      Terrible company. The worker came to my house to spray for pest control. His spray was empty when I called him out on it he said I was right and went to the truck to replace it. When he came back he did not re do the area. He also didnt spray behind anything on the floor like like chairs or ***** bears in the kids room. Waste of money on an improper service. For a better job dont waste time and go with a different company

      Bad experience with Fox. A rep came out, and looked at our 5 unit rentals...a side by side duplex, and a triplex. He gave us a quote and we signed a 2 year contract. It started July 2023 with the initial treatment then quarterly treatments. In January 2024, a tenant noticed water bugs in the basement, so we called Fox to send a technician to do a treatment. They informed us that they canceled our contract. No one informed us about it. They said they canceled because we have 6 units, which isn't true. We have only 5 units and the rep saw it was only 5 when he gave us the quote and the technicians that had treated the units from July 2023 to when they canceled in January 2024 saw it was only 5 units. Now Fox is telling us that because they canceled, they would have to come back out and reevaluate the units and give us a price. Wow, we can't believe how they do business. We will never do business with them again. If we had canceled, they would have charged us a cancellation fee, but they can cancel and try to do a reevaluation to charge more money. That's totally dishonest.

      I contracted Fox Pest Control of *********, ** to service my newly purchased home. The representative, ****** arrived, no identifying clothing or identification, however he was carrying a sprayer and introduced himself as a technician from Fox Pest Control.I explained we were having spider and clover mite issues, ****** said he would spray outside along the foundation and inside along the baseboards and in the corners of the wall by the ceilings. I trusted he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately the chemical he sprayed stained our inside walls. I took pictures and sent them to the email address provided by ***** at the ********* office. ***** replied and said, "Fox Pest Control will buy the paint." I chuckled and emailed back requesting they not only buy the paint but they pay for the touch up of 36 corners in my home that were damaged.Unfortunately, no one replied to my request. I have left numerous messages and finally spoke with ******, from the **************** who said there was a miscommunication and they would be in touch with a resolution by Friday, April26th. That date passed with no email or phone call resolution.As of today, Monday, April 29th, I am now in process of hiring an attorney to pursue a claim for the damages they caused. This is very upsetting to me and frustrating because I have provided pictures to the local office showing the damage, which they acknowledged. I also sent them the invoice for what I paid a professional painter to repair the 36 areas of paint damage.As I was typing this (4/29/24 at 12:23 pm) I did receive a call from Kayden. He advised my claim has been passed on to their claim department. I explained to ****** that I have already heard that and service was performed on March 28 and I notified Fox on March 29th and emailed pictures.Hopefully my BBB review will expedite the process and we can avoid small claims court.Thank you,***

      Terrible company. Charged me hundreds to lock me in on a contract to get rid of a mouse problem. The guy showed up and sprayed bug spray all over my sons toys and stated he doesnt have anything on hand for mice because they dont specialize in mice and that they can treat for mice but they arent very good at it. So he said he would be back in a week to set poison boxes. 2 weeks go by and no one showed so i called and they apologized and said someone would be there on Saturday. Saturday comes and no one showed. I called the following monday and **** said we had a route change, can we come next week i said no i just want my money back its been weeks now the so called manager responds with your locked in on your contract, we cant give you your money back i said you voided that contract when you never showed up and she said its obvious this conversation is going no where so im going to hang up now and i never heard from them again. I is***d a complain with master card, master card refunded my money, then *** appealed it and said i still owed the money. Mastercard gave them the money and closed the case. Needless to say, 3 months later I received no mouse treatment and they stole hundreds of dollars from me. These guys have no clue what they are doing and are clearly out to steal. The company i own would never treat customers this way, they are fraudulent and incompetent and their management system is a joke. Do yourselves a favor and steer far away, i would *** if it was worth my time. They are clowns that dont know how to treat customers or pest control. Thank God i found a much better company that not only showed up, but got rid of the mouse problem and made everything work for me. This place should be examined and closed.

      Ive had a problem with their billing practices since I hired them. I wrote a check to Fox pest control in December 2023 for one months service .They cashed it in February 2024. I Wrote another check for 3 months in February 2024. They cashed it 5 days later. I got another bill from them in March saying I owed for two months service. They told me the check I wrote them in February was due in October 2023. I just want them to go away. I can find a reputable pest control company. They mentioned a $75.00 fee if I cancel before my contract is up.

      Poor service as I can buy the same material they put down without the $200 plus payment. Also I signed up for 3 month service not monthly per the man I talke4d to when I stopped the service. Stopping the service was hard as he tried to 'explain my options.. The men doing the service were fine , no problems with them, I will not use them again.

      They guaranteed they would locate the rodent nest and fix any areas that rats are getting in the house. The representative was here for 20 minutes and only removed a dead rodent from under the sink and placed a box in the basement. They never fixed any problem areas for which I had to hire someone else to do. The first visit cost me ****** and then they charged me ***** a month for nothing for just in case. I am a retired person and I trusted that they were going to do what they said they would do. I have emailed this company x2 and cancelled this service but they call me 2-3 times a day.

      Hired them to control a wasp/bee problem. 3 years later we still have wasps/bees living under the shingles and entering the home. Finally cancelled contract. Beware of giving them your credit card.

      Their ********** Office business practices are deceptive and they purposely choose to not inform their service techs what they are supposed to be treating. I had one tech tell my wife he wasn't going to treat my home for ********* bees as required and now another one that just didn't do it, but they have no problem charging me every month. They want the home owner to babysit the techs and basically do their management job for them. Spoke with a service manager last fall and here we are. They count on homeowners not wanting to be bothered so that service continues forever and they continue to make lots of money. Plus their policy of needing to go to arbitration is also a cunning way to ensure few refunds are ever paid, because they count on homeowners not wanting to follow through. Their offer to perform another treatment is too little, too late. Strike 2, you're out.
