      Purchased a Nordic Track treadmill and it came with a 30 day iFIT free trial. What they don't tell you unless you read the fine print is they will actually sign you up for a membership as well and begin charging you $39 a month every month after your trial ends. Absolute scam. I never once used iFit and when I noticed the charges and requested a refund they refused anything past 14 days. Very shady way of forcing people to sign up for a membership and take their money. Completely immoral, no customer loyalty that shouldn't even be legal since I ordered a treadmill and was automatically signed up for a free trial.

      I would like to provide feedback regarding one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had with a company. Within 2 months of owning the machine, the master control board on my 1750 treadmill was totally fried. Once the technician finally showed up, 2 weeks went by without any part arrival or updated information. After escalating on social media they blamed the technician even though I saw him place the order and just continued to lack accountability from end to end. After the part was installed, more issues continued to build and the overall performance of the machine was nothing like the reviews or the quality expected. It felt very unsafe to actually perform hard workouts with how often the belt skipped or how often the machine would cut off mid-run. Given their terrible return policy of 30 days, their only recommendation is putting it up for sale for another victim to receive a terrible product. I hate that I'm out $2k+ on something that was purchased for the well-being of my body and mind. I was very excited after seeing all the fake positive reviews but will spend as much time as possible warning others about my experience.

      I give them a 0 I bought a ski machine from Nordic Track with extended warranty O paid ******** my warranty runs out in 4/9/26 and when I received the product the screen didnt work that tells you pulse, calories burned Distance, time and speed. I admittedly called them and they said yeah we have been having problems with them, so they send me a new one. Well I called when I received it but I work and not in town much at all. They said no one works on weekends to fix it. I called and was on hold close to a hour, I left message for them to call me bk never heard from them. Called another time and was transferred from one place to another like several times finally someone picked up around 45 mins later and said they were fixen to get off work so no one will take the call and to call another time. Ok so Im gunna be home for a week and guess what they say it was it was bought like that and that warranty ran out and extended warrant will not cover that. They dont even deserve a 1 star a 0 is what they need

      PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!I wish I would have came here for reviews first before i bought the proform carbon carbon TL treadmill February 8th. Ran fine until February 20th. Belt began to shut off mid workout. Once I stepped off, the belt would began to move again. Once any pressure was applied the belt would shut off. Making a workout impossible. I had called for support and they sent out a motor to replace. Got the motor a week later and it was the wrong size and wouldn't fit. Contacted them again and got the new motor coming a week later again. Finally two and a half weeks later I got the motor I needed... Didn't fix the problem. Then contacted them again and they recommended a circuit board. So waited another week for that and replaced it... still the same issue. Then they were going to send out a technician to diagnose the problem. Two weeks went by with no call to set up date. Meanwhile had been in contact with a supervisor throughout this time saying they were sending this matter to support management and making it a priority. Finally last week I received a call from a technician saying he had an order to install a motor.. which had been done a month ago! He couldn't believe that they told me to install the parts myself. To this day on Friday April 19th, I have yet to get the problem fixed. I just want my money back and they can gladly have the treadmill back along with the wrong size motor and extra circuit board. They don't do refunds. Imagine that. I'm a business owner and the way this business is being handled is a joke. At this point as a company, id want to have the treadmill back to diagnose what the problem is to prevent it from happening again. You'd think morally and ethically this company would make things right with me but they won't. So now to steer others as far away from them as possible will be my mission in life. ZERO STARS!

      This company is complete fraud. No customer loyalty. I cancelled the membership last year and it's not being used for over a year but still my card was automatically charged and when I realized the charge and called them, I was given a ridiculous reason and denied the refund. Would have given 0 stars but this didn't allow to. I would definitely recommend friends and family against this company. Never get into subscription with iFit. Ironically, many customers has concerns in the similar lines.

      Don't get it. It *****. Canceled it and they still charged me, asked for a refund and they said no. Not sure what to do other then warn other people not to get it.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I have an S22i bike and it is basically just a decoration in my basement. After a few months, problem after problem. The resistance does not respond and I have to keep resetting the bike only for it to stop working again. Customer service has had me try so many things with no luck. There is an entire group of people who are in the same position I am in. Nordic owes us money for this defective product.

      BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM IFIT.Don't purchase from IFit; customer service is terrible and they literally don't care. All they want is your money - this is so very sad because the actual trainers and the programs they put together are wonderful. IFit creates software updates that literally break the machine's ability to actually work. IT CRASHES. IFit creates issues so that an individuals IP address is blocked and then try to blame it on an internet service. IFit's member experience representative's do not listen to the customer nor do they keep concise notes on previous complaint calls.We cannot access IFit from any device, with or without WiFi - We have spent over 15+ hours attempting to fix the problem IFit created with no luck. We brought in an IT professional to look at the "alleged" Firewall/Parental Controls that IFit claimed was causing the situation. There are NO firewalls/parental controls. We contacted our Internet provider and confirmed there are no issues with our service.

      Included a year's subscription to iFit with the purchase of my Nordictrack treadmill in January 2024. The delivery and setup were well managed. I registered my equipment and waited for the free one-month trial of iFit to be activated. Several emails and days later, it was ... finally. On March 17 I was notified that this subscription was over and I was encouraged (via several emails) to purchase an additional subscription. I started emailing and sending copies of the order confirmation and invoice with no response from iFit until March 26 when I was asked, again, if I was interested in purchasing a subscription. Again, I responded to that email on the same day it was received, again, attaching order confirmation and invoice and two days later .... nothing.The product itself is good, but the customer service isn't. I will continue to work to get what I purchased, but certainly won't be recommending Nordictrack or iFit to anyone since I understand iFit owns Nordictrack.

      Its a shame zero stars isnt an option. Ifit no longer has an option to sign up for an individual plan online, only family plans. Im told individual plans must be done over the phone by providing my credit card information to their employee. How is this good business?? Clearly most people are not comfortable giving their credit card info over the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable. If they are able to offer family memberships online, theres no reason they cant offer individual memberships. This sounds an awful lot like a potential scam to obtain customers credit card info for fraudulent use.
