      We purchased an E-Bike for my 13-year-old son, to which he saved his money for. Turns out to be a scam website and they took our money. After we asked questions and waited the 48 hours response from seller, and no response. We filed a claim with Amazon, as they instructed. We then were "assured" that we would receive our full refund in 7 days. It has been over 7 days, and I just keeping told they are "escalating" the situation. Amazon has had too many inquiries recently, so the A-Z Guarantee of 7 days isn't honored. Seller has done this to MANY people and Amazon has done nothing to assist. I have wasted numerous hours trying to get my kids money back to buy him an E-Bike and we are still wondering.

      Promises were made by Amazon and Amazon supervisors about late deliveries, refunds and returns that said I did not have to return an item if and when it ever arrives. It clearly stated that "if the item does not arrive by the 14th then you can contact us for a refund." Nowhere in that does it say it must be returned. What's more is supervisors promise me that I did not have to return it for the inconvenience ad because they had broken their word. But it turns out that 2, extremely condescending and insulting supervisors told me that they did not care what any other supervisor had promised me and attempted to make me feel like a piece of c*** for trying to scam them out of free stuff. Which I did not do in any way and I have emails from supervisors verifying this information. They would not even check my account to verify the information, Their mission was to put me in my place and demand an item they told me I could keep in as derogatory and insulting way as possible---talking down to me as if I was a little boy getting punished by their parents. As opposed to communicating or listening they parroted back the same line over and over and over no matter what I said or pointed out like they were a broken record stuck on one line. Literally no one, not even Amazon on X cares what happened or that I was given bad information. What was good customer service has turned into a company that does not even endorse or back up the decision of their own supervisors or even what their website says. I literally cannot think of one reason to trust a company that gives out promises and does not care if they break their word of if they lose long time customers like me because of their increasingly terrible customer service and business practices.

      Regarding item I returned nearly a month ago. While the tool set I ordered included everything I needed, it was unfortunately too heavy to keep onboard, so I initiated a return.I dropped off the package at a *** facility on April 27, 2025, and tracking confirms it was delivered back to you shortly after. Despite this, I have not yet received the refund.I first called customer service on May 8, and was told that the refund had been manually processed and I should expect the funds within 3 days. When I checked again, the refund status, which had previously shown Refunded on June 3, was changed to May 23, and now it has reverted back to June 3.I contacted customer service again on May 20, and was told it would take another 7 days for the refund to be processed. At this point, this timeline is both confusing and unacceptable.Please note:The item was never opened and was returned the day after receiving it.This was a high-cost item, and its unreasonable to wait 6 weeks for a refund on a promptly returned, unused product.

      Amazon customer service is the worst they have no idea what they are doing and attempt to make incorrect charges and do not resolve the issue.

      They will pick and ship your orders incorrectly and break them to the point of it not being useful anymore but still make you waste your time going and returning it. On top of that they give you no way at all to voice your opinion.

      I havent used my Amazon account in 2 years and I suddenly got charged for Prime membership. If I hadnt kept track of the charges on my credit card, that charge would have gone through. I didnt authorize the charge and did not receive a heads up email saying I was being charged. They just decided to charge my card for no reason.

      To start the day off I was 12 hours late to return $100 worth of shirts I ordered by mistake and denied any return on due to the 12 hours past 30days to the biggest issue which is From ordering a product to then leaving specific delivery instructions due to one half of the apartments work schedule and the others disability to deliver products directly to the third floor and the unit door itself .. on said day of delivery for the idk how many times now , the buzzer intercom wasnt even buzzed that day nor was there a knock on the door or a picture of said delivery anywhere but allegedly was delivered to the door but no one in the floor seen it as they know of my spouses disability and knock on the door and the occupational therapist comes daily and never seen it which was. A $200+ infared sauna to help my spouse with her disability they inform me to get a police report and that I need to have it all done by June 5th or they wont help me and I leave for work today at 4:30 until past the 5th of June on a long weekend when the detachment isnt even open soooo another $200 I can say goodbye to because the chain of delivery has nothing to show or prove anything was done just a its gonna be delivered and that its delivered Im really curious why they have the section for specific delivery instructions when they dont leave any form of proof as to where it was placed etc . Totally unacceptable in my eyes they should be ashamed of themselves for this poor service and pretty much just ripping myself and Im sure others off many times
