Wow! Unbelievable total scam. Had one of their texts come to my house to offer me a pest control service. We have a bad tick problem and they said they will be able to take care of it. They offered me a really good offer stating that I could cancel at any time at no cost. Complete lie. My son just the other day had a tick on them. I had them come back to retreat it. A week later my wife got a tick on her. So I went ahead to cancel their service and they said sorry is a $500 cancellation fee. I was not told I will be in a 2-year contract. Unbelievable it ***** how these people get away with this type of behavior. Especially when it's hard times and money is important to us. Well hopefully this review finds people that won't fall into the trap that I unfortunately did. I hope they enjoy the money the money they stole from usFox Pest Control HQ

Dont recommend this company at all! Was sucked into signing up by a sales rep coming to my front door. Was told that Id have to pay $185 at sign up and that I wouldnt be charged for the next 3 months. July comes around and I was charges $65 had them come out 2 times to treat and I was still having problems with insects getting into my house. Ended up just canceling with them and found out that I had to pay a $250 FEE that I was not made aware about due to voiding my contract yet I was never told I was signing a contract. Also company is extremely hard to get ahold of. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.Fox Pest Control HQ

The $65 you were charged was a monthly payment that equals 1/3 of the quarterly treatment price. I was unbale to find your account under the given name and email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tried for months to speak with cust serv. Receive vm informing me of date change for upcoming treatment and if date does not work, call. IMPOSSIBLE! Called and was put on hold for ***** min and then told leave msg and will get a call back in 1-2 days. No call! I finally realize if I claim to be a new client I will miraculously get through to cust serv. I did this after trying to call Fox Pests with 2 phones on hold at the same time for reg cust serv. I explain to the reps in the new client area the situation. They assure me I will get a call back. I did this routine of calling as a new client, twice. Only option to get through! NOTHING, AGAIN! After no calls, I receive a vm saying they will be servicing my property and if it did not work, please call. Again, I call and hold for 45 min (screenshot my call for proof), and leave msg. I explain all again, and advise I no longer want their business and if they service my property, I will not pay them. I ask to have someone call me back but, AGAIN, NO CALL! Today, weeks after my last call, I get a call. Joke on me, the call is to tell me I have a bill. I explain to the rep the situation. She is wonderful and wants to help. Puts on rep named ******. ****** was updated by her colleague of the situation, but decided to become obnoxious and arrogant on the phone with me. Claiming they have a lot of calls and not enough people trained to call back. They're backed up, etc. Said she will look for vms I left. No one reviews calls? Rude and dismissive. ALL THE COMPANY PROBLEMS she mentioned are not mine to deal with. Finally, saying she will cancel my acct today. Meaning, charging me for last treatment. I tell her I want it cancelled from the day I requested to cancel. I ask to speak with someone else, but ****** said she is the manager. Horrible treatment of clients. I hung up. This company sent a door to door salesman who blatantly gave us false information to get us to sign up. He lied to us about what the technician would do on the first visit. When I wrote a review stating that they had falsely sold us a package I was called by a manager who then sent out a second technician to do what had been promised. The salesperson had also told us other information about our regular pest control was doing and never allowed us to verify because we needed to sign on that day or not get the "special" price. Foolishly we did. After trying to contact customer service, they do not answer and say they'll get back to you. They finally did, I was told my account would be frozen, and then was charged again. Then when I called again to get my account cancelled because I realized these people were dishonest, I actually did get a call back and was told that they would cancel but they charged me $140 which I evidently wrongly assumed they were using as an early contract cancellation...I just wanted done with them. This month they charged my account another $60 as though I was still an active customer! I am so frustrated as they never are available for phone calls and only once in a while do they ever actually return the phone call as their answering machine says. They are liars and crooks and have very shady business practices.Fox Pest Control HQ

HAVE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT FOR SERVICE AND ARE NEVER TOLD ITS AN ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH A $250 CANCELLATION FEE. NO MENTION OF THIS AT ALL YOU THINK YOU ARE SIGNING FOR THE SERVICE OF THAT DAY. I have been with Fox for years and really love them. ******** has been my recent employee and has done superior work. I had an ant problem in my bathroom that he irradiated in one visit while explaining to me the how and why along the way. I then had another ant problem in my kitchen and I could tell it was a different kind of ant so ******** came back out and within seconds told be the exact species that it was and already had the solution in his hand. As he used it he explained the whole process to me and he waited until it was visibly working 100%. I am serious about my pest control and I am very happy to have found FoxFox Pest Control HQ

Warning to anyone remotely considering this service. They are a predatory business practice, end of story. It will take an act of congress to stop them from coming by, and they leave no options to self-administer online via the customer portal, it's just a place to put your payment info up so they can ***** off of it as the months go by.Fox Pest Control HQ

Horrible experience. I get a knock on my door about 2 months back from a rep with Fox Pest Control out of ********, **. I explained to him that I would agree to have the outside of my home sprayed but I was not interested in being locked into a contract. He said that wasnt a problem and that he needed to take down some information for the invoice that would be emailed to me and for me to sign authorizing treatment for the day. There was no confusion or miscommunication, he understood completely and reassured me that I would not be locking into a contract. We have not seen them since, I have a bill for over $200 and when I tried speaking to them on the phone, I was being told that Im locked into a contract and if I couldnt prove what was said in the conversation between myself and the rep, that there was nothing they could do and Id have to pay the $250 cancellation fee. The rep suggested I speak to a manager but advised that it would most likely make no difference. The manager would not come to the phone because she was leaving for the day (over 20 min before they close) and that I would get a return phone call. Never received a call back. This is ridiculous and a very sleazy way of doing businessFox Pest Control HQ

**************** recently has been horrible. We have been calling for a week. Sitting on hold daily for 30 minutes until their voice mail kicks in. Message says calls will be returned in 2 days, no return calls. Also sent web messages without a response. Today after trying unsuccessfully to reach them for a week I chose the option that said I was a new customer. My call was answered in 2 minutes and I was transferred to a dispatcher that picked ** in less than 2 minutes. I truly believe it is unacceptable to treat current customers this way. The only response I was given was that they "are busy." We will be waiting another 5 days to have our ground bee problem taken care of. I sincerely hope they do a good job because it will be impossible to reach them again to come back. No apologies for the delays or anything. We will be looking into a new pest control service.Fox Pest Control HQ

This company conducts business over the phone and then texts you their information. I received a text and they asked if I received it and to reply. Next thing I know the told me it is a two year agreement but I was getting a $100 of the initial fee, Told them I do not want the service and never paid any up front fee. The following month they charged my Credit Card Account for the monthly fee. As their agreement states, you have three days to cancel and I cancelled the same day and had to call the ******************* to not accept the charge. I called them after 30 minutes listening to the same thing over and over, I was told someone will call me back in 2 days. If this is not resolved I will contact the ************************ in Mass as they charged my account without a contract and that is FRAUD.Fox Pest Control HQ
