      First time I used Canpar, I wished I ******* them first. Worst customer service. Tracked my package Thur (Dec 21st) and Friday(Dec 22nd) and it showed estimated delivery Friday Dec 22nd before 8pm. Never arrived, tracked it Sat(Dec 23rd), it showed got picked up and in transit. Dec 21st was the last entry. Tried calling today for when I checked online it shows "no results". I was told by customer service that I am giving her the wrong tracking number and I said that can not be for it is the same number I used up to Saturday. I was told maybe it was never picked up, I repeated again that I have a screen shot of the activities of the package and that it was picked up Dec 20th and in transit. I asked for a supervisor for it sounds like I am just being read the script, the first person I spoke with hanged up. The second customer service person said all supervisor are gone for the day.       Worst delivery company ever. Second time a delivery slip was left at my door and never redelivered or told where to pick up. Both times customer service had no idea where the shipment was. ***** ***** **** ***** *********** **** ****** ** ********** Still trying to find the lost package!!

      Well, they, the Canpar delivery guy/gal, wrote that my parcel from ****** was delivered AND signed for! None of the above occurred. Luckily we found our parcel next door on our neighbours porch. Delivered? Signed for? What was the point of those blatant ****? Poor show Canpar…poor show…

      They are just faking the delivery attempt and dropping the package at nearest pickup point for customer to go and pick it up. Such a pathetic customer service and I would never recommend this service to anyone else.

      **** ** ********* *** ***** ******* **** **** *** * ****** ** **** ***** First time I had arranged pickup, they supposed to come to my door to grab a package, 4 times rescheduled, every time their driver was saying nobody is home and attached a picture of my house. Gave up and send package through *** (arrangement was done by ******). Second time it is even worse, driver came with a 2 grands package, took a picture of my house and left! With the clear evidence of the untouched snow in front of his truck and my cameras! Tried to call them 4 times only to be disconnected and each time 15 minutes hold, after a heated discussion the only thing I've managed to get from them is "we'll open the case". ***** **** *** *****

      * ***** **** ** **** * ********* ******* **** attendant Sunpreet V., this person was really *****  From my point of view, he was very ****, I was complaining to him about it being the second day that I was waiting for my order and he simply said that it would arrive today and then immediately asked me the question "Is there anything else you can do?" help you?", that is, leave me alone and wait. Since there can be so much lack of respect, * **** **** ****** ** ** ***** ** ***** this attendant to be more courteous towards the customer.

      How are they still in business?! I have had a package "out for delivery" for an entire week. Every time I call customer service they say it will arrive by the end of the day. 4 times I've been lied to. I've had to take time off work and other obligations because I need to sign for this package and yet they never show up. This is completely unacceptable!

      **** * ****** ** *** ******* ***** ** ** ****** ** **** ******* ********** ****** ** ****** **** *** ****** ****** *** ******* ** ***** The people so ************** they do not follow instructions nor understand what collaboration means! I sent a gift to my daughter for delivery on August 9th 2023 for her birthday. I clearly stated in plain English to call her in case she is not home, the driver at Canpar.com did not call her and literally two minutes later my daughter was home. Had he called her as I have instructed she would have got her package. Since August 9th I’ve been communicating via email live chat and calling their 1 800 number more that 23 times! They said the driver is reattemptimg delivery I said to just leave the package in front of her door! They said they tried delivery again and did not leave the packs in front of the door as I have instructed. Literally they do not under What LANGUAGE means! **** *** ** ***********! no solution at alllllll. Finally I spoke to a human being and she said it will be available for pick up today. My daughter ended up changing her schedule at school got a ride 30 minutes away from her house to get to the location to pick up her package to find it ruined! The cake is smashed! The orchid plant dead! I am never dealing with canpar I am very frustrated and disappointed I wanted to do something beautiful for my daughter’s birthday and the results were horrifying. Too bad I’m unable to upload screenshots! The plant is dead the cake is smashed as if someone beat *** **** *** ** it.

      Lost my package but would admit it after three weeks. Put a trace on it, then they said it was delivered on the original date 3 weeks prior. Called every day and they finally told me to stop calling or they would file a harassment case against me. No signature for delivery just marked delivered. Horrible company, will not stop here will take it to the next level via TV.

      This is the worst courrier ever, drivers do ***** scanning, saying the address cannot be found. I got hung up on 6 times by a rep for requesting a manager. They never called back . *** ****** **** **** **** ***** ** *******. No manager's available to escalate. I don't understand why this courrier has a business, their incompetency is legendary. People should not have to be stressed about their packages
