    I asked what I thought was a local vendor to call me about gutters and instead these jerks called. And shared my info with tons of other vendors who wont stop calling and texting. This is a total scam.

    Worst experience ever. We hired a company through Porch to do vinyl flooring in the kitchen, hallway, living and dining room. Now I am leaving a negative review under the company and Porch keeps deleted it and I just keep putting it back. You get the run around when you call them. The company we used they are scammers, and a dishonest company. They would show up to the job when they wanted to. They removed tile in the kitchen and did not cover any cabinets, counters, and appliances and did not seal off the kitchen from the rest of the house. A total disaster. I was basically forced to pay for a new backsplash since they had removed part of it before I even got a quote. I would not have had it done based on the quote that was given but it was to late. *** was supposed to take a week it took 2 wks. And to top it off the initial quote she lied it is not what she wanted at the end. The paper that she had written it down she snuck it out of the house because that same night I went looking for it that night and it was not there and never to be seen again. We paid for all the supplies except for 33 boxes of flooring. We are an elderly couple and we got scammed pretty good by this company. I never thought it would happen to me I know better but that is how good the owner of the company is. She probably onto the next victim. We are out a lot of money. I will never use porch again since it appears they have bad companies and do nothing about it they will not even let a review stand to warn other potential customers from going through what we did.

    October 2022 purchased a home in ************. The home inspection office was connected to porch. That started emails and texting about using them for any service. I agreed to get my ADT through porch. I was told I would get a $250 gift reward card. Porch called ADT and connected me to them. ADT did the service in November 2nd 2022. Never received a reward card. ADT said they didnt give them out to call porch. And thats when the run around started. With me always having to call. Never receiving an answer. But told we will get back to you. Now being told that is something that I should have set up with ADT. So why did I need porch to call for me if that was the case. Dont like games and not giving all the information.

    Porch has horrible customer service. They reply to your initial customer support email asking what the problem is, then they completely stop replying. When you email them again to follow up, the conversation starts over again in a never-ending loop where you end up getting no resolution. The lead quality is AWFUL, far worse than any other lead-generation program we use. The biggest issue is, I am very suspect of the lead flow. When I have no credits on my account, there are leads for purchase every day. When I have a credit on the account to use, all of a sudden there are no leads available for purchase at ALL in my service area, and a ton right outside my service area. This has happened multiple times and really feels like a scam. It seems like they are blocking people with credits from purchasing the leads, or at the very lead prioritizing businesses with no credits on the account. DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH PORCH EVER. I don't understand how this company has an A+ BBB rating when they've had 101 complaints in the past 3 years and a 1 star review rating.

    I was quoted a price of $ 130 for the 1st hour and$ 120 for any additional hours. Their worker showed up 2 1/2 hours late abs brought a " friend " along ??? The job was finished in about a hour...NO more and I shod have been billed $ 130 for that hour I was billed$ 370 2 extra hours. I contacted them about this and they said they'd refund me the 240... but never did.. they have me a runaround i disputed it with my credit card company and when they contacted porch they disputed my dispute after they said they wouldn't then they waited JUST LONG enough so I couldn't re-dispute it... this is a game they play they've done this before and now I've gotta e a t the 240... isn't right that this is ALLOWED and that you guys have they rated as a good business ???
