      They lied about delivery attempts and were never seen on my property or security cameras. Then they said they had three failed attempts so they were sending my package back to my vendor. Come to find out that they "destroyed my package" as it could not be delivered..... This is after several phone calls and emails. Essentially they just stole my package.

      Previously I was told you had destroyed my package, now you're saying it's going to be redelivered.... Seems like more lies as it has not been delivered and there is no update on the tracking....

      Uniuni is terrible!! Tracked package to ***************** on April 12th. Now the 22nd and still no package. I live 30 minutes away from *******. Waited on hold 35 minutes to speak to someone only to be told they're looking into it and if I don't receive it by the end of the week, contact them again. ********!

      my package hasn't been delivered for 2 days since its been out for delivery and the chatbot refuses to give me a eta.. also wont let me make a support ticket. don't know why temu works with you guys

      Will avoid using ANY company that uses this shipping company. They left all packages on the floor of the apartment complex mailbox located outdoors during the day where it could have been easily damaged or stolen. Addressed concerns through their website with tracking info and received a generic response saying it was delivered with photo. I can see from other reviews and replies to those responses that this company is ****, much like their delivery drivers and customer service. I feel bad for the customers who had their packages stolen or misdelivered but it's not hard to believe with this company. Zero accountability.

      The worst delivery company. I do not understand why our packages are trusted to be delivered by the company. They do not deliver to your home. They do not resolve open tickets. They leave you on hold then when they pick up they do not answer. Loud tv and people talking in the background. They intentionally ignore you . ******* do better use a reliable delivery company you get millions of dollars. Zero for reliability and customer service.

      I been waiting since April 14 it's been out for delivery you can't never talk to any one if you do it 2 minutes they say out for delivery this company is no good you pay for stuff but they can not deliver it to you.its the same thing every day this company need to be shut don't are something please help us

      Tracking number shows "returned to warehouse". Their web site states they make multiple attempts at delivery but they didn't. This delivery address is a US *********** and it was open on the day they noted it was returned. No notification, no attempt to email or call. I've made multiple attempts to open a support ticket on their web site but just keep getting Failed Attempt Please Try Again messages. It will not open a ticket. Their web site doesn't even work! Hold times for calling is 20 minutes and I wait 45 minutes or longer and no one picks up!

While our policy is to make multiple delivery attempts, we recognize this location, being a **** facility, presents delivery limitations. UniUni does not deliver directly to post office counters or P.O. Boxes, which may have caused the parcel to be returned prematurely.
      We also acknowledge the technical issues you've encountered when trying to submit a support ticket. This is not the experience we want for any customer. A senior agent is now assigned to your case and will reach out directly to assist you and help clarify next steps.

      The ordering process on line should contain information that you do not deliver to post offices, their boxes or counters when ordering then. I would not have placed the order should you have had that on your web site. Or listed another street address to prevent this from happening. What a disappointment to order something and have the hassle of not getting the product due to a lack of information on your part.

      I dont think this company actually exists. I ordered a package via **** & the seller shipped it via UniUni. Immediately, the tracking information was very weird. They also said they attempted to deliver the package but was unsuccessful. I have cameras at my house. There was no delivery attempt. I called UniUni & the customer service hung up on me. Totally unacceptable. Something needs to be done.

      God awful customer service, called them at 10 am right as they opened, been on hold for 25 minutes, the times randomly goes from 30 minutes to 10 to 35 to 16, they don't deliver, they 'attempt' delivery, then they send it back to the warehouse. They don't answer customer support tickets, please don't rate these fools A+, they're a *********** Terrible terrible service.

      Never delivered my package after 1 attempt. Never specified that they don't deliver to military bases. I put in a customer complaint and they hung up on me, and then proceeded to ignore my emails. This company should be shut down, it's a complete scam.
