I have purchased the extended warranty for my treadmill and I have been calling to have my machine service for almost two months. Everytime I call its a minimum of two hours on hold. Whenever I finally get through, they keep saying the same thing. The parts are never ordered because of a confusion. After several calls for this confusion the parts still have not been ordered. If you call to buy a new machine, they answer right away but the sales people are so rude. I just want my treadmill to be working properly to help me keep my blood pressure down. I need it for my health.

Just over 2 years old, running with iFIT programs or low level manual settings, ***** inch spider crack in center of deck. Reported to customer service and told that since it is not under extended warranty I have to pay out of pocket. That it was from repetitive running in the same spot and they are working on fixing the issue for future decks. Even with it being a know issue and obviously dangerous they offered no other solutions. Out of pocket with parts and labor would be 500$, 150$ of that labor. We are 170 and 230 pounds, under the 300lb weight limit it is a commercial running treadmill ****. Very dissatisfied and will never buy nordic track again. This is after replacing the motor and control deck several months ago which was under warranty for parts but not labor. Dont waste your money, really. I never write customer reviews but this is a bad situation and dont want others to have the same safety risk. No accountability from the company. They said it was not the same as Peloton when those machines were injuring children. It sounds like they have to have an actual hospital bill or death to prove the problem is unsafe.

I purchased a Nordictrack Treadmill with a 24 month extended warranty. It is still under the manufacturers initial warranty. I was on the phone with customer service 1 hr and 20 minutes and they told me that I would need to pay $159 to get a technician. When I insisted that they honor the warranty, they hung up on me and have evidently done something to effectively block my calls. When I call back, it asks me a series of questions then it starts all over asking the same questions again so that Im unable to request a callback. I went through that cycle 5 times before giving up. I have spent over two hours on this today and have accomplished nothing except to find out that Nordictrack doesnt intend to honor their warranties. I have a non-functioning treadmill for which I paid a lot of money and it is only taking up space in my living room.

I have three pieces of high end nordictrack machines and love them. Only one issue has come up and I was satisfied with customer service. They sent a local tech and it was quickly fixed. Not one moment of issues or downtime in the past year.

Terrible product and customer service!!!I have purchased a treadmill and bike with which I had only problems. They keep breaking down and customer service representatives are not knowledgeable and keep sending wrong parts, or if the parts are correct they dont last for long. Very disappointing. I would like to return and forget the company existed

PLEASE AVOID NORDICTRACK AT ALL COSTS.I purchased a brand new Nordictrack **** treadmill and paid $300 (not including a generous tip I gave them) for white glove delivery. The contractors who delivered it, *****, were incredibly unprofessional and when they tried to turn the treadmill on it clearly wasn't functioning properly as the belt kept skipping back and forth causing a legitimate safety issue. They told me the treadmill needs to be broken in and would work within 2-3 days. Lo and behold, it did not.I then spent an hour troubleshooting the brand new treadmill, which supposedly went under stringent quality assurance testing, only to be told that warehouse workers often do things like:- "forget" to lubricate the treadmill belt - "possibly damage" the item when loading the trucks - or not align belt properly I had to do things like remove the motor hood, re-adjust the belt several times, check the wiring, etc. Then I got told the item I may possibly need is indefinitely backordered and when I do get it I have to wait 1-2 MONTHS for a tech to install it.When I tried calling back about this issue I got put on hold for an hour only to be hung up on. Next call I was on hold for 3 hours and 7 minutes only to continue to not have the issue resolved when I did get a hold of a ********* most insulting part of the call was I was told if I DO return the item I have to eat a roughly $1000 loss between my $300 delivery fee, a $250 restocking fee, and of course the 10% restocking fee which the salesman, who was magically immediately responsive and available, neglected to mention. Then when I contact them by email I am full on ignored or get vague responses that are completely unhelpful. Right now I have a lemon of a treadmill that I paid over $3500 for.I can't begin to express my regret about ordering from this brand, and will never do it again. AVOID NORDICTRACK AND ICON FITNESS AT ALL COSTS.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They delivered me a broken Treadmill that I paid $2500 dollars for. The machine was dead on arrival and the tech assured my wife that they would send a part for repair. After a few weeks went by I called and asked for a status. I was told that they would need to charge me $500 dollars to pick the unit up for return. After 2 hours of being transferred around and put on hold I succumbed. It took months for them to pick up the faulty unit, that never even turned on once. Finally they picked up the unit and then said they have no record of receiving it back in their warehouse. Don't do business with this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can see by the reviews here that others have gone through the exact same thing. I wish I had read reviews. Buyer beware!!!!

We invest a large amount of money on a Nordictrack ****, IFit membership, delivery and setup two weeks ago. Immediately, the treadmill wasn't working, and we contacted NordicTrack thru the website chat feature. Someone named "****" said to reset the computer with a pin reset, sent me a ******* video, and ended the chat. This "Fix" did not work after several attempts, and I went on chat again, and again I got ****, and I said you tried helping me by sending the video, but that hasn't worked. I asked a few more questions and he ended the chat. Very frustrating. My Fiance then did a chat the following day, saying we wanted to return the machine and get a full refund, but they have a policy where you are basically paying $1000 to return it. She asked for an exception and the person said that could be done and we would get an email explaining it, and a phone call within ***** hours. We received the email but no call. We went back to chat, then finally she spent 2 hours on the phone last night, and me over an hour today. They will not make an exception and return a brand new machine without me losing the $299 setup fee, a $250 return fee, and a $10% restocking fee($260) for a machine that didn't work from day 1. What, you can't make an exception? Shame on me for not reading reviews about this company and their horrible customer service. Not just the policy but the fact we 've spent HOURS on this and have gotten nowhere. No thanks NordicTrack, I don't want to take more time away from work to have you setup some service call on a new machine I've spent a fortune on. I want my money back and an apology for this nightmare experience. Why not stand behind your product and support, make an exception, and move on? Does my $1000 make that much of a difference to you and your $7 Billion dollar company? It certainly makes a difference to me!

DO NOT BUY. I purchased a NordicTrack elliptical. It has been broken more than it has worked. They have horrible customer service at **********************. You are on hold for a minimum of an hour every time you call. The service parts have to be ordered and delivered before anyone looks at your machine. Then you have to wait additional length of time to get your machine fixed. Ive had the machine two years and its only been functional for four months. The company will not return or replace the machine. The only thing they will do is extend your service warranty and extend your iFIT membership free year. I can not stress how much I hate this company. Do yourself a favor and use another company. Once they complete this final repair, I will be selling my machine. I paid ******** plus a ****** service plan. Ill be lucky to get half of my money back.

You have to pay an ongoing fee of $39 per month to use all the features of the treadmill.NordicTrack failed to tell the **************** that I had paid $99 to remove my old Treadmill, resulting in my having to take a second day off of work to complete the delivery. The delivery company, *****, left before the "update" was completed, resulting in my waiting on hold 1.5 hours and being transferred 3 times by NordicTrack. The belt was not aligned when delivered. Rather than send out a repair person to aligned my Treadmill which is still under warranty, NordicTrack sent me a "link" so I can fix it myself. In the event that that doesn't work, they'll "troubleshoot" the problem. Every time you call NordicTrack you wait on hold at least a half hour. I was transferred 3 times and waited a total of 1.5 hours.
