I took my time to read everyones reviews and all of them are accurate. Conservice are scammers. Ive never seen a water company bill for two months and never show a break down of how much water was used. Paying a high a** water bill plus rent is insane. This company most definitely needs to be looked into. We dont even use that much water!Conservice Utility Management & Billing

Temeshia - I am happy to clarify. Conservice processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. The utility bill amounts are then passed onto the resident. If we do not receive bills for a specific utility, you will not have charges for that utility that month. There may also be months where we receive multiple bills at one time. You can find more information about why this can happen here: *************************************************************************************************************************************. Utilities are typically billed one month at a time, but we have billed for multiple service periods on your most recent statement to ensure there are no further delays in the service periods being billed. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note, for your home, provider bills can be sent by email and can be requested through our **************** Team directly. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromTraci T

We were incorrectly charged for vacant water and vacant sewer at the apartment we live in. We pay our utilities to the city and to resolve this issue before we sent them proof of us paying our bills to the city and we did not get incorrectly charged for a few months. I am writing this review because we are being charged again for these same bills. I thought the issue wouldve been resolved after providing proof of payed bills but I guess this did not solve the issue. I whole heartedly believe this company should be investigated for intentionally creating statements with false charges. I have reached out to their customer support but have not been contacted again. After seeing countless dissatisfied customers on this review board it shocks me that my apartment complex uses this service and upper management of this company should take a strong look at their professional practices.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

****** - I am sorry for the frustration and to hear about your negative experience. To clarify, Conservice processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. We then pass along any bills received to the residents as necessary. If an additional utility bill is received from the local utility provider, additional vacant charges may occur on an account.I am sorry if you have had trouble getting in contact with our **************** Team. Please note, agents are available by phone Monday-Friday from 6 am to 6 pm MST. You can also reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com where we would be happy to assist you further. This company is over charging for water and sewage. I literally don't know where these numbers are coming from because on days I wasn't even staying at my apartment, I see daily readings of between 90 to 110 gallons each day. This is insane! THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY FOR BAD PRATICE AND CHARGING FOR WHAT I DON'T USE!Conservice Utility Management & Billing

******** - I am sorry for the frustration. I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To confirm, for residents that are billed according to their individual consumption, we simply bill according to the reads received from the meter directly. If daily readings are available, they will typically check in with usage from the day before and are typically accurate. Any unusal consumption would show consistent high usage which could indicate a maintenance issue is present. However, ****** gallons a day is normal consumption and does not seem to indicate any issues are present. If you believe there may be a maintenance issue in the unit, you can follow up with your leasing office directly for further assistance. ****** - I am sorry to hear about your long hold time. We have recently experienced a higher call volume. I am happy to see you were able to connect with a **************** Representative through chat. I also see you are currently on the list for a supervisor callback as requested. After receiving an email from the leasing office stating there was clearly an issue and that a refund was necessary for 3 months over charge he refused. This is liable for a lawsuit considering the evidence of a broken meter and his refusalConservice Utility Management & Billing

Horrible company, and extremely useless!! If I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately, our leasing company uses this garbage company to manage our water, sewer, and trash bills. They never send the bill out promptly. I am always paying for 2 months of water plus sewer or 2 months of sewer and one water each month. Our average bill for those three items is around $130 a month but I keep getting stuck paying over $260 monthly WHY!!! I have called, chatted, and emailed with this company and talked to my leasing company. I warn you to be prepared to pay outrageous bills if you get forced into using this company.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

Conservice is a total rip off. I was double charged. I called to see why and to get I fixed and I was told to contact my leasing office . Leasing office told me to contact Conservice. Back and forth. Then I asked for a breakdown of the bill but got a ledger that they just put together and they couldn't explain charges. They said just pay it and the right amount would be credited but would not answer my questions as to what am I paying I I dnt know what the TRUE BILL is. My bill went from $12 a month for water and sewer to $100 a month for a 1 bedroom with just me in it. Seriously ridiculous. And I can't seem to get help from anyone.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

Antwawn - I am sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused. I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. In reviewing your account, I see a request was submitted to look into this issue and the duplicate charges have now been corrected. All billing on your Conservice account is now correct and no other adjustments should be necessary. I just moved into my new apartment and received my first water bill from this company. The bill was for 10 days and was $40.00. I thought that was high based on just being 10 days. It turns out $25.00 of the bill is Conservice's fee for emailing the bill. Their name is correct. They are CON'S. This fee should have been disclosed to me in my lease or prior to moving in. I will contact the ** Attorney General to see if this is legal. I have used other utility billing companies in the past but was never charged more than $5.00. Since they are not reading meters and only doing a simple calculation that excel could do, this should not be this expensive.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

***** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. To confirm, Conservices does not charge any fees based on how your statement is delivered to you. The fee from Conservice shown as a monthly service fee which covers processing and consolidating your charges onto one billing statement. It is similar to fees other utility or service providers may charge to provide similar services. The $25 fee on your statement includes an admin fee of $3.75 which includes meter reading, billing, and collecting costs as well as the base charge for water and sewer service. There is a description of this charge as well as all other utility charges on the back of your Conservice statement. Please note, all statements are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromTonya M

What a horrible company. WAY over charged my 20 year old son for gas utilities because RGE kept telling us the account was switched and it wasn't. But RGE charged us $7 for gas for 23 days and Conserve charged us $57 PLUS another $25 admin fee each bill. And when I asked about seeing the usage, I got the run around about it. And absolutely no way to waive the $25 fee even though we had the service switched. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. I will be leaving reviews on every possible outlet I can.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

***** - I am sorry for the frustration. To clarify, if a utility should be in a resident's name but we receive a bill for it, this typically means the resident does not yet have services in their name which goes against the terms of their lease. This is when vacant charges can occur. The vacant charge is for the utility usage that occurred during that service period and the ************** Fee is a fee charged due to processing the bill when it should have already been in the resident's name. Please see ******************************************************************************************************************************* for more information. We're happy to review your Conservice account and confirm information specific to your unit. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for further assistance.
