      Charged for Microsoft 365 but i did not request this. Spent 17 hours on the phone with no resolution. They keep saying trouble ticked filed and someone will call me. When they dont they go through a litany of unanserable questions and end at someone will call you back. Round and round.

      Ive been BITLOCKED out of my Laptop since 7/11/24 !!! Ive spent HOURS online & phone, trying to resolve this HOSTAGE/nightmare dilemma. I bought this Laptop in 2020, but only began using it in 2022, BUT wasnt told about the BitLocker security up-date, add-on to the **** So, I never got a recovery code from Best Buy, **************** or Microsoft. ************** have both claimed that they had no liability relating to the BL freezer program, leaving only ** responsible for BL program, (& recovery key, which I wasnt given!). ** has not made a response to me, in any form that I can detect. They even failed to reply w/in 24hrs, when I made simple request to change password, on my seldom used account, when I needed to gain access to same. On this matter, Ive made near 2 dozen RFI attempts of **, by phone, email & mailed old- school letters, none of which yielded ANY sort or reply! I still have the original receipt, & BBs own credit records can prove my ownership of the device, & the main reason for BL, is the potential threat of theft of! I went to sleep one night, & woke to find my PC, & 2 years of personal data irretrievable, though all were MY intellectual property!!! Most precious, are nigh 40 essays, which were meant to be used as scripts for podcast! ** & other large corporations have made digital *****, to insulate themselves from **************** issues, they might be confronted w/ ! 1 can only speak w/ a robo-agent, when a human could solve our issues in short order. I got first PC in 2002, involuntarily, because newspapers dropped their classifieds! I was a ********* for 35 years, & an ESL teacher for 12, w/ some overlap, between the 2. Can U help me ???Thanks for consideration, If NO, can you refer a specialized Lawyer?***** H ******** (Have I raised a freedom of speech issue ?)

      After having an Xbox account for over a decade, I was locked out of my own account! After reaching the customer support line they stated there was nothing they could do and left me out to dry. 0/10 do not recommend using Microsoft for any gaming. Worst customer experience of my life.

      Filing a complaint because I can't get anyone on the phone to help me--my account is locked and the support call simply refers me back to the website.I purchased Microsoft 365 personal for my Mac and have paid the recurring fee for years. In the meantime, I had no need to access my account and I changed my phone number. Regardless of how much information I give the website--Microsoft claims it is insufficient to allow me ********* is ridiculous that I am unable to get help with this. Calling my bank to see if I can block Microsoft from charging my account in the future. I am also going to revert to Pages on Mac, which I should have done in the first place. This company is such a disappoint.

      Absolutely no way to contact Xbox support. The Microsoft support website is extremely poor and put *** in a bunch of loop automated messages and will not you. Ive been trying to contact to speak to someone for a game that I own, but cannot access the missions within the game and no One will reach out to me nor am I able to reach out to anyone. Extremely cheap and fraud like customer service.

      So bbb now removed wordpad. Do not do an upgrade from windows 11 to 11 24h2 if you value wordpad!I am beyond annoyed. I used wordpad for all my documents and now they are all trash. They are doing this to force people to buy word! I do not care for microsoft anymore! They are just like any other company and are greedy!

      Horrible. Doesn't have customer service number with an actual human. Their number takes you directly to an AI specialist and no matter what you press it will eventually hang up on you. Can't find anyone to help. I am getting charged for something for months that I never purchased. Now I have to change my entire bank card and wait 7-14 days to get a new one all because they can't have decent customer service. I have never owned a ********************** product and you can bet now I never will! Thief's!

      I attempted to use Microsoft's Cashback. I did everything in the instructions. Got confirmation (which I screenshotted) and got a confirmation email. I turned off all adblockers (unless Edge - their browser has ones built in beyond the normal browser). They rejected the cashback offer which was the only reason I purchased the product. I can no longer return it now because of how long it took to process. Absolutely terrible customer service. They don't need good customer service as the Government seems to allow them to continue as the MONOPOLY that they are.

      I was billed as a renewal and had no idea that Microsoft was going to renew my account. I did not receive notification and only realized about the renewal of $99.99 when it was on my credit card statement. When I was able to speak with someone from Microsoft they refused to refund my card because they stated it was over 30 days. It was exactly ******************************************************************************************** the mail. I can't understand why they will not agree to the refund especially since I do not use their services. It stinks of unethical business practices and horrible customer service.

      While using my desktop for email and work, every once in a while doing some Internet/email work, I get a little window that wants me to log into my Microsoft account. When I try to, it comes up with an error message ....your Microsoft account is suspended because you used the wrong password too many times! I HAVE USED MY SAME PASSWORD JUST ONCE!And trying to fix it, I try to change my password. But to do that, Microsoft tells me that they will text me a code to a phone number that I have not had in years! And I can't change the phone number because Microsoft will not let me log in!!This same c*** happens every time now for over a year! And when you call Microsoft support, you get some idiot in ***** or ******** that does not speak English!!I just want to send an email to a publisher for crying out loud! Just want to email relatives dammit!And when Microsoft tells you that they will contact you within 48 hours, THAT itself is a lie! They never do!It is a crying shame that Microsoft is the only one out there! Otherwise, if all my internet stuff works, I would definitely get rid of all Microsoft garbage! Because you can NOT get support!!
