      I have Nordictrack treadmill **** that stopped working suddenly . The console screen is frozen and Ifit logo is on display. I cant use my machine for past 2 weeks. Tech support is practically useless and does not help. They put me on hold for hours and factory reset did not help. Ifit is not helping to resolve the issue. I will advise everyone not to give Nordictrack and Ifit any business and waste their hard earned money. My treadmill is useless now.

      I purchased their Elite Treadmill the first week of November in 2022. It was delivered broken in Mid December. The shipping company took the treadmill back with them and ordered another. The second treadmill was delivered in mid January 2023. It was also delivered broken. Its now February 27th, and I am still waiting on replacement parts to get the machine to work. There is no date on when they will deliver. I have emailed customer support 4 times over the past month and they have not responded to any of the emails. I finally got a staff on the phone today and they are telling me that I cannot return the unit because it was purchased over 30 days ago. I have over $5000 invested in a broken treadmill that I cannot return.

      Similar experience to others. Have a treadmill from 2019 and it stopped working. I have diligently contacted customer service to have it fixed and have had an incredibly frustrating experience. I've been transferred to a line that doesn't exist, transferred to an iFit customer's phone number, spent ~15 hours on the phone or in chats with customer service agents or waiting for agents, been sent a part that didn't fix the issue, and have been told by an iFit technician that he knew the part I was sent wouldn't fix the issue and that iFit as a company is trash (doesn't listen to their customers, doesn't listen to their consumers). I can't get rid of this machine soon enough.

      **************** and support is non existent at this company. Purchased a NordicTrack S271i bike on Dec 26, 2022 because we have been happy with the treadmill we purchased in 2018. The bike has been ridden 3 times and it started to make a knocking sound from the hub. I've reached out to support and service for help via email and have not received any communication back. When I call support and service someone from sales picked up and said they could not help me. I paid extra to extend the warranty and the service plan. NordicTrack I want the bike fixed or my money back.

      If it were possible to give a ZERO STAR rating, this would be the perfect scenario. After thousands spent and hours coming to depend on iFit trainers and programs to get me through the week, Im disappointed in the company and product. Like countless others, the Nordic Track **** commercial model NTL14119.5 stopped working after updates, storms, and power outages. It was not connected to a surge protector like the manual states, the tech who delivered and installed it 5 years ago didnt mention it. (Oops guess thats my bad). Ive been wondering if that wouldve mattered? The console went white and never rebooted. The new console #****** is in back-order purgatory. Nordic Tracks reputation is now mush and worsening. When will they realize it? After millions in profit losses? Consumers should stop buying their products and maybe theyll wake up. Purchase a competing brand. Thats my advice and Im taking it. 1-800-Got-Junk cant get here soon enough to remove this junk machine.

      This company is a scam and customer service is a JOKE. I ordered a treadmill in 2020 (waited months for delivery due to covid delays) finally get my treadmill and it arrived damaged. After numerous calls/emails/chats to the company they sent a replacement part - that STILL didnt fix the fact that I cant fold my treadmill up, which is one of the reasons I bought the model I bought, but whatever I decided to just leave with it bc it wasnt worth the hassle of trying to go through these ppl anymore.Fast forward to Dec 2022, our screen no longer works and is just blank. You cant reset it or anything, and ********* wont work without it. Same headache of trying to reach someone at this company (only way was sitting on chat for hours). They said they would send us a new console. Its now almost end of Feb 2023 and nothing. They dont respond to our requests for status. Its so infuriating given its the middle of winter in ******* so I rely on my treadmill. At this point I want them to just come pick up this piece of junk.Dont waste your money and time on these people. The screen issue seems to be the same problem many are writing about in these reviews.

      I think iFIT company is a scam. No warranty support. No response to phone calls, Chats or service requests. Only correspondence was from an iFIT representative to extend my warranty. Someone should investigate the business practices of this company.

      Buyer Beware. I cannot and will not recommend this company or their products. I purchased a treadmill from them for Christmas and it never worked. I spent $3340 on this machine and I cannot get a single person to help. They have an over seas customer service team that you cant understand and they are reading a script and checking boxes and are no help whatsoever. I have reached out to every department with the miniscule hope that someone will help get me to the right person that can make something work. No avail. If this happens to you, expect wait times of hours. I could not take it anymore and demanded that they come pick up this boat anchor and now they want to charge me $249 for processing and $249 for shipping. Yes - $500 to return a product that never worked even though I have documented how many times I called, emailed, used their chat functionality and contacted on social media. They do not care. Look elsewhere... you will thank me later. DO NOT BUY from this company.

      I purchase iFit Proform treadmill and extended 6 year warranty. I have made numerous attempts to have display console fixed. The console display is mirrored so that all words, touch points are backwards and unreadable. This problem has been going on for over a year. Each time we talk to tech support, they have us reset the console and when this doesnt work we get passed onto another person who starts the same process over again and again which usually leads to having the phone hung up by tech support. We have only been able to acquire a case number which apparently is of no use when talking to tech support. Etc

      After owning a NordicTrack Elliptical and declining the membership initially, I received an unauthorized charge on my account for a family membership months later. I initially attempted to call the team during business hours, but after two and a half hours of being on hold, I gave up and used the recommended email address. After a month had passed and I was charged again, I finally received a response with no help asking I call the main line. Frustrated, I gave the line another try and finally got a hold of someone and was told that I would only be receiving a refund for the current month. I explained that put in a request during the previous month, provided my incident number, and had to provide the email in addition to the request number for proof. Finally, I was told I should expect a refund for both months in the next several business days. I would have considered membership with iFIT at one point in time, but I no longer trust that iFIT won't make unauthorized charges, nor do I feel comfortable recommending equipment or service to others given the lack of response and poor service. I am also worried about the software as it often locks up and restarts more than any other equipment I have used previously.
