I spoke with ****** about my order being delayed and she couldnt help so I asked for a manager and was only sent to a different retail department and spoke with Jisoo. He told me Amazon couldnt do anything since the order hadnt shipped and for me to wait until tomorrow. He also said he was going to call me the following day. I never received a call and my order still hadnt shipped. I then called and spoke with ******** and she could help me so I was transferred to ****** who just stopped talking on the to make it seem a bad connection. I called back and then spoke with manager, ******, who says that there was nothing she could do since the order already shipped. I was told previously that the order had not shipped but now it will be here on the date of my departure! Poor service, poor communication, poor retention *****!Review fromAmanda T

Amazon has been terrible. Recently spent some time on the phone with someone from the investigation division about their drivers opening doors to my house to deliver packages. While going through this it was noted we dont have the key entry access that they offer so they were entering our home without permission. We also found that the pictures they are supposed to take of packages were not of the packages and instead of the items in our garage. After this started happening we had random vehicles drive by our house slowly and recording as if they were trying to look for entry points and when we would be home versus not. This was brought up to the amazon person. She advised that there would be notes to NOT TOUCH doors, just leave package beside them outside. This didnt happened. Today it happened again where the driver got out of the delivery van and walked right into my garage and left a package. As soon as he saw me, he ran. Theres has never nor will there ever be permission for them to do this. This is scary that its still happening, we filed 2 police reports now with local police about the issues. This needs to stop. Youve lost customers due to this as its a security and privacy issue.Review fromVick G

The Customer *************** at ********************** admitted that a fraudulent charge was made to my card (even while repeatedly reassuring me that the charger could not know my card#). In spite of this evidence, they continue to keep my money, and told me to take a hike... that my problem was with my bank. Then, they refused to send me something confirming their assessment of fraud!I suspect there are intrusions into their system that they are desperately trying to keep from getting press.I know they are going to keep my money until I unjam it. That entails a sometimes hours-long wait for Direct Express to answer the phone with a robot... who must be a demon.Can somebody please help me?Review fromGary K

Having been a Amazon customer for over a decade. I was suddenly told that all my reviews where fake and my account was suspicious? When I attempted to contact the company via email, I was sent a generic form email about my account being reviewed and that I was posting fake reviews. Amazon failed 100% in this and I have now started to shift away from them as a online sellar. Very poor customer service and lack of diligence on *********************** part.Review fromKeila R

Very poor ***************** I purchased an item through Amazon.com and never received the item. I requested a refund and never received it. I have spoken to my bank and Amazon customer service line multiple times with no resolution. I would like my money back after being scammed on their website. What should I do?Review fromSteve T

Bought 2 ******* S22 on prime day From Amazon not 3rd party sellers. I received my order and much to my surprise instead of nearly $2000 worth of phones I got a $49 speaker. I promptly contacted customer service and was advised to send pics. I did and got a reply to return the item for a refund. I do not want a refund. I want the phones I bought. Since it was now several days later the phones were now $100 each more. Amazon flatly refused to send the correct items even after 11 emails and at least 6 phone calls. I had a brief moment of hope today as I got to speak to *** a customer service manager. Sadly he was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a supervisory position. He could only recite a few sentences from the training manual regarding returning my item. He then impolitely said if that's all I can help you with today then I am going to end this call and hung up. I received a return label by email and much to my surprise I had to pay for return shipping of the Item that I never ordered. This is the most disgusting service I have ever received from any company I have dealt with. So here I am with out the 2 phones i needed to replace 2 broken phones. I have just spent $30 to return a speaker I didn't order and have a $2000 charge on my credit card that *** take up to 30 days to be refunded. I am currently wondering why I am paying $100 a year to be treated like garbage. I purchased a sofa couch from Amazon for my daughters birthday. The delivery date was for July 6. Amazon ended up delivering early which was the 5 of July so I was super excited as her birthday was July 5. When I got home there was a generator in-front my door. My disappointment started here. I called Amazon and informed them of the problem.that they delivered the wrong item. I also said to them I wont be able to move the generator as its too heavy. The customer service representative sent me an email to print a label and to physically take the generator to a return agent. I called Amazon again the following day and told them I wasnt able to move the generator as it was too heavy and I dont have a vehicle for it to fit in. The customer service representative then sent me another email to create a return label for a pick up. I did this. They gave me a pick up date for July 11. I went to work over the weekend per usual and when I got home Sunday the generator was no longer there. So, naturally I called Amazon to ask if they had picked up the generator and to inquire about my refund for the sofa that I still to this day have not received. A representative proceeded to inform me that they had not picked up the generator. The generator sat outside my front door from July 5 until July 10. I made several calls to Amazon trying to get them to come pick up the generator. it is now missing and Amazon refuse to refund my money and even the supervisor was very rude. I have been shopping at Amazon for over 5 yrs and Ive never experienced this before! With that being said, Im very disappointed in Amazon. I am the one suffering from their negligence .. failure to send the correct package (a generator looks nothing like a couch doesnt even come in a similar box so howw), failure to pick up the package in a timely manner and failure to give me my money back. I am out of $400 and dont even have the couch that I ordered OR even the generator they mistakingly sent!Review fromLinda Y

I purchaesd a Pergola through Amazon. When it was partly assembled, I found that the fastener holes were not aligning to enable connection of two parts. I contacted Amazon to send the replacement parts. They said that instead I needed to return the entire item. As it weighed about 100lbs, it could not be dropped off at the post office. They told me to use a courier and be sure to include a copy of the invoice inside the box and the shipping costs would be refunded. I did as instructed. The document enclosed incuded the amount paid and the tracking number. They received the item and refunded the cost excluding the shipping charges.After many emails and phone communications since late May, each time they asked for additional informatiom, they have now said they will not refund the shipping. I have provided them the verification of product delivery to Amazon which includes the same tracking number as on the document inside the box, a Credit Card Authorization from Purolator which also has the same trackig number noted, and a copy of my **** statement with my name/addres, and the line item of the amount paid. After each submission they ask for more information. Thier last request was a copy of a document from Purolator which noted the weight. I told them I was providing no more informatin as they already had plenty of proof. This has been ongoing since May. They have hinted that it was too late to provide a refund ( their *****, not mine), that the *** they could refund was $150 ( I paid $172.17), that if I provided the credit card statement they would see what they could do!!!! Did not know I was being charged $4.99 a month for a "subscription " that I thought was a "try before you buy" and never bought anything from!! $4.99 a month for 16 months!!! Amazon "customer service" canceled the subscription AND my Amazon prime AND my Amazon music (paid $79 for in February for a year, zero refund of balance of that subscription) Multiple calls to resolve the prime and music, they did refund the music. Email stating they would refund 6 months of the subscription. Only issued one $4.99 credit. Another hour on the phone to be told they should not have offered 6 months but would honor it today.I'm still out $50 and Amazon basically told me "oh well, you should watch your account closer". Trust me. I will. And it will be quite easy as I won't be giving them nearly the business I used to.
