      Shaw no longer offered customer service in our area, and our satellite was not working. We were told it would be a 3-month wait for one of their service representatives to attend our service call, yet we were charged 3 months of charges...with. no service. We are an extremely dissatisfied customer, who has been a long time customer, and expected better customer service. Disappointed, cancelled, and a very bad review from us.

      On Jun.2nd,2023, I phoned Shaw "Customer Service"for what SHOULD be a simple matter:Please close both my Internet & Cable Accts., as I have moved & no longer require these services.I gave the C.S.R. my new Address,to send my final Bills.She put me on hold, to"speak to her team"(?).A few moments later,a defensive Supervisor came on the line & asked me"What's the problem?".I said:"No problem at my end".I then reiterrated the reason for my call.She told me to recycle the modem & gave me a Policy# for Canada Post,to return the Cable Box,to Shaw.I gave her my forwarding Address,as well.The next day,I took Packaged Cable Box(with Policy#)to ********,for shipment.On Jun.25th,still no Bill,for either Acct.,I phoned Shaw.I explained the situation.I again gave the C.S.R. my new Address.First,she said my Bill, was sent to the Service Address. I told her I have moved & to a different City.After a few minutes of back & forth,she claimed,the Bill was sent to my new Address & that I should contact **** ****!!After more back & forth,She put me on hold to"Talk to her Team".After 20 mins.,on hold,I hung up.No one phoned back.Today,July11th,I received my Internet Bill,Addressed to General Delivery,rather then the P.O.Box that I gave 3 different people at Shaw!(Rural Mail is sent P.O.Box-no door to door delivery).The Bill should be prorated for 15 days of service:$26.50.Sadly no,it's for$74.00!!They charged me after I closed my Accts.I can't wait to see my Cable Bill-whenever they get around to sending it! I phoned Shaw,yet again.After 20 mins.,on hold,I hung up.Seriously Shaw,a trained circus monkey could do a better job,with such a basic,simple matter.I urge everyone:get your Services from the competion.By the way,both ********* & SHAW PARENT *** ******,managed to send me Bills, to my new Address.Too bad I can't leave no stars!!

      Tough to deal with if you have a problem. When I said cancel account immediately, they informed me that would cost a $300 fee. I ended the conversation in utter frustration.

      My home wifi was down yesterday (July4), I called Shaw support service, and followed his instructions try to fix but not worked. He said he'll send a technician come to fix it, but earliest date is Sunday (July9). I can't wait so long and afraid of these kind of things happen again in the future, so I move to ***** today. When I called Shaw to cancel the service today, they said I had a contract and will get $300 penalty. I told them it's not me want to stop the contract and change to a cheaper service, it's Shaw stop service first and let customer don't have internet for 6 days. In that situation, should I still feed Shaw even they don't provide me service they suppose to do? Should I still trust Shaw cables quality and stay with them?

      I've been paying for their 1.5G internet service for the last 20 months and the highest speed I've ever managed to get, was around 900M. Image if I could only pay sixty percent of my bill each month... but I guess **** doesn't care, as long as I am tied to them with a contract.

      My bill was due and received the notice of potential disconnection. The bill was paid as suggested via the instructions. The payment was made fully. The customer service agent was given the banks confirmation number. Two days later the services were disconnected. I need the services to complete affidavits and legal documents for court appearance in 48 hours. The service would not be restored to the bank processing time. Long time customer, multiple devices and services used. Agent could disconnect immediately and also reconnect if I chose to pay for the bill fee immediately via credit card and then use the overpayment for future services as a credit. I stated I wanted the service termination documents to review to explore the option. Services were terminated immediately.

      Dealing with **** and its employees has been a complete nightmare. After being evicted from my house 5 months ago, I advised **** to suspend my account but instead of doing so, they continued to bill me monthly at full price and after 4 months, they cancelled my account without informing me. Earlier today Im called by creditors saying I owe over $800. I was on the phone with **** for 1 1/2 hours today and got nothing but a runaround by the lady on the phone. Asked several times to speak with a supervisor but wouldnt let it happen. Ill never pay this trumped up bill and if anyone is looking to switch to ****, please reconsider because it happens quite often and theyll always do what they can to get away with it. Horrible business to deal with!!!

      I hate Shaw so much . It is the worst internet service and the support dose nothing . You would have to chat for hours and they do nothing . I recommend Shaw to people I don’t like . Worse company ever . I regret renewing my contract, but the problems happened after I renewed my contract.

      My modem wont connect- they feel its acceptable to leave me without internet for over 7 days until a tech can come to check it out. I work from home, I literally cant work, Im losing wages, I probably wont make rent this month. Its 2023, and Im without internet for over a week. Thanks ****. Im forced to use this service as Im in a rural area and its one of the ************- do not use them if you have other options. They cant even provide the service you pay for.

      Worst company every, after merger they only transfer and nothing and at the end they will transfer you completely different company. Disgrace to service industry. They will transfer you ****** without any information and ****** will say to you why you are calling ** if you have **** account and they cant even look for **** account **** *** *** **** *** ********* Cancelling home and three other cooperate accounts.
