      Left my package worth $175 outside of the side door of my apartment building. Did not even pull into the parking lot to use the main door or drop off in the lobby or mailroom, no one contacted me at all to let me know it was there and someone just walked right off the streets and ***** it as it was just carelessly left outside a side entrance that’s ten feet away from the sidewalk. This was my Christmas gift from my mother. I feel so disrespected and violated. What sort of standards of practice do you have? Who is training your drivers? You should have your business license revoked, what a nightmare. Do better!

      Recently purchased item from China, they uni uni to deliver , uni uni delivery guy came outside my building took the picture and send me email item delivered, never came to my unit and I was home all day , I went outside nothing there , withing 1 hour I emailed back to uniadmin that I did not receive the package and explains what delivery guy did but they never responded , I think they guys are **** ** **** ****** and steal custome packages cause as I start doing online research there are hundreds of complain about the uni uni delivery guy mysteriously delivering invisible packages that never gets to their customers , luckily I paid with ****** and opened the case against seller so in the future they will not use this company uni uni for any deliveries , this local company is in Gardena , California. Don't do business with them .

      THE WORST COURIER EVER!!!
      I was supposed to get my package before Christmas. Instead, I found a slip saying that I have to pick it up because they couldn’t find me. I opted for a second delivery, I even called them and made sure they have all the details and mentioned to LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR. Still, they didn’t even buzz (if they were ever here) and pretending that nobody answered. I have never dealt with them before, but it’s AWFUL! Now I have to drive 40 minutes to pick up my package, on my time and my expenses when this was supposed to be delivered long time ago.
      So many bad reviews and can’t believe they are still running!
      I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER!

      The same problem. They do not deliver.
      Twice my packages were left on the floor at the common entrance, which is open for everybody from outside. The first time I was lucky to find it, but the second time my parcel disappeared. I was at home, but nobody bothered to buzz or phone me. I learned about the delivery from the sender's email.
      In response to my complain they did not even apologized. They sent me two pictures of my parcel on the dirty floor and advised to ask the sender for a refund.

      I guess your driver couldn't see the HUGE mailbox or lit doorbell button both beside the front door. I almost stepped on my fragile plastic delivery when I went outside after dark, not knowing that the delivery had been made. Unfortunately, your email notification came after I had retired for the night (1:31 AM).
      This level of service is UNSATISFACTORY so for future deliveries, I hope my normal-sized, fragile packages can be deposited in my HUGE mailbox & the drivers can kindly ring the adjacent doorbell when delivered. I will be leaving a negative review on social media for this POOR service in the hopes that your drivers improve their practices.

      They literally put it in front of an elevator. They put it down in front of in elevator, took a picture of it, and left it there. This isn't incompetence its outright spite. They even put the wrong room number on package. Nothing is more infuriating then realizing that you saw your package in the apartment mailroom but didn't realize it was yours because someone scribbled on the wrong number.

      I was able to pull up your file with UniUni to verify the proof of delivery as well as overlook the labelling which is described in your review. The box in which it was delivered in was small and the shipping label that was placed on your parcel by the originating logistics company had your address bent over the edge of the parcel which prevented the address from being clearly shown in picture. The number 605 was not a correction of address of any kind but a measure for the courier to have his parcels listed in order of delivery. So we apologize for the confusion.

      These guys are ****!!! I live in a condo building and my parcel was left in the entrance to the building. There was no attempt to call me on my phone- the parcel has my number and they never buzzed me to say they were delivery a parcel. I apparently have to leave a star rating which I would give them nothing at all but you have to rate them...the 1 star is false it should be no stars.

      They should be stripped off their business license. Countless reviews clearly show their gross negligence and persistent ************ in delivering packages securely to receivers and utter ********* in leaving packages in unsecured areas. It's like single digit ** is the prerequisite to work for and manage at this company. Senders beware and recceivers should hope a different delivery service is used.

      Horrible delivery company. Package was not delivered to my door; it was left in the lobby where t was ******.
