      This company keeps saying they attempted to deliver. However, I live in a condo that would alert me on my phone if they had tried. This only happens with this company. I know I am being lied to by them . Then they make it impossible to speak with a customer agent.

      Two different attempts for delivery. Failed. Two different packages. Uniuni will not deliver to a *********** box. There's a postal box on the property, Uniuni will not do the simple thing by putting the item in the mailbox if it's to be delivered after business hours, or take it to the main *********** ***** if it won't fit in the mailbox. Uniuni is Not in service to deliver packages, Uniuni complicates orders by returning to the sender if the *********** is closed.

      uniuni was supposed to deliver a package to my home; instead, they sent me a confirmation email of my package being delivered to a child care center! Who could mistake a big commercial building with **** in bold colored letters (as shown in the proof of delivery photos) with a home? When I contacted them about their driver's error, they said they let the vendor know of the delivery mistake, and it's up to the vendor to decide if they will remedy uniuni's delivery error by sending another package. What??? That's not taking responsibility for their driver's blatant mistake at all! And I still don't have my package or a resolution!

      Zero stars would be preferred. They lack moral and unethical employees who fail to deliver and take an extra minute to even figure out a small issue. If you live in any apartment or gated community. You can hang up getting your item(s). My solution is to cancel ordering from anyone who utilizes this services. So they infect are costing other companies money due to their fraudulent business practices.

      They failed to deliver a $400 package to my gated community twice. I explicitly instructed them to call my cell phone upon arrival since entry requires gate access. Both times, they ignored this simple instruction. Instead of calling me, their driver simply left with the package and returned it to the warehouse. To make matters worse, on the first delivery attempt, they falsely marked my address as incorrect, despite the fact that I regularly receive packages at this exact same address from major carriers like ****, **** and ***** without any issues.UniUni doesnt use legitimate, trained delivery professionals. They use third contractors who couldn't care less if your package gets delivered to you. Unlike legitimate delivery services, UniUni drivers lack access to secure apartment complexes and gated communities. So instead of just calling when they arrive, they just turn around and leave despite my explicit instructions to call after arrival that communicated through email and via phone after the first failed delivery attempt. I even offered to pick up the package directly from their warehouse, just to avoid further problems and they refused.I contacted the seller and explained that I would be traveling to ************** starting May 12, and wouldnt be available to receive the package after that. I asked them to redirect the delivery to my ************** address. The seller agreed. But unsurprisingly, UniUni has done nothing, hasnt moved the package, and has completely stopped responding.

      Package not attempted to deliver and marked as wrong address. Address was correct but opened a ticket and it took them over 2 weeks to retry it to deliver. They marked it delivered with 3 blank images as proof of delivery. not sure how are they in business.

      ******* is the worst delivery service that I know, they several mistakes for delivering my purchases. They usually drop and go living my purchases unattended in my building and delivering to the wrong address. They are very unprofessional !

      ******************** is an utter disaster! Their drivers are unprofessional (begging for gas money!), ignore clear instructions (repeatedly parking on our driveway), and even caused property damage (oil leak!). Their "support" (********************************************************************) is useless, and they've completely ignored our complaints.This isn't just our experience; TrustPilot has over 800 reviews averaging ONE STAR a damning testament to their incompetence. They must be offering dirt-cheap deals to businesses, because no sane customer would choose this.The infuriating part? Many of my favorite stores use them, forcing me to consider whether to keep shopping there to avoid this terrible service.******* is negligent, unresponsive, and damaging. Avoid them like the plague! And tell the companies you buy from that their choice of ******* is impacting your business.
