Purchased a Nordictrack treadmill in 2021. ********* has worked great for majority of the time, however just had my first real issue with the treadmill. The motor has broken. Called Ifit as all parts are covered under manufacture warranty. I was informed that the order will be placed and that a technician will be calling to schedule replacement of the motor. An hour later, I received and email saying the order was not approved as they needed "proof of purchase" of the treadmill. Odd, but ok. I sent in the proof of purchase. Called back to order the motor again. Again, I was informed the order would be placed and a technician would be calling to schedule maintenance. I again received another email stating that the order was not approved because the warranty department wants me to disassemble my treadmill and take pictures. I have no knowledge of how this machine was assembled, and quite frankly could be liable to damage it further by my lack of knowledge (which I'm sure is what they're hoping for). Seems like more of a headache than I bargained for. They don't seem to take any accountability for any parts failing under warranty coverage. Do not recommend.Review fromRoberta H

Nordic track/i fit do not even deserve one star!! I bragged on them both and encouraged my son to purchase the same commercial treadmill that we purchased in 2019 from Nordic track. He purchased his before Christmas, to be a family gift. We are now in February, after one return, a very long processthe next treadmill has a manufacture default. They sent their repair specialist out to repair it, after sending the wrong parts. This repair man, thats company was hired by I fit, has never worked on a treadmill before, has no tools or knowledge on repairing it. He deemed it not able to repair. And now they set with a huge treadmill that is fully put together to attempt to return once again. It took over a month for this process last time and a major battle with the company that was sent to pick it up..What is happening to this company? They are not the company I dealt with in 2019. Do not purchase from them!! It is a headache you do not need!! I will never recommend them to any one ever again.Two months later my son still has a treadmill that is not able to be use and there is no end in sight from this nightmare..Review fromAlisha A

I cant get ahold of anyone at this company over the phone. Calls disconnect. I completed a service ticket #******** and have received no response. I have their extended warranty.I am aware of the software update that bricked their software on many of their products but yet they fail to provide any resolution or support. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. They take your money, sell you a protection plan and give you a useless product. I could exercise patience but they prove no communication, dont seem to have a proactive resolution and their CEO is obviously incompetent.Review fromRyan J

Absolute worst customer service and warranty service ever. I have a exercise bike that has been broken for over 2 months now. It took me 3 weeks to actually talk to someone after waiting on the phone for over 2.5 hours on two separate occasions. I was hung up on "disconnected they say" on 4 different occasions.They required me to completely disassemble the bottom of the bike in order for them to honor their manufacture warranty. They refused to send a tech or order the new screen even though, it was clearly a bad screen. Keep in mind, the bike is less than 2 years old, with both a manufacture and extended warranty. Once I disassembled the bike, they finally ordered the part that still has not shipped which has been almost a month.Review fromAlessandro M

This is an absolutely terrible company with practically fraudulent warranty support. We had our treadmill for only about 6 months before it broke and was unsafe to use. We have been unable to use our treadmill for about 3 months now and have contacted NordicTrack multiple times to get a part fixed, with no response from the company and no way to get in touch with an actual person. They are consistently either busy or closed, even during their stated hours of customer support and have had the worst support I have ever experienced. Do not buy any of their products or you will be left with a useless machine and a much lighter bank account once it eventually has a problem, as all gym equipment does at some point.Review fromElizabeth S

This has been a most frustrating and infuriating experience with iFit /Nordic Track. I have a Commercial **** Treadmill (which I loved and used daily) that no longer works, screen is frozen. I have done all at home recommended remedies, spent countless hours on hold for the last 8 weeks, and have sent multiple fix-it tickets through iFit's website. Like thousands of other owners I have yet to hear back from iFit or have yet to speak with a live agent. I'm coming to terms that I have a $2500 piece of equipment that I will have to pay to get rid of/recycle. This WILL BE my only and final purchase through iFit - Nordic Track. And I will happily foreworn anyone thinking of purchasing one.Review fromRenata P

Problems right from the day we got our Treadmill Elite (1/18/23) and WORST customer service to help resolve issues. The delivery company (which I was required to pay $299 for delivery and set up - the business was *****), failed to install all the bolts on my treadmill and now have a waterfall of problems. Including: incline doesnt work, clicking and squeaking sound from motor area, rub marks on the belt). Also, the 32-inch console does not turn as advertised. I have sent multiple emails, and service tickets with NO response!! I spent 2 hours on the phone with icon for my service question. I was taken in circles with questions about my machine, almost like he didnt believe me and basically kept asking me the same question. What a waste of time as a customer, I am not a mechanic!! Why cant ****************** pay for a service tech to come out from a contracted company first instead of saying youre going to send out parts and from what Im hearing, the parts dont arrive for weeks!! That means my $5000 treadmill sits and collects dust. *** contacted a local sports equipment company that is way more helpful and completely understands my complaints - thats why they DONT sell NordicTrack. Im regretting my whole purchase and have never felt this much stress from horrible customer service. I just want to resolve this issue!Review fromAlia M

We received our NordicTrack Commercial X22i in April 2022. The first month was fine, then things started not working. We've had 3 major issues in less than a year. The prior issue the tech came out and was supposed to order to a controller. Apparently never got ordered. I have sat on hold for many hours trying to get through to someone and it ultimately gets dropped. I've submitted requests online and never get a follow up. Finally got through to someone today through chat and she's telling me she can't get that part that was supposed to be ordered months ago ordered because their system was down. I was trying to tell her that this new issue is completely separate and she's telling me that I could pay a fee to have it diagnosed. My machine is still under warranty and all these issues are out of my control and I'm expected to pay a fee for a machine that clearly had issues from the start? I'm so upset with the amount of money I spent on this treadmill and can't even use. I paid for the iFIT for a year and can't even use it for my treadmill. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there are no managers available. Not sure what recourse I have when I can't get through to someone to help me and I can't even use my treadmill that I have spent so much money on. At first wasn't sure if I just got a lemon, but after reading through these other reviews I see that these products are just not made well.
