  Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. No on-line option. Nobody responds to virtual assistant, no useful person to speak to-which you are forced to do, if you want to cancel, and promises for callback are not kept. Warning: read the fine print! I got locked into 4 visits and now am having a nightmare trying to cancel after that! This seems like a scam to keep you locked in. Steer clear! Btw, they are now called Edge

  They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel unless you talk to someone on the phone. And they NEVER answer the phone. I've texted, emailed and left voicemails with absolutely no response.

  If I could I would give them 0 stars, Do not go thru this company, they are very dirty and do not work with their customers. They would not cancel our agreement with them and charged us the minute we got off the phone with them. Their service is terrible, never come when they are supposed to and I was always calling them to redo their service.Do not do any business with them, I believe they are scamming people to get their service.Fraudulent Company

  Do not trust this company! I originally called them for service when they were Edge Pest Control and told them I wouldnt sign a contact because we are renters. We got summer mosquito control, had a mouse problem. I didnt have to sign a contract and they treated the yard and put out mouse hotels. It was $129 each time they came out. We used them summer of 2021 with no problems. Then spring of 2022 - they sent me an automated message that they would be coming out to treat our yard again. I called and told them I no longer required their service but they came anyway when I wasnt home and then ACHed my account $139 ($10 more than previously agreed on price). I called and complained because of the price and that they only treated area immediately around the house (we have 2 acres). He said they would have to requote me if I wanted the entire yard done. Every month for the next four months they would send the automated message, Id call to cancel and the times I was home I could turn their technician away. Finally in August of ************************************************************************************************************************** a copy of the contract and its obviously forged (just has my initials, not my handwriting and not my signature). He apologized and cancelled my account. They even sent out a tech to pick up the mouse traps (turns out they werent even baited traps, they just had sticky traps inside the hotel thing). Now its spring 2023 and they have somehow reactivated my account and a technician has been showing up once a week to treat our lawn. My guess is they are trying to treat our lawn when we arent home so they can say they rendered service.I have multiple emails from them confirming my cancellation but they keep putting me back on the schedule weekly. The technician who came last week told me that I was the fourth house hed been to that day who also claim to have cancelled and refused to let him complete the service.

  Never use this company! Their employee showed up at my house and never got out of his truck to do the service. He sat there for 15 minutes and then drove away but he made sure to charge my card. Absolute fraud.

  A representative of the company came to my home and started spraying for insects. I called the company the next day to confirm that my contract had ended and that my original concern was asking the service to kill a rat infestation. On 4/10 the rat concern was not addressed. I requested a refund of the $129.00 and a removal of the rat traps on my property. I was assured both would be done. A few days later I noted the $129.00 had been taken from my checking account. A few days later I got an email from the company asking me to address my concerns. I did so that day via email. On 4/17 I called the company and spoke with ******* who stated my call was being transferred to the customer ********************** department. That connection ended. I called back and spoke to ****** who stated he had to review the concerns and if we got disconnected he would call back. After 7 minutes the call was disconnected. I am a 71 year old living on Social Security. $129.00 is a lot of money to me. The rat traps remain littering my property and I remain dissatisfied with the customer ********************** and appalling policies of this company.

  You cannot trust these people. They guaranteed me that they would get rid of my vol issue. Not only did they not get rid of it, it is SIGNIFICANTLY worse than it was b4 they came out. My entire front yard has been destroyed. Now I have to get a landscaper to come out and fix it. It's going to cost my thousands of dollars. And worse yet, they simply DO NOT CARE.

  I signed a contract with these guys after my wife was bit by a Black Widow Spider and sent to the hospital. The tech they sent out said black widows do not live in ******** and argued with my wife. The next visit the tech never called or let us know he was going to visit our home, which it states in the contract they will notify us when they arrive. The tech only sprayed outside the house. This continued until December. The tech come out was very rude to my wife to the point she called me to come home when he was around. On top of it we had 14 of snow and he sprayed the snow and tried to charge me $119.99. He never once asked to come inside to spray like we hired them to do. I have called and complained to the management. They think that by them releasing the contract I need to still pay them $119.99 for a service that was not applied right or done per our contract. When you spray the snow and the snow melts the chemical is carried away. They are telling me that the chemical stays put even in snow. The service was not applied right and they did not spray inside the home.

  I canceled my service months ago and I received a text today stating they would be coming to my home for a scheduled service. I told them I canceled and to quit bothering me. They keep telling me that I need to have a verbal conversation to cancel (which again, I did months ago). This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Don't sign a contract....they will harass and bother you until you will want to throw you phone out the window!!!!!!
