      Like SO many other reviews, the driver left my package in the lobby. It was gone within 10 minutes of being delivered. The complete and utter laziness and unprofessionalism from the driver is **********. Theres no reason they could not deliver this to my door. We have no concierge and no security watching the lobby. This delivery company should be shutdown.

      UniUni Company is the worst I saw!Impossible to call, nobody answer (I'm called between 5 and 10 times per day), by email, no reply. And I have the number of the local warehouse and they told me to call the company... but the company never answer!!!

      UNIUNI IS THE WORST!! They have had my package as out for delivery for 5 days now!!!!! How long do you need to take to deliver a package, UNIEXPRESS?!! Clearly they have no clue the meaning of express and theyre far from it!! Ive called customer service numerous times and not only are they very unprofessional (I was hung up on by one person as she kept saying to wait and I said but how long, its been 5 days of this out for delivery nonsense! So she just hung up!!!!!) but they are completely useless too and provide no help as to where hitting package actually is and when it really is supposed to arrive!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

      They fail to respond to multiple requests to track and reply to the calls. It's literally radio silence and their contact number goes to voicemail, that they are closed even though it is during business hours. At this point, there's no clear answer to where the package is.I don't understand why they even have an A- rating when the complaints I see here are all similar.

      I was lucky to notice the parcel outside my door !They should have ring the bell ????...this is the MAJOR ISSUE with many other postal delivery companies as well, notably Amazon products drivers.

      Like many of these reviews, I have had countless packages left either outside my apartment building door, or lobby, without me knowing of my delivery. We have a call box outside the main door, and either these people stupid or lazy to buzz or just after their pay for delivery. I have twice gone to pick up my package at their location, and it is a small ****************** ,and you have to lineup with the eatery clientele. When it gets to your turn, you show them your id and the person will go to a small curtained area for your package. Wow, what a lousy business. My shipments come from **** and they ship with Global Landmark, which I am not fond of. I live in ********, ** and I have tracked my packages from ****** next door, to ********, and further somewhere and back to west. It sometimes takes more than a month and when it finally gets to Uni Express. they also louse up the delivery. I will never deal with these people if I know my package will come through them. I wish their business license is revoked forever.

      Said they delivered the package, gave picture "proof" that is supposed to be the address label and also a picture of the house number or street number. But the second picture was of my package in front of a steering wheel. I contacted them and they said they would get into contact with the courrier that delivered my package and get back to me in ***** hours. I called back 2 days later, no answer from the courrier, got told to wait a bit longer until they could contact them. Called a week later still nothing and then a day after the call, just got an email saying that they couldn't contact the courrier and it was declared lost/stolen.It seems rather obvious that the courrier most likely stole my package and they would rather not do anything about it and leave it up to the seller to deal with.

      Unorganized company tracking ineffective. I live in small town their courier has had my package for delivery since Feb 19 today is feb 21 it has interrupted my daily life waiting to be home for package each day not delivery. Status says out for delivery since Feb 20. **************** evasive when I requested supervisor refused. Fix it

      Uni is the worst courier company that I have ever had to deal with.
      They delivered my package to my work addess & it got ****** because the lazy delivery driver just left it by a door. A door that is a fire door & is locked from the outside. They never even bothered to got around to the reception door.
      They took a picture like that is ok, no it's not ok, you just left it to be ******.
      Any business that deals with them will have unhappy customers. Poor quality of service.
      Their customer service does nothing to investigate except show those photos like that helps, no I'm not ***** I never got my package due to your drivers **********.
