      When the bike works, it is a 4 star experience. However, the hardware and software issues have been so extensive after a year that we are researching legal recourse under lemon laws.Customer service is so bad it is laughable. The company clearly sets up its employees for failure by preventing them from being able to offer true fixes to legitimate problems. Customers are expected to do home repairs on hardware, and the company does not even have relevant manuals or videos for many of the most common repairs ( i.e. **** switch, something we have had to replace 2x) Our bike shipped with a broken piece, our tablet has crashed multiple times, and the **** switch has broken multiple times. I have waited on the phone for over an hour more than once just to try to speak to a person, only to finally get through to someone who does not speak english and does not know how to help me. The third party service tech who they sent to fix the bike after it shipped broken basically told me in so many words "sell this bike and buy a peloton" Also told me "this company doesn't respect its customers unless they sue".I wish I had followed his advice on the first point. The second came in handy when the tablet crashed over and over again - it wasn't until threatening a lawsuit that we were suddenly talking with people instead of chatbots.Again - the product would be OK if the customer service was AT ALL adequate. However this is worse than mid ****s ******** It's so bad it's borderline malicious. If you are going to ship faulty products at a high end price point, for the love of god spend some of that money on customer service.

      Do NOT buy from this company. I bought the Commercial Recumbent Bike R35. My bike was to get delivered today, and I went to Dicks to get a mat, as shockingly, it wasnt included. The cost buying direct from Nordic Track was $1273.99. It was listed at Dicks for $799.99. They do not price match. I said to cancel my order -why would I pay almost $500 more for the same product? They charged me a restocking fee on top of shipping for a total of $400!! The customer service representative was rude. When I asked to speak to her manager, I got someone who was on the management team who wasnt much better. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please do not ever buy from this company. I still canceled and took the $400 loss. Ill be getting a Peloton instead.

      I purchased an iFit bike November 2021. Ive had nothing but problems with this bike. I prepaid for a year of ifit service and only used 48 days since the bike has been inoperable most of the year. Ive paid hundreds of dollars (warranty not covering) and waited hours upon hours to speak to someone. Usually spoke to someone who barely spoke English and bordered on rude. The only thing they were consistent in doing is taking my credit card for more money. Im disgusted that a company this large would care so little about the quality of their products and providing good customer service. ******************** May have taken me for several thousand dollars for the lemon they sold me but I will do everything I can to warn others about the bad products and bad customer service. It will eventually catch up with you iFit. I look forward to seeing you go out of business.

      If I could scream out loud about the frustration I have experienced regarding **************** and my ********************** treadmill I would ! They have zero CS and they constantly disconnect whether you are on the phone or chatting with an agent online. I have tried to order a part for a while and it isn't even processing! I paid over $3,000 for a machine I can't use!! DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I would like help resolving this issue so I can use my machine again!

      Terrible customer service and I regret buying our ********************** Commercial ****. After 3 yrs the console crashed and was stuck in a boot loop. I was quoted $613 for a replacement and when I asked for a discount I was told they could *********%. Considering this is a software bug and if we could reload the ** on the console itd be fixed, I think this is terrible. They wouldnt even offer me free shipping. I had the choice of paying $670 or having a 300lb clothes rack. Its clear NordicTrack doesnt care about loyalty or customer satisfaction as I was told it is what it is. We will not be buying another product again.

      My Nordictrack treadmill had a defective belt. Replacement sent but not delivered to correct address. Ordered a second replacement under warranty. Delayed shipment. Tried to contact ifit by phone and chat to no avail. Worse customer service Ive ever encountered. Would give zero stars if possible.

      I regret doing business with this company! I bought an elliptical from them two years ago. The track has begun cracking/cracked., Making me unable to use. I've reached out to them several times for a replacement, but they won't help me. They're only allowing me to go through their email/ live chat, where I am still on hold. It's been three days now. All I want is to use the product that they sold me! I've pleaded for help over and over again, and still No customer satisfaction. Why won't they honor their product, and help me out? I need a replacement track! I can't use this elliptical without it! Please help!!!

      I purchased my Pro-Form bike almost two years ago. My bike broke for the first time December 26, 2021. I called to have my bike repaired so many times, that I have lost count. I called daily and spent a minimum of an hour in the phone each time to just be put on hold several times before getting a hold of someone. My bike took 4 months to get fixed. Then in August of 2022, only a few months after having it repaired, it broke again. A repair person has been out three times and the problem is still not fixed. The amount of time and effort I spent to get a product I paid for, including monthly membership, and warranty coverage; has been absolutely absurd. iFit's customer service and products are not worth the money. I will never purchase anything else from them!!!

      Bought a pro form 505cts treadmill on 9/5/22 . Called their customer service to let them know on the issues i was having with my equipment. Once i contacted them and started telling them the problems i was having, they didnt offer me any sort of help and asked me for pictures of garage ( to see the location). I submitted the pictures and yet were still asking for more. Finally sent more and i wasnt offered any sort of help. I had bought the warranty with it, and are clearly not being honorable with it. If anything all they did was just cancel the warranty on my treadmill so now they wont honor anything. I despise this company and with no respect to people privacy at all.

      Incredibly poor customer service. We purchased a Professional **** treadmill in October, and have had nothing but problems since it was delivered. First, we paid an additional $200 for professional delivery. The delivery team damaged numerous treadmill parts upon deliver, and incorrectly installed several parts as well. We connected NordicTrack on the day of deliver to report this, and all they offered was to ship us the damaged parts for us to install - they said they could not refund the delivery fee or come conduct the repairs for us, even though the parts were damaged during delivery. We received and installed 4 of the 5 parts that were damaged, however, we have still not received a replacement for the 5th component, which is the most problematic. Second, about three weeks after getting the treadmill we started noticing a burning plastic smell after about ***** minutes of light use (e.g. fast walking, not even running). We reach out immediately, and upon inspection with the customer service representative noticed that the belt of the treadmill had not been lubricated at all prior to delivery (this is supposed to be done). So we were send lubrication, which we applied ourselves to the belt. This did not resolve the issue. Now, we're trying to get back in touch with customer service to trouble-shoot this issue again, but I honestly would never recommend a NordicTrack Treadmill to anyone after this experience. We clearly got a defective treadmill, and NorticTrack has no interest in helping us resolve the issues that have come up.
