      Typical behavior of a monopoly. Used to be good to customers, now they treat them with disdain. I ordered something that had free returns and when I tried to return it within a couple days of getting it, they said they'd send my my money back... 6 calls later they denied my claim.This is all documented. They flat out lied, verbally and on the website. This company needs to be broken up. I'm actively looking for alternatives to Amazon.

      Unreal. Also got used item as new. It already has 2 return labels on the item. I will be at least the 3rd person returning as there are also other stickies that were removed from this package. Is this an acceptable business practice?

      I've been ordering with AMAZON& Whole foods,for over one year.At first they packaged our frozen foods real good.As time went on ,they now don't ever care if the food is frozen.They just throw it in the bag.Last night(06/06/2022) I placed an $40.00 grocery order.someone from Amazon, canceled my entire order.Gave me no notice,or nothing.To me,this is unacceptable. AMAZON NEEDS TO SCHOOL THE PEOPLE THAT PREPARE THE GROCERYS! AND DONOT CANCEL ORDERS!!

      Let's talk about Amazon placing what is essentially False statements in regards to delivery times and notices and then changing them with their 'shipping' notices. Items showing next day delivery, sending order receipts with the same date then giving a later date in the shipping notice, while still showing the item with the earlier/same deilvery time/window. EX: An electronic device with 'next day', ordered in the morning of June 5th stating delivery on the 6th.. Sending an order confirmation email stating delivery June 6th... then NOT pulling and getting to 'ship' by their own delivery until the 6th and changing the delivery date to the 7th,,, while the item shows/lists as "FREE SAME DAY/FREE delivery Today 5 PM - 10 PM. Order within..." I have no less than 3 items Amazon has done this with this,,,
