      Very bad experience came to my house so many time bring all stuff that I already used from ************** deport I told them every time they came to spray I used that its useless but they ignored me I thought I might not spray proper way so I let them but results same nothing happened after 3 month I decided to cancel, they want $150 cancellation charges when I asked why , they said its in the contract , I never get no contract , I m driving Uber so I met this sales man (*****)as my rider in the conversation he said Fox pest control very good just try if not satisfied cancel any time he mentioned initially changes, monthly changes but never mentioned cancellation changes, after paying alimony $400 & $150 cancellation changes no results

      Wanted to share my experience with Fox Pest Control.Moved from a different service I was basically happy with to them to save a little money and some additional services. I signed a 2 year contract with them that had a $199.99 initial fee, a $54.99 monthly fee and a $150 early cancellation fee. I (verbally .. mea culpa) discussed the cancellation fee with the sales rep who stated if I had three issues that were not resolved, I could cancel without the cancellation fee.After the first treatment a few days later, I had a simple question regarding the treatment and the placement of bait boxes around the home. I provided my question in service feedback, an email and follow up email and a phone call. There was no response for more than 2 weeks. At this point, I cancelled the service figuring if they cant respond with a simple question in two weeks how could I trust them to show up if I need them between scheduled services if needed.Two days after I sent an email cancelling my service I received an email, "In order to maintain the privacy and security of your account, we will need you to call our office and speak to a manager before we can make any changes to your account." I called, spoke to a kind but powerless rep who checked with "her management" and then let me know I could cancel but they would not waive any of the fees.So I wound up paying $199 +$54.99 + $150 or about $400 for one, partially performed, treatment.I am also a real estate broker - my agents and I need partners who, not only do the job, but do the right things and communicate well with our clients. Fox does not meet that criteria.Maybe others have had great experiences wth Fox, but wanted to put this "data point" out there.

      I pd to have a swarm of bees above my door sprayed and killed well they came and sprayed the guy told me that should do it but yet the company thinks I shouldve kept on paying 100 and some dollars a month for three months well as of today the bees are swarming above my door again

      Had mice and bugs due to half our deck being demo'd. They assured us they could take care of the problem. 10 months later and about $700 later, I still have bugs and mice. When I called to tell them that I don't want the last quarterly service and to let my contract expire, they told me that would cost me an additional $150. I do not want their spray on my property anymore and they are FORCING me to accept it, otherwise they will charge me a cancellation fee. I do not recommend this service for two reasons. It does not work and the customer service is atrocious. The people are nice, but they must have antiquated systems and ownership.

      First I hate companies that send salespeople out door to door. It was a horrible time for us. I attempted to be kind and let the salesman know. He still continued his sales pitch until I basically had to have my say and shut the door. When someone says they arent interested please tell your people to stop. Telling me about all of my neighbors who have recently signed contracts with you isnt going to change my mind. Stop being so pushy.

      This company be careful what you sign for its misleading a door to door sales offered me the service never told or showed me in paper that i sign up for the term agreement with a termination fee until I sold my home and asked for a cancellation I was advise I am breaking a contract. They are misleading I do read I sign for but no one before I sign up advise of their agreement.
