    This company referred us to a contractor that came to the house to discuss replacing our attic stairs. He quoted us $700 to complete the job and collected half of the money ($350). The other half was to be paid upon completion of the job. After not hearing back from the contractor, we began to investigate and found he is not licensed. We spoke to him and cancelled the job and he agreed to refund our money. Now he has disappeared and Porch has not done anything to assist us after several calls. Where is the service guarantee that they promise online?

    Without my permission or knowledge, Porch.com gave my email address to thousands of contractors. My email box became flooded with unsolicited offers from contractors/deals I did not want. I had no way to STOP this flood of emails because they did not provide "opt out" or "unsubscribe". Porch.com never informed me they intended to use my email. After I purchased a new home warranty from First American Home Warranty I was contacted by Porch.com. Warning: when buying a new home warranty company select one very carefully. Ask them if they keep your personal information private or sell it to other vendors.

    I was very excited to have a new resource for loads. Porch called me 2 and 3 times a day to get me to use their services. I finally ***** the pay as you go option. I connected my company card, They wanted me to purchase the $300+ plan. I purchased 2 pressure washing jobs and immediately texted the customers, not once, not twice but three times and got no reply. I contacted Porch to ask for a credit, not a refund and was told since I did not call the customers within 72 hours there was nothing they could do for me. So I'm out $48.00. Buyer Beware!!They are a scam just out to get your money.

    Poor leads. Don't waste your money on this company. They don't even honor there refund policies. They to call them, they never pick up, but they love to leave text messages, because they don't want to talk to a unhappy customers. Weak customer service. BE WARN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS **** POOR LEAD SERVICE!!!One star review is too high for Porch!

    I paid for a lead that never replied and they refused to give me a credit back. Customer rep said his system doesnt allow it and he knows it will get denied. They rather keep a few bucks then to have a client for life which would spend many thousands, what fools.

    In regards to this specific lead the minimum requirements were not met, the lead credit was also requested outside of the time frame stipulated on our credit policy.     I pay porch a monthly fee for home warranty. My oven stopped working and Ive not been able to get them to help me. I called the muon porch website and it was another company who gave me the run around for two weeks. Once I told them they were a fraud company, they gave me the number to porch and explained that they werent porch warranty. I want all the money Ive paid porch over the past couple of months refunded to me. This is a fraudulent company who takes your money and doesnt send help when needed. Ridiculous!

    I never recommend using this lead service, their customer support its really horrible, price are a lil cheaper then others but the scam comes when they force you to wait an amount of time to change your plan subscription and then they dont notice you that your days off to receive leads its ending so they can send you a bunch of leads, that in my case Im not interested.
