      * ***** ******* **** ***** ** ** *** ** ******* A query Dec 6 am returned my package was on a truck out for delivery. It was not received so re-queried the 7th and it said package missorted, back at the terminal. I understand this can happen given the volume. I wish I had taken screen shots because now all that has been deleted. Now, my tracking info has been edited to show the package was received, missorted and held at the terminal all at the exact same time on Dec 5. Clearly this was an *********** editing of delivery information and I now believe ** IF there was a missort it was intentional 2. There is a ***** ****** ** delay delivery of the package. Their system will not let me connect for a live chat with their agent and refreshes to provide a header message of "Due to ongoing work stoppage at ****** ****, we are temporarily suspending service to postal codes where ****** **** is the final mile delivery provider..." I attempted multiple times to live chat with an agent before I realized this was an intentional screen refresh and I would not be interacting with a human. I have communicated with my retailer to let them know the sub-par service Canpar is providing them. They assured me that in no way should my package delivery be impacted at all by the CP strike and that the message on the Canpar site only applies to PO boxes. It seems Canpar has "sold" them on the narrative that all the delays are due to volume. I communicated I have had no such issues with ******, *****, ********* or UPS and asked them to share my feedback with their appropriate internal department.       I have waited for a package that arrived in my home town for 17 days now. i have repeatedly called customer service, which has often not returned my call and when they have, have provided no help other than to say that the package is with the courier and should be delivered by end of the day. morover, they have texted tracking links that don't work. the online chat service is unhelpful. it says it will connect you to a live agent and then never does. they also say you can arrange to pick up a package and to go online to do so. then the link to do so does not work.       ****** ******** **** **** ******** ** *** ****** **** ******** Have spent literal hours on hold with no one picking up at the other end of their customer service number. No way to get a Live Agent on their website either, the worthless AI chatbot just boots you off after telling you they’ll connect you to an agent. For reference, this is what the tracking information said despite the fact that I was indeed present at home for the delivery, after a full week of being stuck at “WITH COURIER” status: “CONSIGNEE NOT HOME”. Delivery driver did not even bother to knock when he stuck the Notice at my door. Now the package is goodness knows where, despite being paid for in full. * **** ** ******* ** * ******* **** *****

      ************ ***** ** ******** ** **** ******** Driver saying "can't locate address" for a huge building on the street. Agents on the phone seem confused and don't deliver accurate information. Dispatchers don't communicate. End result is a lost expensive package. Definitely not recommending this business.

      **** ******* ** ********* I was told my package would be delivered sept 12th. It went out for delivery at 3:40 pm and then immediately changed to appointment needed. I messaged and they said it would be delivered sept 13th. I called sept 13th and they said they would message the driver and it will be here sept 16th. I messaged on the 16th and they said to check back at noon. I requested a manager and they said to call. I called, waited over 45 minutes to be denied a manager and told I would get an email about the details of this package. I called sept 16th and waited on hold over an hour with no answer. No email. Chat opens at 10. The automated message says this company values customer service and empathy. It doesn’t. No one has apologized for the inconvenience or offered and solutions. ************** *** **** “customer service”agents have no idea what’s going on. ***** **** ********

      No notification that they couldn't find our address - all day long we got notices by text the package was on its way and finally the end of the day, their customer service is close. They are only open Monday through Friday and here it is Friday afternoon PST so no one to call!! No note as to when the next delivery would be. Ours is an easy address to find and could have given them set instructions if there was any place to give this online.

      Horrible service. My package was out for delivery and said it would be delivered by the end of the day. I was in all day waiting for it, still seeing it was 'in transit'. By 10pm, I assumed it wasn't arriving, though it still said 'in transit' and delivery was guaranteed by the end of the day. Over the weekend, the delivery date just disappeared. I phoned and was simply told it is still in transit and they had a delay with too many packages scheduled for my original delivery date, but I should expect it in the next couple of days. It is now 13 days later and I still don't have my package, it still says in transit, and no one can give me an estimated delivery date.

      worst delivery experience ever!!! My packages out for delivery for 3 days according to tracking And I need to be home for delivery for signature. It is now Friday evening 8:30 pm and still no delivery. called office, personnel was very helpful and pleasant. I asked if delivery was still coming today, Friday. She said the driver was 5 minutes away or less! But 1 hour later she still had not arrived. I Went on site for tracking and it said that "consignee not home" exactly at the same time as dispatch was saying she was just a few minutes away, 1:54 pm! Driver never came down our dead end road. I was sitting outside patiently waiting. I called dispatch back 1 hour later and asked if driver was still coming. Dispatch checked in with the driver and said that she was now half an hour away but would come back to deliver. I left my phone # so driver could call me if she got lost. I called dispatch at 4:30 pm no answer. I am still waiting and it is now 8:43 pm on Friday of a long weekend! How many more days am I to wait for delivery?

      They keep losing my orders now totaling over $1000 at there main hub. You call them about it and leave you on hold for hours giving me different answers each time I call them. Open a tracking case and still after week have not received a emailed or have been called. They also have broken 2 other orders. My driver is great but not worth the lose of product and sales. I will have all my wholesellers ship through any other service from now on. Not sure how they keep in business with this kind of service.
