The customer service **** at ********************** are nice, but the company itself is poorly managed. They claim to bill as soon as they receive information from the utility company, but I found out they actually bill whenever they get around to reviewing itand theyre behind on reviews. My utility company told me they send billing info right after each billing cycle ends. Knowing that the company I rent from is fully aware Conservice often combines 2-3 billing cycles into one bill, yet continues to use them, is really disappointing.

******** - I am sorry for the frustration. To clarify, Conservice processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. The utility bill amounts are then passed onto the resident. If we do not receive and process bills for a specific utility, you will not have charges for that utility that month. There may also be months where we receive and process multiple bills at one time. You can find more information about why this can happen here: *************************************************************************************************************************************. Please note, utilities are typically billed one month at a time, but there may be times we bill for multiple service periods to ensure there are no further delays in the service periods being billed. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to reach out to us online at ********************* with any additional questions.

Conservice is a complete scam! My bill keeps going higher and higher and they have no explanation as to why. We have not had any guests, our routine has not changed, maintenance came in and checked my apartment and found zero issues. We are barley even home. My bill went from $140 to $200 out of nowhere. I believe they are estimating throughout the whole building and not individually or the rates went up and they are not being transparent about it. This is not fair! We are already paying high rental rates as it is. Also, I have a 2-bedroom apartment. My family lives in the same zip code and have a 4-bedroom house and their bill is not even $200. This company needs to be investigated for fraud!

****** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. To confirm, Conservice bills according to your lease. The billing method at your community is where each resident is billed for their individual usage. The water and sewer charges are based on the percentage of water you use compared to the other residents at your community. For example, if you use 5% of the water used by all the residents, then you will be billed for 5% of all the water. With this billing method, your water and sewer costs can potentially go up, even with lower consumption, if a higher percentage of water is used that month. In cases like this, even though your consumption may decrease, the percentage you use at the community may have increased which is why your utility charges will also increase and/or stay consistent. I am sorry for any confusion. Please note, there is a description for each of your utilities available on the back (or page 2) of your Conservice statement. All statements are available online at ********************* for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to us online at ********************* with any additional questions.

My water bill has gone from an average of $35-$50 to $150 for two consecutive months without a valid explanation from Conservice. Thus us the second consecutive year that I have had this issue. Our daily lifestyle habits have nit changed, we do not use tub or dishwasher. At the request of Conservice my apartment has found no leaks as well as the meter working or functioning properly when water is running on both occasions. My water bill is more than my electricity bill. We are two senior citizens that use shower and washer. Price gouching or data entry error is my explanation. Conservice needs to reimburse or give credit for their error. Conservice needs to provide and resolve with a reasonable and acceptable explanation. This is ridiculous.

***** - I am sorry for the frustration. For properties that are individually metered, residents are billed according to their individual consumption. However, anytime a meter read is not received, an estimate takes place. Once we receive the actual reading from the meter, we then evaluate if any overbilling or underbilling has taken place and make any adjustments as necessary at that time. In reviewing your account, I see we have not received reads from your meter for the last two months resulting in the usage being estimated. In situations like these, the meter is still reading your consumption even though it is not checking in. Once the meter does check in, we will evaluate if any adjustments need to be made at that time. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Please feel free to reach out to us online at ********************* with any additional questions.

This company is not Transparent in their pricing. When contacted they state it goes by how many residents are in the complex yet, they will not submit it monthly. They have already had a class action suit against them in *********. My bill goes up and up and they ask if I have changed any of my habits??? NO!!! How do I know if they are charging me for vacant apartments? I do not know why the Attorney General or Consumer Affairs are not looking into them but, it is time to start writing letters to these entities to see if something can be done.

********* - I am sorry for any confusion. In reviewing your account, I see you are billed according to your individual consumption for the water. Your consumption and the rate you are charged at are listed on your monthly Conservice statement. The only utility that is split among all residents is the trash charge. You are billed a portion of the community trash bill based on the number of occupants in your unit. Please note, there is a description of each of your utilities available on the back (or page 2) of your Conservice statement. Please feel free to reach out to us online at ********************* with any additional questions.

***** - I am happy to clarify. Sewer is associated with the water cost. The water is for anything that comes into the unit through the sink, bathtub, etc., and the sewer is anything that goes down the drain. The sewer cost is typically more expensive due to it needing to be treated and cleaned. Please note, the water and sewer charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the water and sewer company. Please feel free to reach out to us online at ********************* with any additional questions.
