AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** Im not sure where the good reviews are coming from as my familys experience has been a nightmare. High pressure sales, came for initial service in July 2023, service did not work (YES we still had the ants, moles and spiders). Called for re-service as their contract states if their service doesnt solve the issue, they will come back and do a free service. The technician NEVER showed, no call/no show (9/16). *** continued to auto draft the monthly fee again with NO SERVICE. Emailed 9/18 and 10/2. Called 10/12 and 10/17. The ONLY time the area manager returned our call is when we disputed with the credit card company after 3 monthly ******** with no one even showing up! They eventually refunded the 3 monthly auto drafts (which I would hope so, since no one ever came) however are still billing us for the initial service (we received the bill THIS week 12/26 for date of service 7/12 and have now received (on 12/28) a bill from a collection agency. We called 3 times this week and they dont answer. My wife calls from her number and they did answer, but are refusing to cancel the outstanding bill for our initial service. They even acknowledged the money back guarantee but are not canceling the bill since they put product down that didnt work! Unreal that this business doesnt fulfill their contracts and doesnt communicate and then wants to send a customer to collections. At this point it appears a complaint to the BBB and a phone call to a lawyer is our only avenue of resolution.Fox Pest Control HQ

Absolutely one of the shadiest businesses I've ever used. They send salespeople door-to-door (which should've been the first red flag), reeling you in hook, line, and sinker with the promise of pest control that is "month-to-month" with a "cancel anytime" policy. You are sold that bill of goods thinking it's basically a trial; you are paying for it, but if you're unhappy, it's relatively quick, easy, and painless to cancel. Bold-faced lie does not do this justice.Go ahead, try to cancel: you're on the hook for a $150+ cancellation fee, which is only avoidable if you give a TWO-MONTH NOTICE! Which, given the monthly cost of the service, is the equivalent of just paying two additional months AFTER you've decided the service is not for you. How on God's green earth is this a "month-to-month" contract?Not only that, but be prepared to be lied to. The technician on my account literally told me face-to-face, man-to-man that the salesperson who told me *how* the mice were "deterred" was a complete fabrication. I don't love the idea of killing the mice, I just want them to stay away from my garage and basement. I was told in absolutely certain terms this bait did not kill them, rather it **** them out by dehydrating them which forced them to seek sources of water elsewhere. Once again, boy is this a lie. The tech told me directly that I was lied to, and that it simply killed them.Bonus points: part of my package was the de-webbing of the outside of my house. I would look at my windows following most treatments and still see spider webs at the corners, outside of the netting. So, yeah. Once again, not receiving the value I was promised.The icing on the cake? Be prepared to have the owner/management/whoever she is tell you that despite all of this, the absolute best she can do is give you a few bucks off per month but that you'd STILL need to give two months notice to avoid the cancellation fee.I was lied to, did not receive promised services, yet STILL on the hook.Fox Pest Control HQ

January 4, **** When I was looking for a local company to deal with an ant problem, Fox Pest Control assured me they were local. I found out much later this was not true. When the agent showed up, he wanted me to sign a contract for 2 years. I told him I only wanted them to spray the foundation which I had done myself in the past which would always solve the spring invasion. He told me it took more than that and regular treatments were needed and that was the only way the company works so they can guarantee their work. The agent assured he it was a natural safe product. I signed the contract and the agent treated the area around my house. The ants didnt stop coming in, and they were coming in droves! I called the company and they did a retreat telling me that ant have a cycle and these were probably new ants. I dont remember how many times they retreat the house, even coming inside to spray as well as the regular scheduled treatment but they ants kept showing up.I called the company to cancel and they told me I would have to pay $250.00 to cancel. I told them this was ridiculous, I wasnt getting the results and should not have to pay when their work was not eradicating the problem, plus a lot of other things were dying all around the outside of the house. The monarch caterpillars all died that were on the milk weeds plants in my front garden. I told them I was cancelling and had no intention of paying the ridiculous fee since they had not held up their end of the contract. And right in their contract it states they will refund they last treatment if after 3 regular session. They did not agree to cancel unless I paid the $250.00.They continued to bill us for services we did not receive and tacked on the $250.00. AND NOW they have sent a collection agency after me to collect the fees they say they are owed!I will be sending a copy of this to the collection agency as well as calling them AND I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.Fox Pest Control HQ

I just wanted to leave a small review because I was gung ho and all excited about becoming a customer of this business. Only for them to come out and assist the situation and for them to put a black box down, because it was a rat situation.So that small black box that they put down has now cost me $435. I reviewed your account, and it looks like we performed a full exterior service in August, which included de-webbing, wasp nest removal, dust treating all entry points, yard granulation, and liquid treatment throughout the foundation, *****, and entryways. A rodent bait station was also placed where ************** noticed some activity. A follow up was scheduled for two weeks to perform your home's interior treatment and check on the bait station. At that appointment, the technician refilled the bait station, but did not perform your interior service. They did not leave any notes explaining why your interior treatment was not completed, and unfortunately our office did not catch this and reach out to you. They claim they gave proper notice about a price increase. The notice was sent via email on 12/28/23, and then the charge was put through on 1/2/24, WITHOUT even mentioning the AMOUNT of the increase! I am required to give them 30 day notice to cancel, but they don't have to give more than 2 days' notice or any details about a price increase. Unbelievable. They would not give me a refund even though my service is 28 days out, because it is less than 30 days. Even though I have been with them for almost 4 years. They just lost a lifetime customer. One employee said she could honor my previous pricing but could not give a refund. So I asked for a supervisor. He said he could NOT honor my previous pricing and could only refund the difference this one time. So they are telling customers conflicting information on top of the other deceit. This company would benefit from better customer service than responding to one star reviews. As seems to be the status quo with most of these reviews, I, too, have been the victim of their $70 per month preventative maintenance plan. As I believed I was agreeing to their service it turned out I was agreeing to ****************************************************** After speaking with management due to several things gone wrong, they had agreed to give me a one time complementary visit. After being billed several times, after paying for my initial visit in full, I inquired about the complementary visit. I was told they had nothing on file and I was to pay For the monthly service plan or I would be held responsible for paying an additional $250 in termination fees. I called today, and was able to get a tech out within 2 hours. ***************** was so sweet & amazing!!! She really knew what she was doing; I was so impressed! ****** wasnt afraid to go into crawlspace and found the dead rodent & got rid of it!! Then treated the rest of garage & outside too! Avoid this service. They charge a lot and provide little. My program to deal with mosquitoes and ticks involved a person walking the perimeter of my one acre lawn with a herb smelling fogger that quickly blew away. The entire application took 10 minutes. And barely any product stayed on my lawn. No mosquitoes or ticks were deterred by this application.Fox Pest Control HQ

Fox Pest Control has a bogus cancellation fee of $250. My husband had signed up for the service without my knowledge. I don't agree with having the service, my name is on the deed to this house, as well, but they will not allow me to cancel the service without being charged the $250 fee! Any decent company would be willing to make an exception to their policies, to keep a good rapport with the customer. I would never recommend this company!Fox Pest Control HQ
