      Absolutely awful service. Claimed to deliver (which mean a photo taken in front of my front door) with no hand off to another person given the value of the package. The vendor received a message from the courier that stated “courier handed package to customer” which is absolutely false.
      When contacting their customer service, they washed their hands and said it wasn’t their problem. Absolutely appalling.

      I woke up to this text message and it said I received this message at 10:12pm:
      “***** **** ****** * **** ******* *********** ********* *** ********** ****** ***** **** ***** **** ** **** *** ****.”
      I went down stairs straight away and it was not there..I called uni uni multiple times with no luck. Left a message on their website for assistance and no reply. What do I do now?

      uniuni got into my building and delivered the package in the lobby. they didnt send me a text saying they did till the next day.as you can assume i didnt get my package. i live on the 5th floor in a building that has 4 elevators. no excuse.

      Uniuni is the worse delivery carrier I have ever encountered . I wish there was a zero star because that's what you would get. I had the worse interaction with a driver on Dec 12th. I received a call at 4 pm from an unknown number. He didn't identify himself or the company he worked for . When I answered he said " * **** * ******** **** **** *** * " I then told the driver I was not in the city. He then proceeded to tell me that i needed to get someone else to pick it up now. When I told him no one else was home. He then proceeded to tell me that he is not ******, doesn't have time for this and hung up on me. The absolute ****** driver in life. I called American Eagle to complain. I have no idea why they use a carrier like this. I tried to call UniUni. That is a joke. No one calls you back. My advise to anyone is to not use this carrier or hire them to deliver their packages . Worse company I ever dealt with .

      A very ********* courier service. The courier left my parcel at my doorway since I wasnt home and took a picture of it. Then texted me to claim my parcel in their warehouse for the same reason, nobody's home. The tracking # was now invalid and the parcel was nowhere to be found. The courier took it home with them and pretended about taking a picture. I made a dispute with the seller but they claimed it was delivered. A real waste of money. So sad this kind of courier people existed. A shame to you Edmonton Uniuni courier!

      Told at 11pm my package was delivered. It was left in a communal area earlier today judging by their photo. I don’t have my package and I’ll have to wait another month for a replacement to be shipped to me, most items were Christmas gifts.

      Package left in unsecured area, no attempt to call my cell or ring buzzer both of which were on the label. No accountability by phone reps. Worst delivery company ever on the same level as intelcom.

      I was waiting for my package - which was my wedding dress and my bridesmaids gifts to be delivered and it was left at the front door and the instructions said to be delivered in the back yard behind closed gate (because of the package being of such great value). Did not follow instructions and my wedding dress could have been stolen. I had zero notification that it was delivered either.

      I have to add my own negative review to my experience with UniUni - The courier, as is voiced many times here, left the package in PLAIN VIEW of the street. At night. On a Saturday.
      And did not even bother to signal to us (we were OBVIOUSLY home at the time) that anything had been delivered.
      It, of course, was ******.
      They had enough time to take a photo of the label and of the front of the house with said item in full display but no time to put it in a less visible spot.
      Unbelievable. I've contacted the seller about this and indicated that they never deal with UniUni again and will have to leave the seller a poor rating with explanation regarding their chosen delivery agent.

      They delivered my package and left outside my gated townhouse community within 6 ft of a very busy sidewalk….needless to say when I went to gate to retrieve package it was gone….******. I have different delivery companies deliver to me through year with absolutely no problems! They could’ve left a note on buzzer or a message in my phone to let me know of attempt and I would have gladly picked up the package myself at their warehouse. The customer service rep I talked to first time said the driver should’ve called me but I had no missed calls. My phone number was very clearly on front of package as he took a picture of where it was left and a picture of shipping label. First customer service rep wasn’t able to type my email address correctly after I told her 3 times what it was. Only found out after waiting for 2 days to receive their email so I can start a claim. Called today and spoke to another rep who told me of the error with my email address and she said she would email (to the corrected address) the claim within 15-20 minutes…..it’s now been 2 hours and still waiting. I read in another post here that they take a picture and then have someone else come and take package away? Hopefully not true but if it is police should be involved!

      Gloria said she found my package when she responded to BBB complaint…..this was so NOT TRUE as my package was stolen from the bad location where driver put it. She contacted me by email and and gave me this random tracking number. I had already filed a complaint with the company and wanted to be refunded. Not sure why she couldn’t find my email in her system? Have finally, after many phone calls and emails, been refunded my money. I’m sure the complaint to ***** where package originated helped too!
