Extremely poor customer service. Ordered new ********************** online, the order defaulted to my old living address. They offered zero help in updating my address. Was essentially told too bad, we can't change or cancel my order. It's a shame because I love and support the Xbox line, but this is flat out unacceptable customer service. Now I literally have to stalk my order, and go to my old address across the city to make sure I get my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

My access to Xbox Live was revoked while my paid subsrciption was still vaild over an unoffensive picture that was not seen by a human being, and that did not violate Xbox's community guidelines. There is now a false "strike" against my account as a result for the next 6 months. Xbox Customer Support claimed that an appeal was put through and asked me to not get a refund until it was complete, which was a lie to get me to pass the date that I would be eligible to get a refund for my subscription. This is criminal behavior, Microsoft's standards are unreal and are plumetting day by day.

Xbox charged me for 5 months of subscriptions without my knowledge after I canceled their service. They were then unwilling to refund it after 2 separate petitions. Xbox as a company is garbage and I suggest staying away from them--play **** instead. The only note is that their customer service walked me through the process of seeking a refund, then only to turn around and deny my request. Bad business practice for sure. Boo, Microsoft.. Boo

I guess this is just lost words on a page because Microsoft doesn't response and is not accredited BBB business. I had a issue will Microsoft ad account being suspended. After giving them all of my personal info nothing happen and I'm still locked out. I fell like they are stealing personal info and just waiting for you to click accept on something so they can use for themselves.

Customer support is completely non-existent when it comes to the first person. The automated support online is useless when the problems fall outside the scope of the norm. Either the technical support group broadens the scope and the complexity degree by which their automated online support module draws from, or they actually have live technical support personnel available to assist with those problems that the online support is unable to resolve.

I ordered an Xbox game for my son for Christmas. I thought it was a physical game but it turned out to be an online game. I reached out to customer service and a nice lady infomed me my game was a digital game and let me know that because I diodn't order the game as a "gift" I would have to know my kids gamer tag or microsoft email in ordert to instal the game on his xbox. He wasn't home at the time and it was before Christmas so I waited until Christmas morning and told him I bought him an xbox game. He shared that he already had the game (had bought it earlier.) I tried to get my money back for the game and was told it was past the return policy. How? It was a Christmas gift and I reached out the week after Christmas to return it! I have tried multiple times to work with the company but they refufe to offer me anything besides a repeat blurb about their "policy." I am disgusted with the customer service this company has provided. I paid almost $40 for a product I never received!!!!!!!!

I need to login in order to use the products I purchased from Microsoft. I also needed a simple password reset as it's been awhile since my last login. But I'm paying for this s*** annually so I don't expect that to be an issue. They had no problem running autopay for $74.99 per usual. But they will not allow me to recover my account as the automated system asks for information that does not exist (I don't use hotmail I just got one to have the required account). And you cannot reach customer support no matter how creative you get. If I cannot get someone to manually cancel my subscription in the next 24 hours, I will be disputing the charge and they will never get another cent from me again. S***** company, nonexistent support systems, useless "self-help" information online. Rot in h***

I purchased a digital game for $99.99. More specifically Hitman 3. This game cannot be played unless I buy a subscription for Xbox game pass. It does not state that this is necessary in order to play. The process to request a refund was no easy feat. Finally they refused to refund my money stating, We're really sorry we can't give you a refund. Our refund policy doesn't allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed.? Thanks for understanding. It is impossible for me to play this game without a subscription. While this may be a legal paywall strategy, it is still bad practice to mislead your consumers.
