      Worst mistake is to ever allow this company to your home. They have ripped me off. Never provide the service I agreed upon. Called to cancel it never got canceled then they drained my bank account!

      ******** business and customer service. I called multiple times to get a technician and you can not. They want to send parts and you fix yourself. I would not recommend this business. Both sensors in both doors are broken and basically paying for nothing.

      This literally has been nothing but trouble! Within the first 24 hours of installing, my devices/app had issues. Continuously goes offline, but everything else in my house hold (that work with wifi) works just fine !!! I call in the issues and they send a tech to hard reboot and reset nothing gets fixed i continue to have issues. I have had 2 break in attempts, only 1 camera was able to get the guys running bc my neighbor happen to be outside at the time and scare them away. My dvr doesn't work the picture/video quality isn't any better ! And as I am waiting for police to arrive i can't download or share the video from tonight. And I called it in to vivint to ask them, since I was not able to download or share thr footage for the police if they could save it for me. They answered "we don't have that footage " they can only view live footages for privacy issues. THE ONLY REASON I GOT RID OF MY LAST SECURITY SYSTEM WAS BECAUSE I WAS TIRED OF HAVING TO CHANGE OUT THE BATTERIES!!! IM PAYING **** MORE FOR DEVICES AND SYSTEM THAT DOESN'T WORK! BUT THEY WANT ME TO GO BY WHAT THE CONTRACT SAYS TO PAY? BUT THEY ARE NOT HOLDING UP THEIR END BY PROVIDING "QUALITY WORKING SECURITY SYSTEM "

      ***100% SCAM***A Vivint *** came by the house saying they could buy me out of my ADT contract if I switched to Vivint. I was paying $65 with ADT and Vivint said I could pay $75 monthly with them plus adding 3 cameras. I did direct deposit thru their site as requested and 3 months later BAM!! I have a credit card with Fortiva (never heard of them prior) and a balance of $2200 for equipment. My new monthly total would be $120 per month for the next 5 years. I called and spoke with Fortiva and Vivint with zero help. I've been hustled. :(

      Vivint is a rip off and the ******** bank they use to keep billing you for products and services no longer in use are scammers. They do not want to give you the option to send the product back because their mission is to solely take money from you when their has not been any income in the home for over a year. They want you to settle for an amount that is not reasonable. I told the representative it should be like having your vehicle repo from the dealer for non payment. If you have missed several payments then the equipment should be returned to the nearest **** with a return shipping label. The products were no better than the ringtone! It does not secure my entire home as suggested by the salesman and technician. This is unacceptable to struggling consumers who have to worry about mortgage, gas and food prices and paying high utility bills. This company should be closed immediately and sent to congress for a review.

      Vivint has the worst ************************ of any ********************** System. I have used all kinds of systems and never have I made so many calls on a particular system as I have on this one. I requested for an additional camera without a flood light and they went ahead and installed a flood light without my permission, and they promised to fix the issue and never did. I have spent of 10 hours trying to resolve multiple issues and I wish I had not transferred from my previous provider. Their technology is not bad at all, but many times their camera was down. I am very disappointed with Vivint. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

      Dealing with Vivint has been the worst ever. They charged my debit card for 3 separate charges that was unauthorized. When I called to inquire about the charges, they couldn't tell me how or why my card was charged. I requested to speak to a supervisor several times to no avail. They took my number down and lied telling me a supervisor would call me back. No one ever did. I called again inquiring why my card was charged without my consent and the lie changed to the charges were on a different placed on a different card. My issue is still unresolved and I now have to wait til the pending charges to go through so I can dispute it with my bank.

      Deceptive company I Was told I could return my equipment within a certain amount of days, I could never pull up the document documents which were supposed to be online and when I would call, I would get a runaround. Every month they would add additional costs for services. I did not want without permission Every month. Every month I would call and asked that my contract be canceled and I wanted to return the equipment, To quit adding features that I did not want. Well lo and behold they told me hey too bad youre a contract to return your equipment early ex expired two days ago. So now you either have to pay for all of that equipment out-of-pocket or over a certain period of time. I ended up paying for it, totally and canceled the subscription. I still have their s***** a** equipment, which they mess with on a daily basis. One time my keypad will work just great the next time it does this thing where it repeatedly locks, even though its already locked. The next time when I try to come in the house and use the keypad, it will not unlock the door, It doesnt do this every time Just enough to be annoying. Sounds like its unlocking, but its not. Theyre playing their effing games is what theyre doing! I would not use this company for anything, and I have told numerous people not to do business with them. I dont like being lied to Because thats exactly what has happened with the original person I signed up from he He out and out Lied about the cost. I am 82 years old and told him I was on a limited income and I could only spend so much a month. He told me it would be this certain amount every month but every **** month they would add extra charges and I would have to call and get it back. Worst financial decision Ive ever made in my life, and I have never made one before.

      I, **** *******, canceled my contract before the payment was due.... 2weeks prior to be exact, Because I am 93 years old they still took the payment out for September and October and both payments was ***** each. They are trying to take advantage of a 93 year old woman by taking money out of my account and my account is closed. I have a new system with ADT.....I would not recommend Vivint to anyone!

      If I could give them no stars I would! ******** company and terrible customer support. I had a month to month contract. I was moving in June and called the end of May to cancel the service. They canceled my service and was not monitoring my home when I moved out June 17.I received a bill for $267 in November. I called to say that the service was canceled. They said that they showed that I called in HOWEVER they said they sent me an email that I had to fill out.I told them they never told me that and I never received that email. They said that it was my responsibility to do the two part cancellation process. I explained to them that they canceled my service the day I called them. They said that they had the right to keep billing me until they received the cancellation in writing by email. What a rip off! How do they get away with contiinuing to charge for a service they are not supplying. What a joke! Stay away from this company!
