Do not purchase anything from nordictrack. My $3,000 treadmill didnt even last 2 years. Barely used, always on a surge protector and out of warranty. You would think an expensive machine would last longer than 2 years. Think twice before buying anything from them!Review fromCourtney S

DO NOT BY THIS TREADMILL ****. I would give a ZERO star rating if possible. My first **** treadmill I bought we LOVED and I had for over 5 years and then needed to replace. So we purchased the revised version of the **** in July 2022. I never even thought to read reviews as our first treadmill same model we loved. We didn't love the newer model initially but went with it. It never worked right from the start and then in Oct 2022 it became unusable making this clicking noise. I called their customer service which is the worst customer service I have ever came across. The part was ordered in Nov 2022 and we did not have anyone come fix it until March 2023. When the technician came he said that customer service ordered the wrong part and he will order the right one. We had to wait another 2 months until it was fixed. On Nov 2023 it broke again where the tread came completely off the treadmill, I called in November and was on hold for 45 minutes until I selected the call back feature to which I was never called back. I then put in an issue ticket with no response. I called 1/29/2024 and I was on hold for over an hour, explained to the rep my issue and I was told I have to pay for a technician to come out to fix would be $175 dollars. The tech came out for 5 minutes to see what part was needed and put in a request to order. I followed up 3 days later and they did not even order the part yet and they said they need another $125 for him to return to actually fix the treadmill. I said I already paid $175 for Labor costs as that is what was labeled on the receipt and they said no that was just to come diagnose the problem. With much back and forth ultimately if I want it fixed I have to pay. If it breaks again I guess that money is gone and I need to get a new treadmill. I never ever write reviews, like who has time for that, but based on my HORRIBLE experience I felt the need. This company is horrible.Review fromRobert B

Give it 1 star because you dont have zero. Purchased the proform carbon cx stationary bike June 27 2023 through academy sports so ifit didnt get my debit card number and bill me for something I didnt sign up for. **** worked fine when we put it together and started riding July 4th. Then in December it would start timing out on its on losing track of the mileage and time and the resistance dropping off. Changed the batteries and recalibrated it as the manual says do. Then in January it started doing the same thing all over again like they have control of it if you dont sign up for ifit. Whatever you do dont use the service@ email address then copy and paste the same info into the form on the site because it confuses them. You will get a standard answer generated from the form giving a reference number and in the email, everyone has the same email and you will get a response from someone different each time. In 7 email I have gotten 7 different ways to fix it or just the general standard computer generated reply. In the email it will tell you to try one thing and in the very next sentence ask you if that fixed the problem. I suggested them send me another monitor along with a return shipping label and they could figure out what was wrong with it themselves. All they do is either suggest something that is already in the user manual or reply with a different reference number when you reply, depending on where it comes from but they all come from the same email address. My 1 year warranty will run out in June. I guess they will drag their feet until them. It also says on the site not to take it back to the place of purchase, to contact them with any problems. WHY?Review fromAaron M

NordicTrack recently pushed out a software update that rendered many of their iFit-enabled devices worthless. My Commercial **** treadmill was one of them. They want $280 to replace the entire panel that their malicious software update corrupted. Absolutely disgusted with this company right now, and I know I am far from alone in my frustration.Review fromSusan G

FALSE ADVERTISING - I have owned my bike to use at home. The iFIT system asked me to update my membership. I viewed on the screen the offer of $29 per month for a 2 year subscription. I attempted to purchase this with a shocking outcome! The company was charging me over $1000 for this. The math is wrong.I chatted with two people through iFIT and was asked to purchase in advance to get the subscription. I declined and explained the situation. I was told the fee was in USD. Why would I know this when I have purchased the bike at Canadian Tire in ***************, ** and use it in the same community. This is false advertising. The chat ended with the offer a much more expensive offer - of $44.55 per month for one year. This is not was was displayed to me on the bike that I use at home. I am very unhappy.Review fromBrett H

