      My Bills are constantly late. I've had my trash service revoked and I still have to pay them $9.95 per month. They are a true "CON" and I'm embarrassed that my ************* "Invitation Homes" requires that we use this waste of money. My Water bill shows an extra charge if my bill isn't paid by 8/25/204 but I don't even have the ability to pay my 8/25/24 bill until 10/1/24. Not a good service at all. I'd give it a 0 if I could. NEVER again will I work with a company that uses Conservice.

      ****** - To clarify, bills are sent as soon as they are finalized each month. In reviewing your account, I see the statements are sent to your email around the middle of each month. If you are not receiving these, you can check your junk or spam folder. All statements are also available online at ********************* for your reference.The monthly service fee covers processing and consolidating your charges onto one billing statement. It is similar to fees other utility or service providers may charge to provide similar services. This fee is applied to all statements sent regardless of the bill amount and is non-removable. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Since all payments are made with your property management, any questions regarding the total balance due or late fees can be taken up with them directly.       They overcharg me every month. They refuse to come out to the property and look at the meter. My landlord has asked them to come out and they receive pushback. All my utilies are unplugged except for my fridge. I don't use AC in the sweltering heat. I've called the ****************************** and they can't help me because Conservice is a "billing" service. This is Mafia.

To confirm, for units that are individually metered, the residents are billed according to their individual consumption. With this, the utility charges will fluctuate each month depending on the resident's usage. Any concerns with the meter not functioning properly can be taken up with the leasing office directly. If they find there is an issue, they can reach out to their direct point of contact at Conservice at that point for further assistance.       Charged me 97 dollars for water when we are never home. Charged me ****** for sewer!!! They are a very shady company! I've called twice and they tell me they can't do anything! Never in the 7 years I've lived here has my water and sewer been this high!!

To confirm, for properties that are individually metered, residents are billed according to their individual consumption. However, anytime a meter read is not received, an estimate based on a unit average or property average takes place. Once we receive the actual reading from the meter, we then evaluate if any overbilling or underbilling has taken place and make any adjustments as necessary which is what happened on your current statement.       Extremely shady. They have been exposed by the Texas PUC for not deducting properly before billing water. After this, the water has gone down SOME but other items increased (trash, gas). This company should be subjected to a class action suit and pay every tenant with interest.

      Conservice is a complete scam. They over charge me for electricity when my husband and I wasn't in the country. How can I pay 2 times the amount for electricity I didn't use? We have solar lights on the outside to avoid turning on outside lights at nights. The only thing that was left on was our cameras and refrigerator. When I called conservice they said they would not be able to refund me without a maintenance request from my leasing office in which the office denied my request stating that was the normal usage in my area. How can my light bill be determined by my neighbors? Shouldn't we have individual meters? Conservice then claim that my usage went up 3 times the amount. People are working hard for their money and can not afford to pay for things they did not use. I will be reaching out to the county for this because the public service commission does not regulate conservice. And I found out they have an ongoing lawsuit in **********, that should tell us everything we need to know.

      *** - I am happy to clarify. Conservice is a third-party utility management and billing company contracted by the leasing office to handle the utility billing for your community. We simply bill according to your lease. We also follow all state and local regulations in regards to utility billing. Billing methods can be different depending on the community you live at. The billing method you are describing is where residents are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys electricity services. With this billing method, the total amount is divided among the residents based on their occupancy and/or square footage. The electric charges can vary month to month depending on the total amount received from the electricity company. Please note, it is typical for electric charges to increase during the summer months due to increased A/C usage.       My complex using this service and I know for a fact Im not being billing correctly. Especially since for 2 years there were 2 people living here in my apartment and now just 1. Since the other person moved my bill didnt decrease at all in fact in went up and keeps going up each month. Just another way to make life difficult for everyone. No *** to reply cause I know what I have been charged and how it should have decreased yet increased instead. My last month is the highest bill I have recorded since I moved in here in October 2020. In fact I owe more for this bill than any bill from 2020 to 2022 with 2 occupants.. Ridiculous..

      Was charged 432 for water, sewage, trash, always under $100..they say i must have a leak. I go down to water company..my bill firectly is $98..CONservice said i must have a leak and to have it checked...no there was no leak if you were wondering..I mean its all in the name right? CONservice..you have no choice but to use them so ur property management company and they can make money doing "admin fees" to save u hassle when they CON you with their SERVICE and the customer gets screwed..im sure ill get an "im sorry and someone will reach out" blah blah blah..they will say whatever they are scripted to say because they have to respond to bad inquiries on here to save face because BBB looks at that ..The real kicker is all of us on here and every other review forum where CONservice has bad reviews, ALL OF US HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO USE THEM TO GET APPROVAL TO RENT!!!

      Conservise is a complete disaster. Their billing system is a joke, and they refuse to take responsibility. My actual water usage doesn't even come close to the outrageous numbers theyre reporting. Ive tracked my readings, and the discrepancies are huge. Despite multiple attempts to get answers, all I get are useless, generic responses. This is theft, plain and simple. Avoid this company at all costs!

The calculation of the water and sewer bill is based on the percentage of water you use compared to the other residents at your community. For example, if you use 5% of the water used by all the residents, then you will be billed for 5% of all the water. With this billing method, your water and sewer costs can potentially go up, even with lower consumption, if a higher percentage of water is used that month.       Dominion changed our utility billing to Conservice. Nothing but problems, over billing and late fees when you try to resolve you get nowhere. I am sending a complaint to our attorney general. Terrible.
