      Microsoft fraudulently charged me for multiple subscriptions of Xbox game pass and they give you no way to get a refund . They wont even talk to you . I hope they get all the bad energy back that theyve given us

      You can't even sell a completed product! Windows 11 is missing create a desktop item feature for pre-installed apps. You legit forced us to use windows 11 and you haven't even finished the interface and its almost the end of 2023. Your entire windows team should be ashamed that you just added in trouble shooting the INTERNET. ( For the past year its been 3-4 clicks to trouble shoot while windows 10 is 1 click away) You need to seriously consider putting out software that you have haven't even finished developing and forced every PC manufacturer to use. Windows 11 is horribly undeveloped software that can't even regulate a GPU properly. You really dropped the ball and this forced upgrade into a incomplete setup is just a huge annoyance. I don't understand how you haven't seen legal action for forcing an unfinished product on the masses. (I pay to get completed products)

      Technical support ruined my laptop. I called Microsoft's Technical line to help with some blue screen errors that I was experiencing. The representative guaranteed he knew what he was doing, and was so sure that his actions would resolve the issue despite me asking questions and wanting to know what the error messages meant. Long story short, a few hours later, my laptop no longer opens, and is on a boot loop and the representative now claims that it's a hardware issue and takes zero responsibility for his actions. Prior to contacting their support, my laptop would at least open and function normally until I would get a blue screen. After the support call, my computer would not even open up. the email I was corresponding with was surfacesupport Representative names : ******** and **************

      I've been trying to get in contact with technical support to regain access to my Xbox account and on many occasions it sounds like someone is going to help me and I end up waiting for over an hour on the phone to only get disconnected and get the run around. Its unbelievable how a big company like Microsoft can't provide proper help and technical support. Its been really frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Its pretty much impossible to get anyone to properly help with Microsoft products and *** very disappointing.

      Finding out that microsoft is actively listening and recording conversations of children along with allowing certain games to do so is appalling. After doing a small DOS for just a fraction of their moderation team to find they are using sexual predators within their moderation ********** with heinous red dot infractions, to listen in and harass young children is next level illegal. I will be pursuing legal action against this company for listening and recording minors, my childrens Xbox consoles have now been destroyed, and will be pursuing this legal issue among millions of others with the utmost tenacity. Allowing unvetted predators listen to the activity of minors within your organization is absolutely disgusting. 20 year customer here, how the world has changed, allowing such disgusting activities to take place over PC culture.

      An extremely disappointing experience after having been a customer for more than a decade. ******************** owes me money but there won't be anyone to tell about it because they have a wall up between the consumer and them. They have no way to help me. I was locked out of my account because my passwords didn't work, but the email they wanted to send a code to was obsolete. It would not have been so bad if I could have talked to someone, but they have no human beings available. Their solution was for me to send them emails that I sent (we're talking years ago) and supply them with subject lines of said emails. I found some friends who send me some of what they required, but that wasn't good enough. I'm a writer and have 27 books out and was locked out of all my manuscripts. I had to make a new account and purchase the software again to access my own intellectual property. I still have five months left on my prior subscription and had to put a block on my credit card so that they don't charge me double next year when my other subscription runs out. Very very poor customer service. Once I get all my files downloaded into something else I may cancel this subscription and find a more compatible company to deal with.

      If you asked me what buyers remorse feels like Id tell you to buy a Xbox. We already dont have best situation in gaming world with most developers siding with PS but getting racial harassed then suspended for saying a few choice words back feels like a slap in the face. For days they let another user make racially despairing comments and even call ********* I ignored it but when I finally said something back I was suspended even tho they failed me as a customer. I would tell anyone who hasnt had Xbox in past to stay away

      If I could I'd give them a zero. My interaction with Microsoft about a cost of $100.00+ for Microsoft 365 is ridiculous! Apparently once ********************************************************************************************************************** communicate! I've used Microsoft Windows for at least 20 years with no issues. It was great for work and home. We loved it. With Microsoft 365 everything is different and there are no classes or customer service to get help. How can that be? I worked with my credit card company and found there is no way to cancel the order since it's a service. I cancelled renewal of Microsoft 365 but then what? Hopefully they will direct me on how to get back to ************** 11. I have very little faith that they will resolve this issue but have to wait until September **** to find out.Microsoft has gotten soooo greedy it's disgusting!

      I was being billed for an old Xbox membership. My son used a school email he no longer has to set up. It was impossible to get a hold Microsoft to talk to someone about the issue. Tried several ways, phone, virtual chat. All I wanted to do was get rid of the billing. I finally canceled the credit card attached to the account. Such a scam!
