      Do not trust these people. I just had someone on my porch a few moments ago, and it felt slimy. He was young, had an iPad and was showing me how the company has all great reviews, which is clearly a lie now that Im looking at the company online myself. He was trying to get me locked into a rate/service plan, and I kept saying that if I want any service Im looking at a month out, not interested in anything right now. He would not take the hint, tried to get my name...Basically had to tell him to have a nice day and get off my property. Its scammy behavior, and if people are acting that way, it usually means theyre scammers.

      Technicians are terrible. **************** is even worse.Sales *** was very thorough and made detailed notes. We went over exactly what chemicals/products would be used and what areas of the house and yard would be treated. The tech shows up and just sprays everything in sight with pesticide, including my organic garden, fruit trees, and the entire lawn. They did not perform any of the other tasks that were scheduled.Their customer service is dehumanizing and insufferable. They will ignore your questions, gaslight you, and throw the service agreement in your face. Good luck getting a resolution or even a conversation.

      STAY AWAY. Signed up for a 12 month contract for the promotional rate they were offering from the door to door ********. I understood that cancelling prior would incur a $200 cancellation fee. For the most part they held up their end of the deal and showed up on the scheduled dates. I noticed about 6 months in they didn't show up but I was still charged. I reached out and they explained it was an oversight on their end. I let them know that I don't want to have to micromanage a pest control service. They showed up the rest of the months. After 14 or so months I went through the cancellation process. Then I was informed that I would be charged a $200 cancellation fee for early cancellation. I told them I'm past the **************************************** it's a 24 month contract. There's no scenario where I would have signed up for that long of a contract, so either the salesman did a bait and switch, or the company is flat out lying. I refused to pay the cancellation fee. They reached out a couple of times, then 3 weeks later they sent the debt to collections. Now I receive a call from *************** daily. Then a few months later another door to door salesman stops by. I explain the situation to him and he's dumbfounded by what I'm telling him. He confirms that I was on a 12 month contract by looking up my account on his IPAD. He calls their office number to try and resolve the situation with no help whatsoever from the customer service **** I told him I've given up on trying to resolve it, and that he should just be aware of the type of company he's working for. His last words "I think I need to look for another job".

      Zero stars. Some of the shadiest sales tactics I've ever witnessed, and I have a timeshare. Is it morally wrong to sell an inebriated person a contract? Aptive doesn't think so. Zero customer service: can't cancel online, chat with an agent, find a customer support number to call. 2 days to reply to an email to cancel, and SURPRISE, you owe us $200 more for literally nothing... Finally get a number to call, and they're unwilling to make things right. F*CK this company

      I signed up to have a service done with aptive pest control.I have some financial setbacks right now so I called to cancel.i was told it would cost ****** dollars to cancel.they set me up on a shorter plan for a year instead of two but I want to cancel now.I think they are a scam

      After this company got through with us we felt like we had been scammed. The person signing us up said we couldnt do checks and if we signed up that day for one year we would get our first month for $39. We asked for a copy of our contract but said he didnt have one. He assured us they were legitimate and reputable. He left his name and number with us and said if at ant time we could contact him with issues. He went through all the details of what to expect when they came out to exterminate. The next day was impressive. He kept his word. The next services were a nightmare. They didnt want to do anything that was agreed upon. I could never get in touch with our representative. I wanted to speak with someone in charge and was never allowed. Guys they sent out to spray even stated that we had been lied to about services and they dont perform them. We struggled through one year then tried to discontinue the services but they continued to access our credit card for payment. We paid them twice the amount that we normally paid for exterminating services and got a lot of frustration each time they showed up. We felt like we had been scammed. We started on April 30, 2024 and assumed our contract had been fulfilled one year after that date. May 2, 2025 they accessed another $69.99 from our card. We called and was told we hadnt paid our 12 months. This was supposed to be the last withdrawal. Next month will tell if that was another lie. Never again will we trust a company without reading a paper contract (which we we told we didnt have at the time). Later found out that we had one. Warning: Run from this company.

      This company has not fulfilled there obligations with the contract for pest control. They consistently offer me reservices and discounts because their technicians are not doing their job. I have had them for 6 months not, extremley dissatisfied. I have spoke to them and given them oppurtunities to "fix" the problem, and tried to cancel service. They said they will charge me $200 for cancelling because I have a contract. The problem is they are not performing the basic duties as a pest control service and expect me to continue missing work for them to come redo the job. I lose more then $200 missing work for the day. Any advice on getting the contract nullified

      They sprayed my property and told me to wait 30 minutes to let my dogs out. I waited over an hour, and about 8 hour later both my dogs were sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I canceled the service and now charging me a fee for poisoning my dogs. I would advise anyone with pets to steer clear of this company.

      Very dissapointed with this company . A very aggressive rappresentative ******** ***** selling the product at any cost. Next day when they would begin the Pest control procedure the rodent traps were not deployed and they never informed about it. I had to call and ask for it. Two weeks after i called customer service to denounce this and stop the contract.What can you expect next?? Could not believe this if it wasnt because I experienced it.
