  If these people ever show up at your house, TELL THEM TO GO AWAY!They are scam artists and sell you services at first with a price total price that would cover 6 months, then it turns out that the service is charge per month. In my case they wanted $350 for 6 months. I only needed 4 services, so I got them to bring it down to $60. The guys came out 4 times, they still wanted to schedule appointments for a whole year.I ended up paying another $199 to cancel which is crazy since I had already agreed with someone to do the only 4 services since the beginning.BEWARE!!! This is a complete scam. And on top of that whatever it is they do when they show up is not really effective at all and they only spend about 5 minutes in the home and there is no explanation of what they do. The last guy showed up I didn't even see. I am so ****** at this company. TOTAL SCAM!! A one star rating is still too high. I am willing to file a lawsuit.

  They are a big scam company! Without my consent they changed my subscription to annual and when I asked to remove it, they charged me $199.00 cancellation fee. Beware of their sales *** who come door to door! They are not to be trusted! I didn't receive any work from them but ended up paying $199!

  Changed my subscription without my consent. I never signed anything to create a new contract. Did not find out about new subscription until I inquired about canceling services after months of them not fulfilling the contract (they would only spray outside and not come back when I requested resprays to include interior of home)The day I inquired about canceling, they told me my contract had changed and I still needed to have them service my home four more times before I could cancel. When I called them out for changing my subscription without my knowledge, the representative ended conversation with me and canceled my contract after I told him not to, resulting in a $199 cancellation fee DO NOT use this company. They hired teenagers to solicit my neighborhood and provide pest control. The people they hired had no real knowledge of pest control and provided terrible service, often missing entire areas of my home and property, and I would watch them on my cameras only spraying enough areas to get the pictures they needed to submit for proof of service

  Very deceptive selling practices. salesman comes to your door, tells you what you want to hear, then asks you to sign a contract on a 5x7 ipad. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BE FORE WARNED.

  Showed up at my house and did everything possible to pressure me to sign up. The sales **** a young man on a motorized scooter, was extremely rude especially after I kept telling him no thank you. He kept interrupting me, got mad and even rolled his eyes after being told no thank you for the 4th or 5th time. Not a company I would do business with.

  I regret ever signing up with Aptive. After canceling my service and getting both email and verbal confirmation, the technician still showed up my house anyway. I even texted the technician directly, but instead of acknowledging my request, he ignored me and instead replied that the service was done and which areas he focused on. Meanwhile, my daughter called me in a panic because a stranger was walking around our house. That was the last straw. I immediately requested to terminate the contract as it became a safety issue, but Aptive still hit me with the full $199 cancellation feetaking zero responsibility for how unsafe the whole situation made us feel and why we were terminating . Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

  One big scam. Salesman are liars and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up with them, even if it's untruthful.

  They do not deserve even one star! I discovered that my parents agreed to their service in July 2024. Trying to discontinue the service was absolutely horrible!! They kept giving me the run around. Multiple calls & over an hour of my time to finally get it done. Then I discovered they charged the *** 2 times in back to back days. I was to send a check instead of them taking from the account. On top of all this, the sales *** created a fake email account for my dad. This business should not be allowed to prey on senior citizens!!
