      I purchased the Freemotion 890 Treadmill in Dec 2016 and by May 2020 this $2,000.00 treadmill needed a new console after infrequent use. They did send us a new console but with VERY little use (I had 2 ankle surgeries), 3.5 years later, the console is no longer working. The buttons that make the treadmill speed up or elevate the track are completely dead. When I called 11/5/2022 they told us that a new console would be $500.00 plus $100.00 shipping. This treadmill has gone through 2 consoles in 5 years and they want me to purchase another VERY EXPENSIVE console? What happened to making a product that lasts? I then called back 12/7/2022 (waited on the phone for at least 1 hour) and we delt with **** in the I ************** who could not fix the issue -realizing it was a mechanical problem- and sent us to *****. After I was on the phone with ***** for at least ***** mins, he then told me that they don't make the console anymore!! I truly believe he just was done listening to me nicely state that they need to back up their product better and send me another console. He said there was no resolution and to disassemble the treadmill !!! This treadmill is just 6 years old and I'm to trash it???!!! The treadmill belt ************** it's had such little use! I can't fathom junking this equipment because they don't want to deal with this issue. This is so disgusting that we TRUST this company and put $2,000.00 of our hard-earned money into Freemotion and they make such inferior products! I was expecting this treadmill to last at least 15 years--it's not in a gym getting a ton of use. It's in a normal *********** in our home being used during winter months only. My model number is SFTL19513.7 and the Serial number is *************. The phone number I called is 800-999-xxxx. I need help getting a resolution and this company needs to be delt with so other customers don't invest into their products !

      **************** is non-existent! ********* arrived missing pieces and it is impossible to reach anyone at iFit! I have tried using multiple service tickets with no response. I have emailed with no response. I have tried to use the chat feature and it is never connected with an agent. I have called and the virtual assistant continues to refer me to the website! Worst customer service experience! I am in awe that there is no way to talk to an actual person! Will never purchase from iFit again!

      Issue:Several treadmills with Magnetic Safety Key not working when installed in treadmill. appears to be a sensor issues. I tried the following and nothing has helped.1. restarted treadmill 2. powered off 10 minutes 3. performed a screen reset using paper clip.4. used a stronger magnet The touchscreen always says replace magnet key and the treadmill is unusable. Cannot reach Service:I call 888 number no answer. Jan 7, 8, 9, 10, 25 and Jan 26, 2023 with wait times over 3 hours I used the call back option, no call back Jan 7, 8 , 9 and Jan 10, 2023 I used the contact form 3 times and received confirmation email with a trouble ticket Case #******** no response Case ******** no response Customer Review 1 and ******************** rating 5.

      Worst customer service I have experienced. I have spent hours on hold and have opened 42 chats simultaneously that have all never actually reached a person. This is all an underhanded attempt to avoid fulfilling their warranties. Do not buy anything from this company ever.

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Treadmill platform broke after 6 months and have been waiting 6 weeks for a replacement part (keep in mind I have a warranty). Every time I call have to wait over an hour and the last few times I have called they have just hung up on me after an hour of waiting. Just awful.

      I purchased my treadmill along with the warrant. Contacted Ifit customer service after several attempts and many hours in hold, I finally got through. They gave me an order number ICS9568516 for a new console and stated it will take a couple of weeks! Now its been a month and still no information or update. Only in progress. Sent several customer service inquiries via email and have never received a response. Dont bother calling, unless you have nothing to do but wait on hold for a day or two!

      DO NOT BUY AN IFIT TREADMILL SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE! We purchased a NordicTrack EXP 10i for close to $2000 and the screen went out within the first year. The treadmill will not work at all without the screen and we have been waiting for two months without any updates from support. Supposedly they are going to replace a part (not the full screen or treadmill), however we have received zero updates from support in the two months since the machine totally failed. When we call or email for an update, the answer is simply that we will get an email when the part ships (if that ever happens). For a company as reputable as NordicTrack we are extremely disappointed in the lack of craftsmanship and support. If you are looking at treadmills, please do whatever you can to avoid the iFIT subscription. When the treadmill did work, the iFIT program was really clunky and you had to manually log in every time you simply wanted to go for a quick run. Additionally, buy a treadmill that will still work if the screen goes out because now we cant get the machine to turn on at all. It is completely worthless without the screen.

      We bought our treadmill 2 months ago and never had the chance to use it because it came in with a damaged monitor. We have emailed and called everyday to have it replaced and they either dont answer or transfer you and can never get ahold to anyone. We are paying on equipment that doesnt work. Terrible customer service!!!!! We just want our equipment fixed

      Don't buy a product from them. Read below:I like the product when it works, but the customer service is terrible. My bike broke on December 8th. I put in a service ticket on December 8th 2022, no response so I followed up with multiple emails and calls.I finally get a technician to come out and look at the bike....technician came out on January 9th 1/9/ 2023. The technician doesn't carry replacement parts so he had to order the part. I reach out to customer service on 1/20/23, customer service says they have not seen any notes from the technician and the part has not been ordered. So in summary we are almost at two months and my bike still doesn't work. Also I asked IFIT if they had an escalation email for me to share feedback on the many misses they had below is the verbatim response There is (support@iconfitness please note the email team is backed up and the current response for an email is about 30 days That's correct a 30 day backup How can a company of this size function like this? Let me summarize the misses 1. Bike broke within a year and a half of ownership...thank goodness for the 2 year parts warranty 2. I had to follow up multiple times on a repair ticket 3. Technicians don't carry spare parts and the lead time to get a technician was frustrating 4. Seems like they don't have a backend support system for repairs / part replacement 5.Not enough customer support personnel trained (30 day backlog)
