      I being with Microsoft for months now and I being having technical issues with my online camera system in addition, That suddenly stopped working. I emailed them several times to try and get help in any event , My account has being closed . I being trying to get this fixed and this has put a whole on me doing my online video's to promote my work .

      I'm very disappointed with how Microsft handles the account recovery process. The email account that I created back in 2015 was hacked into and the personal information and security details were changed, including the information related to the two-step verification feature. Not being able to call or directly email customer support and having to use the live support chat resulted in it taking over three weeks to have my case properly looked at. Yet, despite Microsoft customer support acknowledging that my account had indeed been compromised and being able to verify that the account was mine, they refused to recover my account because the two-step verification was active on it. The most they could do was transfer my Xbox data to a new account and indefinitely lock the old email account. Why encourage the use of two-step verification on accounts if you are going to outright ignore or refuse to help them recover their account later?

      Purchased a game on my xbox thinking it would be a fun relaxing game. Not only is it not fun or relaxing, its broken to the point its unbeatable, plus I dont agree to the terms of service/ warranty policy for said game. So, I issued a refund request that was denied within 60 seconds of submitting?! Nobody at Microsoft reads feedback or anything apparently because otherwise they would know they are blatantly violating their own policy just to keep 10$. Also, I was told by Xbox that Id have a response within 72 hours. Its been 120 hours, still not even 1 response. The customer service used to be great, but lately customer service cant even be bothered to respond let alone do anything. I hope the greed and stupidity are worth it, Ive been with Xbox for 15+ years but this was the straw that broke the camels back. First they refused to refund call of duty ( a 70$ game that is widely regarded as the worst cod probably ever) now this? Looks like Ill start buying all my games on my PS5 and Ill especially be avoiding any games created by Xbox themselves if this is how they want to conduct business. I hope the greed and stupidity are worth it because this is going to cost Xbox hundreds if not thousands. enjoy your 69 billion dollar dumpster fire, with this level of ignorance I sincerely hope your money goes up in flames. I didnt pay a 1,000$ for a series X just for Microsoft to forget what customer service is.

      Charged twice on subscription and told to take a hike and complain to bank. It was late February I noticed it and they charged me twice for a service I never saw. I called to get it fixed and was told why I was so late to get it fixed. Very wrong and unreasonable.

      We were finally able to have our issue resolved. We spent many hours on the phone. Only to have a recording with nothing but repetitive instructions having nothing to do with the problem. After much frustration we got a resolution over email.

      My account got locked out tried many times as they allowed witch is only four time then you lose everything. All they want is your money they are crooks and they know. You can even talk to someone they send you some ai that doesnt help at all. I want my money back. If I could give them less then one star I would

      There is no customer support service for onedrive, i need to speak to techincal support asap about their products loosing my files now and everyime i call the number hangs up on me. I hav elost years worth of work on onedrive and the company has no one to help? i need ***********!

      I downloaded a new version of Microsoft 365 on my MacBook Air yesterday and several times since then. I cannot open my files. Instead I get a popup telling me that Microsoft respects my privacy. I have to force quit to get rid of the popup, but still can't open my files. I've tried to contact Microsoft, but there is evidently no customer service center with real people to talk to you. Instead you have to do an online chat, and even that didn't solve the problem. I was on for an hour and a half yesterday afternoon. I think that Microsoft is a very unprofessional company and I'm getting increasingly frustrated because there's no one to guide me through what I'm doing wrong. I have not received a receipt for the purchase of the software and I'm getting to the point where I'm thinking about changing to something else. My fear, of course, is that I will lose all the files I've created. This is completely ridiculous. None of the supposed places in the city that deal with this nonsense has a phone number where you can call and make an appointment. Instead you are redirected to the Microsoft phone numbers, which run through their information at a cheetah's pace, leaving you hanging with no further information, except to go online. I think Microsoft needs a serious reorganization to help people, not just take money and leave them dangling. Thank you.

      If I could give negative stars I would. When playing on Xbox games last night a person was using hateful speech and lgbtq+ things as insults. I reiterated in quotation marks what the player had said stating IN THE MESSAGE this is what you said. He then reports my message and my account gets banned. Never once breaking any Xbox rules. I received 3 strikes for this one message. He is still spamming me with messages in a form of harassment, yet nothing has been done to this player.

      My account is locked, filled their recovery form several times, it dies not work. Finally talked to someone and told me nothing they can do. They have no problem taking my money abd charging my cc every year for Live subscription, but now I can't access anything. These guys are crooks..
