  Thieves. Taking advantage of small business all across the country. Steer clear of this lead generator, they will take your money and make promises they WILL NOT stand behind: call in and they roll you round and round .

  This company porch pro is 100% scammer. They sell fake leads, they are scammers. They say that the leads are 100% but it is just a lie. I only received fake leads and lost all my money.

  My company has been a subscriber to Porch.com, expecting quality leads to grow our business. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory.Our primary concerns revolve around the following issues:Vague and Inaccurate Lead Information: Porch.com claims to vet customers and produce quality leads. However, the leads provided by Porch have consistently been vague and misleading. For instance, we were recently informed of a remodeling project, only to discover upon contacting the lead that it was a simple shower door installation. This misrepresentation leads to wasted time, effort, and resources on our part . Limited Information Provided: Prior to purchasing leads, contractors are given only a minute amount of information. This lack of transparency makes it challenging for us to assess the scope of work accurately. As a result, we often find ourselves in situations where the customer has no idea about the project, causing frustration for both parties.Refusal to Refund for Misleading Leads: Despite the deceptive nature of the leads, Porch.com refuses to refund the money paid for them. This practice is unfair to contractors who are left with unsatisfied customers due to inaccurate information provided by Porch.These issues not only affect the reputation of our company but also result in financial losses. We believe that Porch.com's business practices are deceptive and in violation of fair trade standards.We kindly request the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address these concerns. We hope for a resolution that ensures fair and transparent dealings between Porch.com and contractors who rely on their services.

  We want to ensure we clarify all the concerns you have. First of all, we have reviewed your account and we do not show you have requested a credit on any remodeling project recently. For us to properly assist and be aware of which leads you need a credit on they should be requested through your Porch.com or by giving us a call. Keep in mind the homeowners are the ones submitting the projects and there can be mistakes made with the type of service they select. We do offer credits for miscategorized leads and we do show the 2 lead credits requested this year have been granted to you. 
  
  
  We also show you currently have a Free Porch.com account where we send you lead notifications, and you decide if you purchase a lead or not. This does not include Verified Leads as you are not enrolled in any of our memberships and subscription programs. We offer Verified Leads as part of our subscription programs. where we do the vetting of the lead for the contractors.
  
  
  To ensure we properly review any leads you may have for credits we will have one of our customer representatives reach out.

  ******************** appears to have hacked into either e mail accounts or proprietary accounts. They have contacted a home buyer and would not reveal where they got his personal information. I would steer clear of them. Their BBB responses sound AI generated...You have been warned

  I have purchased a few leads now and received one response. The other two never responded. They say they offer credit if the lead doesnt respond, which simply isnt true. They denied both claims. Maybe there is some technicality they are banking on to keep my money? All I know is I am done attempting to use their service. Im not interested in bending over backwards trying to jump through every hoop to make sure they credit me for bad leads. My advise, do not use this company.

  Porch is a scam I've called and emailed 7 times now and ask to speak to a supervisor which I've yet to speak with I've been with Porch since they started out in 2014 at lowes ne er had problems back then now all there out to do is steal your money and say we're a team far from the truth ba k to me asking for a supervisor finally got ahold of a human when I ask to speak to a supervisor was ask what for so after he said I need a reason so I told him was lied to and getting ripped off he said that not a valid reason. Oh need to mention I'm a General Contractor which I'm paying them for a service but when you have a problem they don't want to let you speak to a supervisor just there **************** manager. Oh by the way these conversations are all on a recorded line both my end and there's. Might take mine to local news and let them listen to them and see what they think. Don't ever use this company if you like to keep your money. Had to give 1 star not worth it

  Porch is a scam company, offering leads they cannot provide. They told me to expand my search area... this was of course, after they took my money. I requested a refund, they declined. During the summer I received 0 leads from them while getting numerous leads thru *****'s. It's pretty bad when I'm complimenting ********** yourself a favor and avoid this scam company. They promise big and deliver peanuts.

  We appreciate the feedback and we want to ensure you have the best outcome possible. We did review with you about addinng more service as you only have 1 type of service listed and covering only 25 zip codes on your account, this is consider a very small area. However, you did not expand the services or service area and this caused you to receive only 2 lead notification, which you decided not to purchase. Keep in mind as lead generators we all have different way of sourcing leads.

  This being said, we have refunded the full amount a have sent you an email in regards to this.

  This Company is a Joke. I got two leads in my local area for pest services. Left several messages and waited the required 7 days to allow for response. I was charged $17.00 per lead. No response from either. Porch lists just about every possible reason why a claim is not eligible. They advertise they will make it right, yeah for them. Several days now with no response from Porch and no credit. I will never use these crooks again and recommend everyone stay away unless you like giving away money

  ******** stayed for 1 hour and 40 minutes of quoted 2 hour time frame. Porch said I would only be charged for the time he worked and then collected for 2 hours. Numerous phone calls to the company to get back a portion of my payment for time not worked was to no avail.
