Im a 100 % disable veteran that recently moved to an old house and transfer my aptive pest control service to the house,Aptive Send a guy named ***** a very well trained ,knowledgeable technician that went quickly hands on and after introducing himself andask for our concerns ,he did a very scrutinize inspection of the inside house ,outside and yard and took care of every litle detail from ants,spider web,wasp etc.Very Respectful clean and most important taking all the safety measures and wearing his safety equipment gloves ,mask,shoe covers.Definetly the best technician anyone will want on this tipe of services.Definetly the best service.I reccomend.Aptive Environmental, LLC

young man who came to my door said the service was just $50 for three months, and I could cancel anytime. I didnt realize Id be charged $157 per service after that, which I never agreed to. This feels deceptive, and I believe they need to be stopped. My experience has been terrible. They sent me to collections for $157, even though I paid $157 and was told I was out of the contract. Now theyre demanding $157 for one service, despite me only receiving one out of the three I was promised. I thought Id be getting those two extra services back, but thats not the case. Theyre clearly dishonest, and I want to file a formal complaint against them. They refuse to let me out of the contract and are insisting I pay $199 plus $157 for the service. I dont want them coming back to my house, and I will call the police if they do.Aptive Environmental, LLC

The service representative forged my husbands ******************** on an 18 month service contract. This was after talking him into a one time spraying. Insisting to be paid by check where he was able to get the information for future payments. Luckily the company emailed that contract to ******* read it & sent an overnight cancellation of the contract.Aptive Environmental, LLC

Despite having top notch technicians Aptive chose to implement a scheduling system that auto schedules every ***** days as per their own ****. ** instead of 4 services a year per the contract this becomes 6 as they always reschedule every 50 days. That is an additional 125$ x 2 charged per year. Now, if I need to reschedule, they only give you a 2 week look ahead and you have to call the **** if you need to make it every ******************************************************************************* many customers being overcharged without them even knowing it.Please stop this and instead rely on the amazing work that your technicians put forward.Review fromBill V

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Aptive changed my schedule from quarterly to monthly without notification. They increased my rate twice without notification. I only discovered the new rate by reviewing my credit card charges. Receiving a complete service from them was rare. Instead of a complete service the technician would spray the front of my house and leave. (I have it on camera). Treating the yard, removing spider webs and treating the upper level on a two story house never happened.Review fromMax M

I was approached by an Aptive sales *** while leaving for work trying to sell me his services. I signed a contract for what I believed was a year long and he told me the second month was complimentary. There was no mention of other plans which I came to find out actually exist. The first visit was good until this month when I was charged another $89. I called the office and all the *** did was argue with me about how the initial visit wasnt a full spray even though he did in-fact do a full spray. I requested a cancellation and a refund of $89 but instead received an automated email saying they were cancelling my plan for $200 with no mention of a refund. Also something to note, coincidentally my spam calls and texts have quadrupled in the last week after signing up with them. Avoid at all costs.
