      If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! With in 2 month ******* failed to deliver my packages EVEN AFTER I correct the address because for some unknown reason, they cant find their way out of a dang paper bag! I just submitted an address correction which course did not take the change because the package is still out for deliver for 6 DAYS!!!!! This is the WORST carrier to send packages!!!!

      I have attempted several times now to get into contact with them regarding my package and they have sent nothing but automated responses that don't even answer what I asked. They haven't updated the tracking information of my package either, despite the seller I bought from notifying me that UniUni was in possession of the package. They have had my package for 13+ days.

      ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!This is the worst delivery service and should be shutdown or revamped. The lazy delivery driver doesnt deliver the packages to the correct address. **************** is no help. No accountability from no one.

      This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any shipping company. I've been waiting MONTHS for my package. Yes plural, more than one. I don't understand how the delivery keeps failing, my house doesn't move. I even offer to meet the driver, or pick it up from the warehouse, but they tell me I can't. They really should be shut down. I've seen many stories of people that don't get their stuff at all. Wish I could give them no stars

      They are f****** horrible. They need to be shut the f*** down their delivery drivers are a waste of f****** time. They had the nerve to take a picture of my package inside their car. Take a picture of my package on the porch and the driver took my package with him Saying he delivered it but little do he know my ring camera caught him taking it back and now I cant get a hold of anybody. This is why I dont order s*** off-line you guys are giving TikTok a bad name. And if I could give you *******, no stars, I would.

      This is my 1st and last time using them! I hate being uncertain of a service I PAID FOR. The money for the services are paid immediately but, but I have gotten more hassle then ever. I order from ***** all the time, and for whatever reason. This particular time, they chose this service to deliver with. They have horrible communication, customer service does not exist. They expect you to forget that you paid money for something, so they can steal it!!!!!!! I am ******. Close this service down NOW!

      Uniuni abandond my order in lobby .iv tryd making complaints with ******* uniuni and the BBB . I am sick of these ppl taking our canadian pride and sandards from us .doing nothing but making things worse .Im really disaponited with walard uniuni and the BBB. The BBB TOLD ME THAT UNIUNI ABANDONED MY ORDER AND ARE NOT RESPONCABLE ANY MORE .Sound like a mental health issue to me .The BBB IS JUST AS INCOMPETENTAND NEGLAGENT AS UNIUNI .Thanks for prtecting the bad guys here

      UniUni said my package was delivered, however I never received it. After back and forth emails asking for a photo of where my package was delivered to in mid March 2025, I finally was advised how to retrieve a photo on there web site. Yes, my package was delivered to the correct address however left OUTSIDE of our condo building that is located on a very busy street and has a bus stop right in front of our building. Its very apparent if I did not receive my package someone else did. I cant believe for a second that a driver in his tight mind would think that its ok and or safe to leave a customers paid purchase outside a condo building!!! Wow wow wow! I would highly suggest and highly recommended that one does not order from any company that uses UniUni as their deliver company! I was very lucky to receive a full refund from the company I purchased my items from however many have not been as lucky.

      Stayed home all day,made sure I could see the driveway. Not a person showed up, soon as I went to the bathroom and came back. Got a text saying that they missing me. Guess I'll just be chalking this one up as a loss and a learnable experience. This mail service *****. They should be shut down immediately.

      Very frustrating experience with the website and with customer service. The tracking has been showing 'parcel delay' for the past 10 days and I couldn't get Uniuni to contact me after using the online ticketing/ chatbot. So I finally had to call and the wait was 45 mins. She kept saying there was a parcel delay but couldn't provide further explanation (e.g. freight container? warehouse? etc.). She asked for my email to open a ticket for me and will have someone respond to me in ***** hours, which I responded I created one couple days ago but still gave her my email. She hung up before I finished providing my ******** last parcel in Jan was more or less in the same situation. Online ticketing was useless, so I had to get through human agent. Instead of the promised *****hours, they responded after 2 weeks and saying that they lost my package. Uniuni provided me a letter of lost parcel, which was a big joke. I couldn't get my money back because the vendor was not ***** or Temu or other big ************ this point I would avoid it at all cost, too bad vendors kept partnering with them. I would pay extra to ship with another shipping company or just not pay the item if I know Uniuni is shipping my package.

      Issue is that Uniuni declared that my parcel as lost and was unwilling to provide any compensation. You simply issued me a letter of lost parcel and brushed me off to the vendor, as I have explained multiple times on the email and here again, there is not vendor that I can relay to because I already own the items before having them shipped.Regardless of the resolution, Uniuni have lost 2 of my packages since 2025 (writing this in April 2025). Not by choice you shipped me about 6 packages in 2025 so that's a 33% lost rate.
