If I could leave no stars I would!... Seriously.. I leave a ton of reviews to every company that I use.. I think of all the hundreds of reviews I've left maybe three or four might have been not that good but really I just want to say take this as the worst review ever of any company My package was supposed to be delivered I was told that that delivery attempt failed and they were unable to deliver my package I called immediately giving specific instructions letting them know where to leave my package and everything and I have cameras never did I see them attempt again like they said they were going to matter of fact never seen them even attempt the first time.. these people are bogus Make sure if you order anything that it is not going to be handed off to these guys if it is don't waste your time.uniuni

The WORST delivery company I have ever dealt with. They had two failed deliveries to my home, one with a phone call from the driver who did not speak or understand any English, so he couldn't understand when i asked him to leave the package. He hung up on me, and when I contacted UniUni, they said my package will be returned to its place of origin: *****. I see nothing but bad reviews about this horrible company, and I believe they deserve every single one of them.uniuni

My package got stolen and they were not willing to help me get a refund through the seller. Honestly they should be putting packages into a parcel locker if they are not willing to compromise on stolen packages. Its common sense. They do not care about customers at all. I absolutely would not recommend if you value you your money.uniuni

As a final-mile carrier, UniUni does not authorize refunds or replacements; those actions are handled directly through the seller. For stolen packages, customers must initiate a claim with the vendor to request a resolution.
We also encourage customers to submit delivery instructions in advance, such as a preferred drop-off location or a request to leave the parcel in a more secure area, via a UniUni support ticket, should they receive future deliveries.

The worst experience everrrr!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered, paid, driver took pictures of my package and it said delivered. The worst sh## is that I never got my package because the driver delivered it to the wrong address. I waited hours and hours to get in contact with customer support just for them to tell me to take a picture of my house to compare with the wrong address and then they told me I have to wait 48 hours for a response bull crap!!!!!! I'm not rich. And it's crazy I had to find the house on redfin to find houses in ******* that has the same address number. Too much for me in one day and it's like I'm at work , I can't leave so I have to wait. Will not be ordering from uni uni sh*tty place again. Their drivers are lazy and dumb asl. Please shut them down bad business neverrrrrr a fu##### again.uniuni

Title: Worst Delivery Experience 5 Days Out for Delivery With No Package Ive been waiting for a package that has been marked Out for Delivery for five days in a ****** still nothing.Ive called UniUni customer service five times, and every time they say it will be delivered today. No one ever delivers it, and they refuse to give me the drivers contact or escalate to a supervisor. I also sent an email with no useful response.This is completely unacceptable. I have lost time, patience, and trust. I will never choose any service that uses UniUni againand I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.uniuni

Horrible my package was supposed to get delivered and it says the driver attempted to deliver this is false. Based on all of the complaints I will seek legal action and try to start a class action lawsuit against uniuni I want a refund immediatelyuniuni

One star is too many. Why are these guys in business??? They deliver to the wrong address. I am an ************ manager and it is exhausting taking care of their mistakes. We give them a map, they leave it at the pool or the the library and sometimes they don't even get out of their car and throw it out the window at our office door. I just found 4 more packages at our library door that belong to the ******* next door. Temu and TicTock............you should stop using them. Many people I encounter will never do business with you because of Uniuni!Probably the worst company I have come in contact with.uniuni

If I could give this company a rating in the negative zone; I WOULD! This company does not deserve even that! One star is way too high! This company inspite of my contacts with them through email, trying to initiate a chat and even by phone today yields NO RESOLUTION! The problem is their delivery staff drops the mail in the building in an unsecure spot; packages are routinely stolen because of this. Even a area **** ask the driver to stop leaving packages in unsecure area and the practice continues. Today after waiting over ************************************************************************************************************ while I was talking. Whenever I see Im expecting a package and this company is responsible for delivery I JUST KNOW IM GONNA HAVE A BAD DAY AND IT NEVER FAILS
