only received and email stating my account is closed (but they continue to debit my account!!). *** ************

      They are supposed to make multiple delivery attempts, but they do not. They make 1. If you are out of town or miss the slip, they send to a pickup point where it is held for only 5 days. After the 5 days, they take it back and there is no way at all to contact them (literally none at all.. no phone, chat or email). Don't bother with the 1-800 number. There is no way to connect to a person if you don't know a specific individual's extension.       Horrible, the delivery driver to my house constantly signs a fake name on signature required items and leaves them on my step This is a constant issue *** *** ******** ******* **** ** ****** *** ****

      ********* **** ******** ******** Left a notice they would return today and did not show up. Cannot reach a human being when you call the phone number and no email address to send a complaint too. Did the live chat and extremely poor customer service. Informed my Easter presents will now be delivered on Easter Monday!!! I will not be ordering from **** * ** or any other company that uses them as a delivery service.

      **** ** ** **** **** ******* ** ***** ******* ** ******* **** *** *** ******** ******** **** **** ** *** ******** ****** ********* ** ***** *********** * ***** ******* *** ****** ***** *** ***** ******** *********. My package was never delivered, nor was any attempt made. I didn't receive a notification, and when I requested details from their CS agent, I was told they'd follow up by email with where I can pick up my package (still haven't received those details), or I can pay $10 for "redelivery". I'm obviously not going to pay to have something delivered that wasn't delivered properly in the first place..****** ******** *** a crazy way to treat customers

      There was a mistake from the delivery guy. We only got 2 of the 3 boxes we were expecting. It however showed that the 3 boxes had been delivered. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Dionysia. Dionysia was very efficient in locating our box and taking action to rectify her colleague’s mistake. Our case was solved very quickly due to the care and proficiency of Dionysia. Great catch up Canpar!
