I had my 1hikye57 as my user name for ********************** for 3 years. I put my acc to 2-step verification (yes that's my fault), but you can't tell me you deleted the card info of my recently old card that literally hasn't been invalid or however you want to put it,for not even a month yet. I don't even think it's been 3 weeks but you can't verify a card. A card? Really you're that dumb you can't do it? Three numbers, that's actually seriously the worst excuse and it's not but sure "slow claps" you can **** ignorance all you want, but it's not the truth. Because of this I loose my old acc. You get the angry review. No matter if you fix this or not this should have "NEVER" happened be it an employees fault or someone of a higher status. So to anyone that is willing take my advice and never use 2-step verification unless you know for a fact you won't loose access to 2 or more things you can use.

I ordered three wigs from them. All three of them came synthetic after the ad said 100% human here I sent back the products April 2. They are saying wait until June 1 for my refund. I have been calling in contacting these people and apparently they cant help. This is a real inconvenience and they are playing with my money. I will never order from Amazon again.

During my recent purchase of a MacBook, I was advised by an Amazon customer support agent to opt for a higher-priced model priced at $2,292.96(Including taxes), even though my budget was $1700. The agent assured me that I would receive a 25% refund post-delivery as a special discount offer, which would effectively bring the cost within my budget. Trusting Amazon's customer service, I proceeded with the purchase based on this assurance. However, after receiving the product and reaching out for the promised refund, I was informed by another representative that no such discount or refund policy exists and that the prior information was incorrect. This has left me deeply disappointed and financially strained. I feel misled by your representative, and I am now bearing the burden of an expense because of their initial promise of a refund. As a student, it's really hard to face such a situation from Amazon.

Ive been with Amazon for over 15 years. I found out recently that when you return an item unless its a high dollar item anything over $100 Amazon will take up to two weeks to inspect the item even if you returned it and its perfect condition and its original packaging. In the 10 years or so Ive been with Amazon I have never heard of such a load of c*** So because my item is under $100, its gonna take them two weeks to refund money yet they can take my money automatically from my credit card or my debit card. This is why I prefer to try to shop locally at least I know when I bring in an item, I get my money back the same day on my debit or credit card **** ***** your company is disgusting.??

I've ordered multiple things from multiple different times, most of the time The products are not showing up when they say or not Showing up at all. I've spoke to multiple different customer service agents and get told that they are create a free replacement. So the chat gets ended with them. Getting a good review right? When come to find out, there was no free replacement. Created, so I'm back on the phone again. With customer service agents trying to get stuff figured out, And I'm missing, build deadlines. And Amazon gives me such a hassle Trying to get a refund or a replacement, actually done And don't get me started on the non. Americans on their customer service agent line

The process to file a claim against an Amazon driver who damaged our yard is absolutely absurd. Less than $400.00 of damage with photos to show all evidence of driver negligence. They want you to hire a company for estimates which in turn takes more of your time. They can see the damage that was caused in the photos and yet they do this hoping due to the hassle you will drop the claim. Because honestly it is a lot of hassle where we live plus additional destination charge for, they to service our area. It was their driver's error; we towed the guy out which next time we will just leave him there to figure out and pay for a tow. It was clearly their error, and we have to jump through hoops for a considerate reimbursement. They could very easily due an estimate based on photos sent or asked for simple additional info such as measurements to determine if cost for the disrespect the driver has caused us by driving on our yard when he had 100 ft driveway with a 40ft by 40ft area to turn around in but chose to back out into our yard get stuck and cause huge ruts in our yard right after days of rain. I was being reasonable to repair my yard. A professional contractor will charge much more! Plus are they going to reimburse us for our time we have to take off to have this done? Shame on AMAZON!

The process to become a seller on Amazon is predatory. They advertise you can sell for 99 per sale as an independent/individual seller but when you sign up they give you no option to pick what kind of account you use. The only option is to subscribe to a professional account for $39.99/month. Then you have to contact customer service for a refund. You cant go into settings to change it yourself. $39.99 a month is the same price that is available for both corporations and individuals. $40 is not the same for the two.
