I feel that Fox Pest Control is very dishonest and misleading concerning their business practices. The sales rep came to my house in July, on a Sunday when I was in the middle of gardening. I was hot, sweating and he walks up to me to talk about Fox Pest Control. I feel that the contract is misleading and they only come out to your house if you need them. Yet you pay Them $70.00 to avoid the $280.00 you would pay quarterly. On top of that, if you don't want to continue the service, they charge you $250.00 which he did tell me. I didn't know that The contract was for two years. I feel deceived and the sales rep only wanted my money and a commission. In the end, I feel that I was taken advantage of in the blazing sun on a Sunday and now I'm out $250.00. Companies that are on the up and up don't need to charge you that steep of a cancelation fee unless they're only looking to make money and not care about the customer ****** learned. Do yourself a favor shop around. The contract can also be for one year which I was never told. That is poor business practices.In hindsight, I feel like I was taken advantage of.Fox Pest Control HQ

Do not use Fox Pest. *** charged me for future services. They were last at my home over 2 months ago, and only once for the quarter. I have used their service well past the initial year contract, and they still charged me for another quarter in full. They said just keep your appointment so you still receive something for your money. I do not need the service, and if I wanted to, I could call Fox out weekly for the next 2 months and Fox would loose money on this quarterly charge, but I'm not like that. I'm just looking for a company to be fair. Fox is not a fair company. They have earned this 1-star review.Fox Pest Control HQ

Since we need 30 days notice for cancellation, we were still planning on servicing your home this month. I 100% do not recommend. They trapped me into a contract, I called them at the start of an issue with ********* ants, the guy didn't really check added baits around the house, came back a few times doing the same thing. Shoot forward 6 months I now have hundreds and hundreds of ants and need to replace a window. I had to get a different company in, who actually ensured they properly sprayed for the ants. Then this company forced me to pay a cancellation fee.It is very hard to get an appointment urgently, if not impossible, earliest is days after you call. When you ask for call back they dont. I do not recommend using this company at all!Fox Pest Control HQ

I made an agreement for ten months and the contract will be done on payments that was what the tech told me now they telling me that it was for the whole year and because I didn't call to cancel they automatically put me in another year contract and if I cancel I have to pay $130.00 I think this is a scam they do whatever they want. Their service contract and sales tactics are predatory. My elderly parents got scammed out of hundreds of dollars for ONE treatment and then charged an even higher cancellation fee. Everything was done over the phone and they refuse to provide a transcript or the audio of my mother supposedly agreeing to a verbal contract. The local office threatened her when she said she was going to contact her bank. Shes still being charged monthly for services that havent been/arent being provided and paying their cancel fee.Fox Pest Control HQ

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NOT RECOMMENDED They call themselves a green company and don't send any contracts of paperwork that you sign up for. They told me they would email me a copy after the sales rep came to my door. He had me input my information and I put my demographics and email. I took a leap of faith by signing up with this company to work on my yard and I was told that I would be emailed a copy of the contract. I NEVER received one and they told me that they sent it to a madeup email. They kept billing me and after multiple attempts to speak to someone, I got the runarounds, over and over again. They don't have a customer service department, only account management/billing. They are truly awful. I asked to speak with a manager, they put me on with an accounts payable manager - THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and refused to escalate this to upper management, telling me that they will tell me the same. Completely dismissive and unprofessional, needless to say unethical company. Please BE CAREFUL. NOT RECOMMENDED. GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY.Fox Pest Control HQ

This company is a SCAM! don't use them. Their technicians are a sloppy joke. they Triple charge you and don't give you a valid contract to review in detail before signing. They don't show up for services or follow the treatment plans they are contracted to do. Never received a copy of the contract and tried calling every week for three months with no response or call back. Final got through and asked to cancel because of all of this and they declined to cancel or refund, hung up on me after I asked for a manager.Fox Pest Control HQ

Beware ! Horrible company. FOX PEST CONTROL , ************ has slick sales people canvassing your neighborhood offering a great discount , because all your neighbors have signed a contract. He is guilty of misrepresentation regarding total cost and number of yearly service calls. I am guilty of stupidity. I signed the contract trusting *************. ZERO STARS IS THERE WAS AN OPTION: I am, WAS a new customer. Yellow jackets swarming from the outside into my home through the laundry room. ********, serviceman, came out on Tues. 8/15/2023. Bees still coming in on Friday, the 18th. He did check in on Thurs. the 17th and I told him they were still coming in. He PROMISED he would be at my home on Tues. the 22nd...TODAY. I received a text, automated as I found out after calling the #), that serviceman were all unavailable until next week? You cannot respond to the automated text at all. NEXT WEEK??? Bees are swarming into my home , I was stung two times. I called, emailed and waited on hold from my office two times for two HOURS. This company is a scam. I called my credit card company immediately, as I am in a pretty scary situation, reversed the charge as NOTHING was done at all, but they sure took my money. I had to call for an emergency exterminator as my son is allergic to bees. I have tried for the full day, starting at 9:30 this morning, emailing, texting and calling. I WOULD RECOMMEND RUNNING FROM THIS COMPANY. It's is very disheartening to know that you can be scammed so easily.Fox Pest Control HQ
