      On 6/24/23 I had a door to door sales rep **** from Fox Pest Control offer me a contract for 4 quarterly payments of $*****When I received the actual contract in an email 2 hrs later it was for $***** a month and a total of over $600.00! I was furious & immediately called the sales rep and cancelled the contract which he agreed too! Well today on 7/24/23 at 11:00 am my credit card was charged ***** for a treatment that did was never done or authorized!! I have made repeated calls to the Fox Pest Control office with no answer & left my phone number with no return call!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

      ******** ignored No Soliciting sign and when I pointed it out he said "oh, no worries" and tried to continue his pitch. *** is either inadequately training their employees or directing them to ignore signs posted on private properties.

      Today was the 1st time I was not at home when ****** arrived. I missed his smile and pleasant outlook! Regardless of my presence, I know a complete job was done. Out of a 1 to 10 scale, ****** is a 10 in my book. I wish that all customer involved services had folks like ****** ~ professional, diligent, and always attentive to the details. I know that my service has been done with pride. That is the way ****** always approaches his job. I appreciate him!

      Feel this company fails to provide customer service does not reply to emails or phone calls. Instead of charging me a monthly charge they charged the entire cost, also, they did not provide detail charges, requested cancellation of this service since it was done within 3 working days and heard nothing back. I know I should have been more pro active in what the total cost would be, but according to ***** the sales rep who came to my house, he said one thing and it turned out not to be accurate. What I thought the entire 4 treatments would be $270 really is almost $900. I am a senior citizen and I should know better, but it was something I wish I was more diligent in this transaction.

      I called one week ago for services that were to be done that day AND was billed that same day. As of today, 1 week later, after 3 consecutive phone calls to the business, the first 3days of waiting for a technician to come out by the end of each of those days still no phone call, after asking for a refund, later that 3rd day no phone calls, no refund.. being put on hold for different people. THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A DISABLED VETERAN or ANYONE!!! Please DO NOT ALLOW this so-called Company to continue with their negligence and horrible conduct. Unreal!!

      I needed pest control for my house I contacted Fox Pest Control. they are located at ****************************** ***** ** Phone# ************* first time I spoke to them gave me a price to come right out. They told me they needed my credit cards and signature to come. then they started to charge 65 dollars a month for them doing nothing. I called to cancel they said you signed a contract that says will pay ****** a termination fee and monthly charges of 65 per month if I cancel. they never showed me this or told me when I called them now they won't stop bothering me, this company is very deceitful and take advantage of the senior citizens. They must tell you what you are signing up for and not use l this underhand bad business tactic.

      Misleading sales tactics. A door to door salesman came to my home last year offering services. I was offered the services but only wanted it for one year. Sales person said they are automatically signing up everyone in the neighborhood who decides to enroll however they said I can cancel after at least a year if I decided to. This is why I did sign up, I was not expecting to cancel after my one year and then be hit with $150 cancelation fee but first I have to give a 30day notice. ( Essentially, your cancellation fee plus one month cost) I am not very impressed with the customer service regarding this situation and I don't think what I had for service improved my situation. It is now July after my initial contact to request Cancelation in the beginning of May and I received another bill with no confirmation of cancellation of services. I am disappointed in the sales tactics and wish I would have had all the facts regarding cancellation instead of being mislead into penalty fees.I hope Fox Pest Control does better in the future with transparency. I give one star because of the policy they hold and consumer entrapment sales tactics.

      I have never went out my way to leave a negative review about a company a day in my life. This one definitely has earned it. I have been paying yearly terminate contract for 3 plus years. Every year they are required to check the traps. After laying fresh mulch a couple weeks ago, I recieved an email saying a tech just came and verified all my traps good to go. Upon looking at the traps all were still under freshly laid mulch and/or under several inches off soil and grass around perimeter (very apparent they have not been disturbed for quite some time). I called a tech to come verify and upon his inspection he required a metal detector to find half of them, a shovel to dig up most of them, and pliers to open the cap on majority of them. He openly admitted the tech that came did not inspect the traps IAW policy and procedure. I waited over a week for a manager to call me and he opted to provide 12 months free termite fee, and 3 months free tick, mosquito, and flea treatments. They came this week to provide 1st month free treatment and I recieved invoice today over drafting my checking account for $169.98 worth of free services. Not only do they lie about what you pay them to do they charge you for what is supposedly free. I have been on hold for 2 plus hours today before someone finally answered the phone to let me know that a manager will call me within the next 30 minutes. She wasn't sure why I recieved a bill since she could see the notes on my account that all future treatments for next 3 months are free of charge. It has been 3 plus hours and no return call yet. I expect based on past experience that one will call me in a week offering more free services that they ultimately will lie about performing or charge you for. I have already contacted my bank to file fraudulent charge and stop payment. This company has the worst customer experience I have ever seen in 41 plus years. Another company trying to make a quick dime. Please due your research before signing.

      24 visits in less than a year. Still have bugs misdiagnosis what type of bug we had and treated it wrong now its turned into an infestation. Doesnt hold up to the contract I signed. Money back guaranteed is not something they hold up to horrible company then they fired me as a customer because they cant give me what I need
