      The company billing cycle is skip one month then charge you almost twice plus the last month **** and they never can tell you where the extra usage comes from. My water and electric **** has increased in the last 4 months , there's only me my grandson and my son with special needs here in the morning we don't turn the light's until evening when I **** . We live in ******* my thermostat is set at 80 to78 % in warm months. This a bad service don't know how the Government don't keep a eye on them for robbing young and old customer's.

      ***** - As a third party utility management and billing company, we simply **** you for any charges received from the local utility providers as they are received. Increases in electricity usage and water usage are not uncommon during this time of year. As it gets warmer outside more energy is used to keep the home to temperature. Keeping your temperature set higher will help with conserving energy, but you will still see an overall increase in usage as the temperatures rise outside. Also, I do see that there was a similar increase in water usage around this time last year. This is likely simply a seasonal change in usage habits.       This company is committing theft!! They charge you 3 USD for a convenience fee when I have to use my internet, fill out the form, and deposit my money in their account and thats supposed to be for my convenience? Well after I did that they told me that my bank returned my payment, and I asked my bank why they returned my payment and they said that was Conservices issues but now that they have my account they charged me 20 more bucks. The only reason I think they didnt charge me more is because I deleted my account. Very shady!Honestly the people making good comments here are probably bots or family. Thanks CONservice

      ****** - There is a convenience fee charged for any one-time payment processed through our system. This is outlined in the terms before a payment is submitted. This fee can be avoided by mailing in a payment, using any **** pay options offered by your bank, or signing up for auto pay. I see that your most recent payment was returned by the bank for insufficient funds. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. An NSF fee is charged when a payment is returned for any reason.       This company has charged me a $50+ dollar vacant electric fee TWICE in the last 4 months claiming the electric wasn't in my name when it has been in my name the entire 2 years I have lived in the apartment. Even when I provide them with a billing statement IN MY NAME FROM THE CITY FOR THE DATES SPECIFIED they say they have to "look into it and get back to me". Well here we are 24 hours later and no response. When I reach back out to them it is "still pending". what needs to be pending when you have the statement from the city? What do they tell me I should do? "take it up with your leasing office". no responsibility, and no accountability from this company. severely disappointing.

      I am not surprised Conservice only has a one star review... The people working there are dismissive, they don't care about the customer service that they provide nor do they care about the fact that they are working with people's livelihood. I was charged almost $400.00 for "failing to transfer my utility bills" almost TWO months ago, with no warning or anything, They just edcided I didnt transfer my bills, when i SURE did. I have sent them proof over three times of the date that I changed my bills (my move in date) and they cant even give me a call back with an update of the refund of my money. I have asked to speak with a supervisor more than one time, and the supervisor cannot even write me an email. If I dont call to get answers, this company will not give me answers. Just TERRIBLE. AVOID USING THEM.

      Ally - As a third party utility management and billing company, we simply **** you for any charges received from the local utility providers as they are received. We recently received a **** from the electricity provider for several months of services. These charges were forwarded to you as vacant electricity. There was also a vacant service fee charged for processing the **** as outlined in your lease agreement. Based on the information you provided to us it appears that the electricity provider also billed you for those services. Credits have been issued because of this.
