Microsoft customer service no one to contact the website doesn't load page not found for support can't log in to half of their services and there's a problem with getting reimbursed for billing they either do or don't but there's no way to know there's no one to contact there's no website to go through and they're automated system just sends you in circles back to the same menu just trying to log into Xbox live or gamepass now.Review fromEver C

I am highly upset that I called Microsoft on 07/10/2023 on the night that I purchased Microsoft Office 365 and it would not work with my PC. I called and spoke to a gentleman that I advised that I wanted a refund. He advised me that I would need to go to the Microsoft site to request the refund and I did and I was never refunded. Until today, Microsoft keeps trying to request payment for the yearly renewal and keep in mind that I have never been able to use this product. I called them this morning and spoke to a woman named ***** that was very rude and would not allow me to speak. She kept talking over me. I do not like that Microsoft does not train their overseas employees how to properly conduct a phone call. It seems that those employees are stressed and just talk to their customers any kind of way just because they do not want to use their soft skills to empathize with customers. She did not even know how to walk me through the steps to once and do all cancel the renewal of the product. For a company that is owned and operated by a CEO worth billions, service needs to be way better instead of getting piss-poor service.Review fromReese L

Does Microsoft even have a customer support division anymore, or did they turn it all over to an automated system? Just reading a handful of the comments on here I can see I'm not alone -- People keep getting screwed over by automated policies with no flexibility, and there's no way to get a fair human review or response. Here's my complaint specifically:Microsoft first banned and then completely disabled my autistic son's account, which has caused enough headaches and heartaches, but then to add insult to injury I'm still being charged every month by Microsoft for an in-game subscription of his. I'm not able to login to the account to cancel the subscription and Microsoft support ignored my email (ticket #SIR18943249) raising this concern.Besides this blatantly fraudulent billing practice, their policy of permanently disabling an account without the possibility of appeal (or transfer of digital assets to another account) is just plain unethical -- I invested a lot of money and my son invested a lot of time into his game accounts, which is all completely lost now. Shame on you for this, Microsoft. This started back in April and since then I've contacted them a number of times (#SIR18923861, #SIR18935412, #SIR18943249, #SIR19337246) but have received no meaningful answers. They clearly do not care about their customers or the fairness of their business practices. I guess we'll just have to sit back and wait for our $20 checks from the inevitable class action lawsuit. In the meantime I've filed a dispute with my bank to stop the recurring charges.Review fromLynn M

I have been trying to download the product Office 2021 that I paid for. When I try to redownload it I get the error message that says something is wrong on their end I need to try again later. I have followed 4 hours worth of troubleshooting steps from their website. At every turn I'm prompted to download and pay for Office 365 when I've already paid for Office 2021. When I try to open Office ****************** to Office 365.Review fromDavid D

I have been using the STOCKHISTORY function in Microsoft Excel for over a year with no problem. Now, every entry into a worksheet gives me an error: "Excel ran out of resources while attempting to calculate one or more formulas. As a result, these formulas cannot be evaluated." Apparently Microsoft has been getting data from another provider (my limited understanding) and that provider may have changed their data feed. In any case, I used to think that Microsoft would own up to supporting their users and the functions available in their programs. I have now found that is not the case. Apparently they are unable to fix this. I've used ** programs for over 30 years, now I find Excel and their support about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. My solution, reluctantly, is to either move to ****** which, at least, may have some amount of reliability, support and capability of supporting their customers or creating my own set of programs to do my stock analysis. Right now, for me, Microsoft Excel is less useful than the abacus I have in my garage. At least the abacus doesn't stop working and display an error message that I have to click on EVERY TIME iI MOVE A BEAD. And NO, clicking on the 'OK' on the error message is NOT 'OK'.Review fromBlaine N

Outllook...I get billions of emails from scams in outlook. They do nothing to filter it out... I have several outlook and gmail accounts. I do not have this problem in gmail. Outlook will stop routing emails because the inbox is full with these junk emails. When you click manage storage it goes to a blank screen with options on the side..... I have to manually type in storage, then select storage, then select manage storage to get someone to manage it.... However if you click buy more storage..... goes right to a screen to buy more and take your money.....Microsoft office has turned into an absolutely terrible product. The new outlook is terrible.Review fromAshton B

My microsoft account has gotten hacked twice now, first time it was a simple fix microsoft helped with the form and got me back in to delete there email. Now there refusing to let me in at all even with proof, the hacker has changed the email, I cant access support as the website says my account is blocked from it, the hacker has changed the password idk how they did without microsoft telling me but they did so wow props to you and they added the authenticator app so i cant even get in. My card info is on there i bought so much and am subscribed to so much i tried calling but they kept saying i have to login online even after i said i cant they kept repeating themselves. I want my account deleted, or card info deleted, and i want a refund on everything i bought from you guys. A first hack i get but the second one they managed to change everything without A SINGLE EMAIL FROM MICROSOFT ABOUT IT? Imma get a lawyer if you dont delete my info and refund at the very leastReview fromMichael D

I got an email from Xbox Support telling me my game couldn't be refunded because I had reached the refund limit. If this is a policy the company has, that's fine, however a notification via email or warning on next purchase would be appreciated. It is unfortunate that Microsoft sees taking money from my mother, who's retired on a fixed income and had bought this as a gift, is somehow ethically okay.Review fromClarice C

I am unhappy about how Microsoft has handled the migration of Minecraft accounts. After being a loyal player for years, I lost interest as most people do when they grow up. However, after not playing for a while, I decided I wanted to redownload the game and it give it a shot. Unfortunately, I came to find that I missed the migration period and there is no way to get my account back. This is an extremely unethical business practice since I bought Minecraft some ten years ago just to have it stolen from me. You should never be able to lose a product you bought by a company ridding your access of it. I sincerely hope Microsoft reconsiders how they have handled things because this has left thousands without their old accounts. On ****** you are still able to migrate your old YT account to ******* even though they acquired it in 2006. What makes it even more shameful is that YT is free while Minecraft is not. Microsoft should take a ****** from their book.Review fromAkia D
