      Worst Security System ever!! I got the service back in 2017 and things were fine for about a month. The cameras were constantly going offline and my panel had to be replaced twice within the first 6 to 9 months. Their customer service is atrocious, super hard to get a hold of the right department. They put you on hold forever then call gets disconnected or you get transferred to someone else. Each person I spoke to during the same call, gave me a different answer pertaining to my issue. They tried blaming the cameras being offline on my internet service and I have the fast internet service in place with no issues on any of my devices except for their faulty equipment, which doesn't com cheap. I got tired of paying for service I wasn't receiving due to it not working. Set up several appointments for a tech to come out and they never showed. I cancelled my service and had a new security system put in place with another company on September 4, 2021 and informed them of what I did. I was told that my contract needed to be paid in full in order for the cancellation to happen. I asked for my balance and requested an invoice to be sent my email and instructions on how to make payment. Never got that and they continued debited my checking account for service not rendered. It has now been a year since I cancelled and have called a total of 7 times to resolve this to no avail. They are a bunch of crooks!! I received an email several months back (April of this year) informing me that my contract had been paid in full. I completed the 5 years in April. But since I put a stop payment on future auto pays they keep texting, calling and emailing that my account is seriously past due. I've had their equipment in a bag since September 3, 2021. Stay away from this company!! So disgusted with them!! Wouldn't even give them 1/2 a star. But I have to leave one in order for my review to be posted.

      Alarm response system is now through a voice recognition system. I responded "yes" three times through the panel that everything was okay. System kept repeating the same question. What if would have been an actual emergency and I was responding "no". I expect better from a company that I'm paying to protect my property and more importantly my family.

      What a scam, terrible customer service. Can't believe I fell for this. Unbelievable, these are predators, do not them near your loved ones. Create collateral damage to my entire life.

      They charged us, sold us a product, pulled our credit, then realized they dont service our area. Now we cant get a refund. Very disappointed, in this business

      This company did not I said did not bring the cameras and put them on my house I haven't heard from them or anything they had me to give my information and they were to put cameras up at my house but they did not their word is no good I think that it was a scam maybe I don't know do not deal with these people they say they coming back they never did

      Horrible company. They sold us equipment that does not work. Alarms go off every couple of weeks, even though there is nothing wrong. Sometimes the alarm is for smoke, sometimes carbon monoxide, and sometimes water. We have never actually had any of those occur. When I call customer support, their only solution is to reboot the panel, which solves the problem for a few days and then it starts all over again: random water, smoke, or carbon monoxide alarms. They told me that if I go through a lengthy trouble-shooting process with them, they would send a technician for free to fix the problem. Once we finished the trouble shooting, they told me the technician would be $50. Their equipment is faulty, they refuse to fix it, and they flat out lied to me. Avoid this company at all cost!

      **** ***t!!!! This is the worst company ever!!!!!!! STAY AWAY from them. Find a different alarm system with competent customer service rep that knows what the h*** theyre talking about. I made a payment early May to Pay Off my equipment. Ive been with them since 2017 with no issue. We are now in September and I am not receiving any bills and apparently my monthly bill is getting pulled from the credit on the account. The same credit that was supposed to be used to pay the equipment. I have called numerous times and have been hung up on or been told theyll call me back and never did. Called again to be told that back office is working on it. Finally, I emailed the company and I get the same **** answer!!! Does this back office even exist?! I feel like this is their way of screwing/ripping their customers off. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service.. I have never felt so disgusted towards a company till now. Why do I have to give them 1 star? Seriously?! Vivint does not deserve it!!!!!! And also, our panel have been lagging and having issues and they think its our internet and refuse to replace it too. Mg husband gave up trying to get in contact with them. I am about to cancel my contract and find a different. They better not charge me any cancellation fees. Ijs.

      The service is horrible, the install crew destroyed my back door , half a** work, left trash all over the place , and used my tools!! You have to keep the Vivint service or you cant use the cameras. So basically I have a $3k paper weight now. Stay far away
