      I purchased a HP laptop 11/2022 that stopped working in 07/2022. Error message indicates BITLOCKER RECOVERY password is needed, a feature I've never set up on my laptop. All troubleshooting steps failed with HP and Windows are both placing blame on each other leaving me holding the bag for wasting $410. This product did not last a year and I want a refund or a replacement device.

      I created a account on Microsoft after buying a new desktop computer. I cannot log into the account I created because I get a message saying that I am abusing the privileges. I cannot link my cell phone to my PC because I need to log into the account and after ONE attempt I keep getting locked out from the account for 24 hours.I tried the sent a code option but I never received any text messages from Microsoft with a code to log into the account. Trying to speak to customer service agent is impossible, and their web resources are a complete joke. My advice, get a hold of a copy of ***** and be done with this garbage of a company.

      I got Microsoft ********************************************************************************************************** any other cloud based service. But then after two weeks I banner started to show up on all new word or excel files ect... saying that I had to save a copy because I could not save directly. this meant I had to save each time a new copy then go back and delate the old copy. so I tried to turn off onedrive and this is where my problems began. I suddenly realized that without permission they had uploaded everything to the onedrive and removed it from my computer! So I could not get any files open even those that pre-dated onedrive because they had stolen it from my computer! so I turned it back on and amazingly I could access my own files again. so then I attempted to download my files from onedrive so I could get back what they had stolen. at first this worked, but then I tried to download a folder with fifty or so PowerPoints I had made. when I clicked on always keep on this device it started to delete everything. I am working with my IT guys to find things but we took a lunch break and guess what onedrive reactivated its self and started deleting more! I opened my PC and saw it uploading and deleting at the same time! I was able to save a few files and then my IT guys helped me disconnect my computer. But this is a horrible product!

      Microsoft customer service is an absolute joke. If I didnt know any better id say theyre hiring little kids that dont even know how to use a computer. I had a monthly reoccurring subscription for Game Pass. Last month I did not have the funds in the regular account so it charged the next card on file. That charge was approved but the subscription never renewed for the month. I contacted customer service and even sent them reports from my bank showing the approved charged for the subscription. They told me there was nothing they could do they had no proof of any charge. I sent them a bank statement for the charge with capital words APPROVED. The customer service agent promised me a follow up of the situation the next day.. and it has now been over a month and I havent received a single call or email. I reached out again to the same agent and she tried telling me she called me and didnt get an answer. When I checked my missed call history I didnt have a single missed call, not even from a spam number. Microsoft is a big scam and they keep picking out people to steal money from that they think they can get away with. Do not support this company. Its sickening how their customers get treated.

      If anybody else is having problems such as this please contact me so we can start a class action lawsuit do not subscribe to anything Microsoft you cannot get a human being on the phone my kids have not use their Xbox in three years they automatically bill my card I have changed my card number it still goes through as automatic billing they are a company that cannot be blocked by your credit card company my kids cannot remember their password to login please do not sign up for automatic billing with this company

      The new Xbox series x/s controllers are absolute garbage! On #6 in 8 months! They go completely unresponsive or they drift so bad you cant play. At $60 a piece youd think theyd work longer than 30 days

      This review is for Microsoft tech support and Company. I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 and was required to do a windows update. After updating my computer my touchscreen no longer worked. I reached out to tech support about the issue and they asked me to reimage my computer and update firmware package from their website. I called their tech support 3 times and they also remoted in my computer. No one new how to fix my computer and they denied to replace it.Do no purchase any pc's from this company, because they don't know how to fix them. Also, they don't take ownership of their set backs. The commercials are a scam to get your money they can't fix their products.

      There appears to be no way to communicate with this company. All their links in the communication send you in circles. Im currently being billed from Microsoft and I have no idea why, but you cant get to the bottom of this without being able to talk to them. VERY frustrated.

      A little over a year ago. I purchased a laptop and the PerformanceGuard Protection Plan for Laptops/Tablets (2-year) Quantity 1 for $119.20. Now I am being told that they can not service the computer that is now complete dead after a little over a year. First the keyboard stopped working and now the computer is dead. But now I pay have to pay $99.00 in order to have my device service. After calling ****** first, ****** noted that they would be able to extend my protection plan for $99.00. I purchase my device from the ********************** online, yet now the PerformanceGuard Protection Plan (third party vendor) is telling me I have to pay them a $99.00 fee. This is a scam, an I would taken advantaged of. I have used Microsoft all my life, but I am moving to apple. I rather pay more then deal with a company that would sell bad product and not honor the protection plan that they sold me, based on lies. There was no $99.00 deductible when I was sold the plan nor device, through the ********************** online.

      Ordered an item and used gift card and credit to pay for half. Waited 3 weeks to receive the item that was 2-3 days out then they overcharged my credit card. After an act of god trying to get through to someone they said they couldnt do anything. Call again said I had to provide proof which I did, couple days goes by and I get a phone call saying that Im all set I will receive my refund in 3-5 days. Fast forward 2 weeks still no refund and I get another email from someone saying they are now assigned to my case to further investigate how I was overcharged. No record of phone call saying my refund was on the way of course. I will make sure to buy from anyone but Microsoft in the future.