I bought a $1700 treadmill from them. It broke while under warranty. That was late November. After several failed attempts, they have still not fixed it appropriately. I was getting help from one of their customer service reps. I filed a ******************** complaint yesterday as they have been unable to fix the problem. Then I was told that my customer representative could no longer help me, and I was being sent to the "escalation department". No one will give me contact information for this department. It was obvious retaliation for the complaint. Not sure what they expect when they can't fix my machine and are unwilling to replace it or reimburse my cost. It has caused me significant stress - the worst thing is I can't run it off (not on my treadmill, at least).Review fromJohn R

This company started charging me $39 monthly for some service I never signed up for. Bought a treadmill, did not buy a monthly subscription. One of their salespeople wrote me after I bought the treadmill if I wanted the service, I did not. Did not ask to opt in for their free month of recorded workouts, neither did I authorize any monthly charges on my credit card (which I used to buy the treadmill, so they had the card info). I dont see how this is any different than theft. I understand companies want to leverage their existing customers for recurring revenue, but it doesnt mean they can steal it.Review fromKatie B

I love my bike, I bought it for the price over the peloton during the covid era. I am very unhappy about the IFit and how they stopped live classes. I am paying $15.99 a month for the same classes over and over. At this point, I should just buy the classes at a flat rate because there is no new content. I also dislike that I cant mirror my iPhone to the screen. It annoys me that I have to use a peloton app on my iPhone as my big screen goes unused. Why even own this equipment anymore? Its just more of a hassle than anything. Is there a new program in the works? If not, they should change their monthly to $2.99 or something ** $15.99 is not fair IMO.Review fromLiz Z

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience with NordicTrack. Unfortunately, the overall process has been marred by multiple instances of misinformation and a lack of proper customer service.Firstly, during my interaction with a sales agent, I was provided with misleading information. The sales agent falsely claimed that a specific offer was expiring that day, pressuring me to place an order hastily. This tactic is not only unethical but also contributes to a sense of urgency that does not align with transparent and honest business practices.Secondly, upon entering the NordicTrack website, a pop-up promotion promised a $50 discount for purchases over $999, contingent on subscribing to the newsletter. After subscribing, I received a promo code, but it offered a discount for purchases over $1,999. The item I purchased was priced at $1,699, creating a clear disconnect between the advertised promotion and the actual discount provided. This discrepancy is misleading and does not instill confidence in the integrity of NordicTrack's promotional offerings.Furthermore, when I raised this issue with the sales agent, there was a delayed response, and as of now, I am yet to receive any resolution. Subsequently, after placing the order, the sales agent informed me that the discount could be applied, but only if I canceled the existing order. Despite my immediate request to cancel the order, it was shipped out just 10 minutes later. This lack of coordination between customer service and warehouse operations is not only frustrating but also reflects a failure in internal communication and execution. My overall shopping experience with NordicTrack has been extremely disappointing, especially given the series of issues that occurred within a short span of time. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and efficient customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short of these expectations.Review fromMarco P

I bought a Norditrack Bike on July 31, 2023, and it was delivered two weeks later. However, from the day of delivery, the bike's monitor started making a noise. Over time, the noise became more intense, and I had to unplug the bike after use because there was no on and off button. In October 2023, the pedals started making a ticking noise. In November, I filed claim ****** with IFit Portal, providing all the necessary information. They followed up and asked for my information again via email, which I had already provided. I replied to two more emails with questions, but then they stopped responding. I called their support line, and ***************** took my call. I spent 1.5 hours with her, but she was unable to solve the issue and said someone else would contact me. However, no one did. In December 2023, I called again and spoke to *********************************. He opened another claim ********, ordered the parts, and said a technician would contact me. However, on 1/9/24, he called and said that the parts he ordered were incorrect and asked me to call him back. I called on 1/10/24 and spoke to *****, who said I needed to send them a video to hear the noise. I asked to speak to his supervisor, but he said there were no supervisors available and that one of them would contact me. However, no one has called me yet. It is very frustrating. I feel they are just giving me the runaround.
