      UniUni is absolutely the worse delivery company it’s the first time I’ve gotten this company bringing me a package but I haven’t got my package. Everyday they say for sure tomorrow and nothing I believe they are a **** and *******. Do not use that company.

      They delivered my package to the complete wrong address not once but TWICE. this was after talking to customer service and over email multiple times to make sure they had correct address. I believe this delivery service is ***** and they are ******** peoples parcels. Will make sure to never have them deliver my items again!

      It shows that was delivered. I haven't received anything. I read reviews about your company and I haven't seen any good reviews. I also read that some of your delivery guys are sketchy. Apparently the parcel will be put on your porch and a few minutes after will be picked up by another guy. Many that's what happen to my package.

      Worst shipping company I've ever seen.
      First delivery was just a notice on the front door of my building saying they missed me but didn't even try buzzing me (despite having my appartment number and phone number).
      I wasn't aware of the second delivery. All I got was an update on my tracking info saying they missed me (no notice this time on the front door and again no phone call). Their warehouse is an hour from my apartment.
      There also was a mix-up with my tracking numbers after my "second delivery". The original said the second delivery was still pending while the new one said to come pick it up. Their warehouse is an hour from my apartment.
      Really poor customer service also. They were telling me how I shouldn't be concerned about having 2 tracking numbers with conflicting informations.

      The ****** **** act makes it ******* for any unauthorized individual to open, keep, or even delay someone else's mail, this company needs to be charged and shut down, mail falls under federal laws, totally unacceptable, same excuses for every customer, I did not pick this Courrier, the shipped did, police complaint has been made, will post the outcome

      Uniuni left a "door tag"on my door which indicated I would need to go to their warehouse to pick up my package. The warehouse is a 40 minute round trip from my home. They also indicated on this "door tag" that a second delivery attempt would require an extra charge. This did not seem honest to me as I had already paid shipping on the parcel. I called and was told the person who answered had no authority and I must emailed UNIUNI. I did this but my email was ignored. So I complained to the ****** Seller. The seller refunded to me the amount of the item purchased and the shipping cost. The seller rectified the problem to my satisfaction. I think this is the best thing to do. If sellers get complaints they hopefully will stop using this delivery company. ***** *** ********* **** **** **** ******** ****** *** **** ***** *** ********* **** **** ******* *** *********  No excuse for a business operating this way.

      I have a parcel being delivered with UNIUNI. For 2 days it has been "out for delivery". Yet when i contacted the local warehouse, I was told that it would be delivered today. Well, after sending them a PHOTO of my office, to ensure the package is delivered to the CORRECT location, i was told there was too much traffic, and they couldn't make it before 4pm today. So, they had over 5.5 hours to deliver this today and now (maybe, based on these reviews???) they say tomorrow. I have no idea how this company stays in business with the terrible reviews they have. This is a terrible experience thus far with this company. I will likely never order from this vendor again, on the off chance they continue to send packages by UNIUNI. This terrible service is actually going to start costing businesses more money with the amount of refunds they will have to issue, or re-sending products that weren't delivered properly.

      I would give this company 0 stars if I could. No one answers the phone when you call in the Montreal branch for UNI Express it's been out since 7pm LAST NIGHT it said it was estimated to come today nothing yet... Still says out for delivery with no updates whatsoever. Their custommer support is nonexistent and they clearly don't care about your company's package. I do not recommend this company.
